        시간제 간호사 및 인턴간호사의 직무만족도에 관한 비교연구

        Recently, Korean health care industry managers are paying more attention to customer oriented service, the rationalization of business administration, and quality control of service to adjust their business to outer environment since IMF bailout program. They are focusing on the cost reduction through remodeling the size and structure of man power, viz. labor flexibility. Nurses are not free from this juncture and contingent nurses are increasing fast. This article intends to verify the actual condition of two types of contingent nurses -part-time nurses and internship nurses-and to compare their job satisfaction to provide basic resource for efficient management of nurse man power. The concrete goals of this article are; Firstly, to verify the actual condition of their employment. Secondly, to compare their job satisfaction. And Thirdly, to the relation between employment condition and job satisfaction. To accomplish these research goals, a statistical survey was executed, in which 384 questionnaires - 66 for manager nurses, 318 for contingent nurses-were given to nurses working at 66 general hospitals-which have at least 100 beds-in Seoul. Among them, 121 questionnaires-of 28 general hospitals-were returned. Then, the data coded and submitted to mean, standard deviation, T-test, variance analysis (ANOVA), correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis with SAS program. The research results of the contingent nurses are followings: 1. Two types of contingent nurses shows similar age spans: they are mostly 21 - 30 years old and unmarried. But internship nurses have high level of educational career. Part - time nurses spread at general beds, out -patient part, intensive care part, operation part, etc, but internship nurses work mostly at general beds. 2. Two groups shows difference in actual employment condition: average employment career of part -time nurses is 7.0 months but internship nurses' is 2.0 months: average duty-on days per month of part - time nurses are 23.7 days but internship nurses' are 24.8 days. But there are little difference in average working time per day: 7.7 hours for part -time nurses and 0 hours for internship nurses. 3. The average wage per month for part -time nurses is 836,026 won but for internship nurses is 557,428 won-66.7% of part-time nurses'. Both groups are enjoying little additional pay. 4. Both groups are getting job not so much through advertisement of newspaper or hospitals as through acquainted person or college. 5. Both groups show very high level of job satisfaction: 3.2195 for part -time nurses and 3.2881 for internship nurses. But they show very low satisfaction on payment level compared with other categories and two groups show meaningful difference(P<.0001). 6. The multiple regression test reveals the factors related with job satisfaction: wage level, working part(OR or ICU), age, job career, and motive of contingent job-taking('because I can take care of family duties at the same time') influence positively: motive of contingent job-taking('because I can work regularly without alternation') influences negatively.

        셰익스피어 희극에 나타난 여주인공들의 변장

        Shakespeare clearly uses the art of disguise, in his comedies, in order to show dramatic irony, where the audience are aware of the fact that characters are not what they are shown outward. The disguise, of course, creates tension in a play and excites the audience; The actions are known to the audience, but the characters on the stage do not know the situation. The disguise also creates a setting for a great deal of irony where characters make double meaning comments. This disguise may be traced back to Greek and Rome comedy, and romantic plays of France, it has been embodied in the Shakespeare`s heroines as central vision in comedies. The boy actors have played the disguised heroines in Shakespeare`s comedies. The disguised heroines not only show the change of the outer aspects but also show the inner change, metamprphosis The disguises are used to match Shakespeare`s unique organic structures with the theme of the comedy which can be defined as metamprphosis.         『당신 좋으실 대로』의 로잘린드의 변장

        Although Disguise May be traced back to Greek and Rome Comedy, and romantic plays, in none of these does to the play’s central vision come to be embodied in the heroine and her disguise in Shakespeare. In opposition to the strong Puritan critics of the day for sexual disguise, Shakespeare has used this female sexual disguise and according to the dramatic custom, the Boy actor has played the disguised heroin in his comedies. However It is simply not imitated but adjusted to match with Shakespeare’s unique organic structure. This suggests that Shakespeare deliberately came to realize the literal embodiments of two-in-one in the heroin’s disguise. So the purpose of this paper is to investigate how to embody “two-in-one” through Rosalind’s disguise as Ganymedy, Jove’s own page in As You Like It. In no other play by Shakespeare does a woman stand so centrally as Rosalind does in and her sexual disguise as Ganymedy represents the transformed otherness of the lover even as it liberates her to be more truly herself. And Rosalind may be beyond the boundaries of her femininity and masculinity in the play through the disguise, as other Shakespeare’s disguised women in Comedy.

