유아교육기관 평가는 유아교육의 질과 관련된 다양한 요인들을 평가함으로써 프로그램의 교육목표, 효과검증 및 수정·보완의 역할을 수행하는 것이다. 한국의 경우 2005년 시작된 평가와 관련하여 어린이집 평가인증제는 도입 이후 3주기, 유치원 평가 2주기 등을 맞고 있다. 이러한 현실에서 본 연구는 한국의 평가제도와 미국의 NAEYC의 평가인증 제도, 호주의 ACECQA를 비교 분석하여 한국의 평가제도의 개선의 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다. 비교 분석에 따른 결과는 첫째, 한국의 평가제도가 평가 결과의 성패나 등급에 초점이 맞춰지는 것은 바람직하지 않다. 둘째, 평가의 결과가 주로 유아교육 보육의 전문가에 의해 결정되므로 학보모의 참여를 적극적으로 유도 할 필요가 있다. 셋째, 평가제도는 보육의 질 향상에 목적을 두고 있기 때문에 이를 지원하기 위해 기관 장학제도의 지원체제가 필요하다. The Evaluation of early childhood education institutes is to assess educational objectives of program, verify effect and perform a role of correct·supplement by evaluating a variety of factors related to the quality of early childhood education. Regarding evaluation that started in 2005, child care center accreditation system of Korea is reaching its 3rd year and kindergarten evaluation h as been on the second year. In this reality, this study aims to provide preliminary data for improvement of Korean evaluation system by comparing and analyzing evaluation system of Korea, accreditation system of the U.S NAEYC and NCAC, ACECQA of Australia. Results of comparative analysis are First, it is undesirable for Korean evaluation system to focus on the success or failure of evaluation results or grade. Second, results of evaluation are mainly decided by early childhood education professionals, so it is considered necessary to induce parents’ participation actively. Third, evaluation system is aimed at improvement of the quality of childcare, so the support system for organizational scholarship is necessary to support the aforementioned.

The BianMaiFa chapter, which is the first chapter of SongBon ShangHanLun, is the scholarly description(專論 of the pulse and pathological mechanism but has not been studied and published yet. This study is about article 11-23 which is the second part of The BianMaiFa chapter. We compared the original texts within the editions, comparing and analyzing the annotations of successive dynastic medical group. The articles of The SongBon ShangHanLun BianMaiFa chapter 11-23 is consisted as is shown: article 11ㆍ12ㆍ13 state about a dignosis of yin-yang, deficiency-excess, fluid-humor from difference of a pulse shape and a sign of recovery from a disease, article 14 states about a prognosis of a disease according to a pulse, article 15 states about a pulse from which we predict a recovery, article 16 states about normal pulse according to season, article 17 states about ups and downs of a disease according to yin-yang of day and night, article 18 states about a location of a disease in connection with a pulse, article 19 states about a pathological mechanism of a diarrhea through a anterior tibial pulse(趺陽脈), a lesser yin pulse(少陰脈), article 20 states about a cause of disease, a symptom, a therapy about a floating and tight pulse(浮緊脈), article 21 states about a pathological mechanism of symptoms through a anterior tibial pulse(趺陽脈, article 22 states about a pulse, a pathological mechanism, symptoms caused by erroneous treatment, article 23 states about a pulse, a symptom, a therapy with internal heat. The BianMaiFa chapter 11-23 discussed a diagnosis, a prognosis of a disease, understanding of pathological mechanism through pulse. And The BianMaiFa suggests a various use of pulse.
도금을 통한 배열회수보일러의 중ㆍ저압부 전열관 수명증대 방안에 관한 연구

In cases of HRSG heat transfer tubes established in combined cycle power plant, corrosion conditions of IP/LP areas are serious than HP areas. Thin fin thickness by damage and deadlock between fins by dropouted fin caused excessive corrosion makes power efficiency decrease. This scattered rust powder by dropout fin may cause environmental pollution and a civil appeal. So, through this study, we made comparative analysis of lifetime of Zinced tubes, Aluminum coated tubes and Enamel coated tubes, have researched about coating methods for high corrosion resistance in composite corrosion environment like Sulfur Corrosion, Acid Corrosion, Thermal Stress, etc.
생물학적 하수종말처리에 의해 처리된 임해도농복합도시 방류하수의 조성평가

The water quality of influent and effluent sewage water in wastewater treatment plant was evaluated. Sewage water from the coastal medium and small cities were evaluated using standard methods of water quality. Through this observation, the treatment efficiency of the plant and the amount of sea pollution through effluent water could be estimated. For these purpose, water samples were sampled every week for an year, and their temperature, pH, CODMn, BOD5, SS, T-N and T-P were measured. The temperature of influent and effluent(discharging) water changed to the external air temperature, while the pH was constant over the years, The COD and BOD of influent water showed higher results compared to the effluent water. The COD and BOD in the summer showed lower tendencies compared to that of the winter. In addition, the suspended solids showed relatively high elimination efficiencies due to settling ponds. However the T-N and T-P of influent and effluent water was indifferent. Also, post treatment process was needed to effectively eliminate T-N and T-P. If the results of this work can be used on wastewater treatment process of coastal cities, it can also be used as a basic data on sea pollution due to discharged water from wastewater treatment plants.

It is the most important that the secondary damages by dyspnoea were prevented in an accidents and emergency rescue circumstances. For this purpose, gas masks have to be used and its use were increased, but actually their function have been insufficient in real situations. Decreasing with increasing temperature in chemical reaction of KO_2 with CO_2 and humidity, the method of reaction acceleration and formation of hazard materials after their reaction in self oxygen generating mask have to be investigated. A reagent decreasing the temperature in reaction cell was introduced because heat was occurred in there by the reaction of KO_2 with CO_2 and water. Also an accelerating agent was considered to obtain lots of O_2 during short time. The probability of basic mist formation after O_2 generating reaction was evaluated in chemical view point. It was observed that the phenomenon in which the temperature in reaction cell decreased by potassium nitrate as coolant as well as a lot of O_2 could be obtained by sodium hydrogen carbonate in short time. Also expected basic mist does not observed from this O_2 generating reaction. The temperature could be decreased by potassium nitrate as endothermic agent, also the reaction was stably accelerated by sodium hydrogen carbonate as adduct and the hazard material as basic mist to human body was not detect.