        중소규모 사업장의 의약품 관리실태 및 의약분업에 대한 근로자의 인식도

        This study was to investigate medication management and the level of awareness about separation of prescribing and dispending at small-to-medium sized workplaces which have less than 300 employees in Korea. The data were collected by questionnaires from May to June in 2000. The number of subjects were 127 workplaces and 130 employees. The SAS PC Program was used for the descriptive statistics. The results are as follows; 1. The over the counter(OTC) drug was provided sufficiently(91.1 %). but medication management was not performed systematically. 2. On drug-providing rate and drug-using rate, the latter was high in the workplace and Health care management's nurses consume all of the over the counter drug provided. 3. When the separation of prescribing and dispending starts, employees shall be medically examined, treated and prescribed by physicians and drugs shall be dispended by pharmacists. It is necessary to make it possible to visit health care institutions whenever they want to. (eg. lunch time or after work) They should change their drug-dependent behaviour. We should focus on strengthening Health Promotion Program to prevent disease by making habitual of health promotion behaviour.

        가계 의료비지출의 소득탄력성과 소득수준에 따른 차이 분석

        This study investigated income elasticity of household health expenditures and differ-ences by income level from 1998 through 2003. Data from Korean Labor and Income Panel Study was used for empirical analyses. To estimate the income effects on health expenditure, the two-part model was employed: a logistic regression for any health expenditure-first part-and a Ordinary Least Square regression for health expenditure conditional on any spending-second part. To estimate income elasticity, both health expenditure and income were log transformed in the second part. In addition, the random effects(RE) model was used for a longitudinal panel which was continuously followed from 1998 through 2003 to estimate income effects on health expenditures controlling for within and between unobservable household characteristics. Furthermore, difference in income effects on health expenditure across income level was investigated. Although income slightly increased odds of any health expenditure, there was not no-table differences across income level. Income significantly increased health expenditures during study period(overall income elasticity: about 0.2) and the highest 20% income group presented higher income elasticity than the lowest 20% income group.

        강유전체 질소화합물 thiourea [SC(NH₂)₂]분말시료의 ??plused NQR 실험을 77K 에서 실행하여 공명진동수와 핵사중극 결합상수, 비대칭인자, 완화시간등을 측정했으며, 4개의 공명선이 관측되었다. 결정내에는 주위 환경이 다른 두 종류의 질소 N₁,N₂가 존재함을 알 수 있었다. N₁에 관한 공명진동수는 ??(1)=2.6487㎒, ??(1)=2.032㎒, N₂에 대하여는 ??(2)=3.1852㎑, ??(2)=2.0183㎒이고, 공명선폭은 ??(1)=2.6752㎑, ??(1)=3.1852㎑, ??(2)=3.2618㎑, ??(2)=3.5448㎑ 임을 보였다. 한편 e²qQ/h의 값은 ν(1)에서 3.1205㎒, η는 0.3953이었으며, ν(2)에서는 3.0279㎒, 0.3939이었다. 이는 이미 보고된 결과와 일치하였다. 그리고, FID(Free Induction Decay)와 spin-echo실험을 통하여 얻은 스핀-격자 완화시간 T₁은 ??(1)에서 7.143 s, ??(2)에서 5.88 s이었으며, 스핀-스핀 완화시간 T₂는 ??(1)에서 25㎳, ??(2)에서 33.3㎳, ??(2)에서 33.3㎳의 값을 얻었다. We have measured ??N NQR frequencies, nuclear quadroupole coupling constants, asymmetric parameters and relaxation times in ferroelectric nitrogen thiourea [SC(NH2)2] at 77K, and four NQR resonance lines were observed. The results of measurements show that there are two kinds of nitrogen site, N1 and N2, with different environments in the crystal. The resonance frequencies were found to be ν+(l)=2.64 87MHz, ν_(1)=2.032 MHz for N1 and ν+(2)=2.6285MHz, ν_(2) =2.0183MHz for N2 respectively. The corresponding linewidths were ν+(1)= 2.6752kHz, Δν_(l) =3.1852kHz, ν+(2) =3.2618kHz and Δν_(2) =3.5448kHz, respectively. For N1, e2Q/h is 3.1205 MHz and η is 0.3953, and for N2, these are 3.0979MHz and 0.3939. These results are in agreement with those reported previously. The spin-lattice relaxation time (Ti) and the spin-spin relaxation time (T2) by FID and spin-echo experiments are as follows : T1(ν+(1)) is 7.143 s and T1(ν+(2)) is 5.88 s. T2(ν+(1)) is 25 ms, T2(ν_(1)) is 25 ms, T2(ν+(2)) is 33.3 ms and T2(ν_(2)) is 33.3 ms.
