극초음속 미사일이 해양전략에 미치는 영향: 해양통제의 확보와 행사를 중심으로

극초음속 미사일은 전 세계에서 가장 많은 관심을 받는 군사기술이다. 러시아, 중국, 미국이 주도하고 있고 다른 나라 역시 경쟁적으로 동참하고 있다. 극초음속 미사일은 탄도미사일과 순항미사일의 장점을 모두 혼합한 미사일로 기존 방어체계로는 요격이 쉽지 않다. 해군은 기술군으로 과학기술 발전은 해양전략에 많은 영향을 미쳐왔다. 해양전략의 핵심은 해양통제다. 이는 점령보다 해양의 사용권리에 대한 문제이며 확보는 수단이고 행사하는 것이 그 목적이다. 극초음속 미사일은 해양통제의 확보 면에서 제한요인으로 작용한다. 극초음속 미사일의 빠른 속력과 강력한 파괴력은 요격이 어려울 뿐만 아니라 단 한발에도 손상통제가 의미없는 수준의 피해가 발생한다. 이로 인해 해양거부능력이 지리적, 질적으로 향상됨에 따라 해양통제 달성이 어려워 질 것이다. 극초음속 미사일은 해양력투사/방어, 해상교통로 공격/방어라는 해양통제 행사면에서는 각각 기회요인과 제한요인으로 동시에 작용한다. The military technology currently receiving the most attention is the hypersonic missile. hypersonic is faster than the speed of sound or Mach 5+. The vast majority of the ballistic missiles that it inspired achieved hypersonic speeds as they fell from the sky. Rather than speed, today's renewed attention to hypersonic weapons owes to developments that enable controlled flight. These new systems have two sub-varieties: hypersonic glide vehicles and hypersonic cruise missiles. Hypersonic weapons could challenge detection and defense due to their speed, maneuverability, and low altitude of flight. The fundamental question of this study is: 'What effect will the hypersonic missile have on the maritime strategy?' It is quite prudent to analyze and predict the impact of technology in the development stage on strategy in advance. However, strategy is essential because it affect future force construction. hypersonic missiles act as a limiting factor in securing sea control. The high speed and powerful destructive power of the hypersonic missile are not only difficult to intercept, but it also causes massive ship damage at a single shot. As a result, it is analyzed that the Securing sea control will be as difficult as the capacity of sea denial will be improved geographically and qualitatively. In addition, the concept of Fortress Fleet, which was criticized for its passive strategy in the past, could be reborn in a modern era. There are maritime power projection/defence, SLOC attack/defence in exploiting sea control. The effects of hypersonic missiles on exploiting sea control could be seen as both limiting and opportunity factors.

In terms of urban regeneration of the present that focuses on a city's original history, culture and environment, it is now being understood as a concept of how a city by itself gets vitalized through local participation and communities. That is what indicates how a main agent of urban regeneration is changing to relevant local residents from public organizations and due to that reason, establishment of a differentiated urban regeneration policy that would reflect opinions of the locals is demanded. In the light of that, this study aimed to offer an urban regeneration project planning indicators targeting an old downtown area of Mokpo city which has been selected as an urban regeneration district. An AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) survey on the locals had revealed priorities of the indicators which helped the study to present indicators to be practically used for the urban regeneration project on the old downtown area in Mokpo.
건축관광 프로그램 개발을 위한 관광대상 건축물의 가치지표 설정 및 중요도 분석

The purpose of this study is to set up of value factors for selecting objectively architectures related to tourism with development of the architecture tour program. For the purpose, characteristics of architectures related to tourism were analyzed, value factors through literature survey were derived, and relative weight between value factors using AHP survey by architectural experts were studied. The results is as follows. Architectures related to tourism were classified into buildings as tour resources and as tour facilities. Those architectures involve physical, meaning, and using characteristics but one kind of characteristics is not influenced to a building. With change of tour type, those architectures are influenced with more various and complex factors. Value factors of architecture related to tourism are derived five value factors in primary level and 18 value factors in second level. The relative weight in primary level is history, architecture, placeness, economy, and sociality in order. In second level, value factors within history and sociality were realized with same value in importance between researchers and field experts. The evaluation frame about architectures related to tourism was made with the results of AHP analysis.
드럼 세탁기 Spider의 피로수명 신뢰성 평가에 대한 연구

The spider of a drum washing machine receives the repeated fatigue loadings during laundering. Although the spider is designed statically safely, it often happens fatigue failure. Therefore it requires the safe design for fatigue and needs the prediction of quantitative fatigue life. The S-N diagram for a spider material is developed by fatigue test and statistical analysis. The stresses are measured directly from strain gages on the spider. To predict the fatigue life of spider, the rainflow counting method and Miner"s rule are used. The data for fatigue life are analyzed statistically. From these data, reliability estimation for fatigue life can be done and also, equivalent fatigue life can be obtained. It will be applied to make and improve to a short period for design and prototype test.

Dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans (DFSP) is a rare soft tissue sarcoma, with an incidence of about 0.8% to 5% per million people per year, accounting for 1% of soft tissue sarcomas. In its early stage, DFSP is typically found as a violet or pinkish macule or patch, and it can develop into a palpable mass with ulceration or bleeding. The standard treatment for DFSP is wide local excision of the tumor with a 2- to 3-cm negative margin, and radiation therapy or chemotherapy can be conducted with surgical treatment. A 35-year-old man had a palpable mass on the left side of his occipital scalp without color change, ulceration, or bleeding, which typically are present in malignancy. A magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scan showed a 3-cm homogenous enhanced mass without adhesion between the scalp and the mass. Unexpectedly, a biopsy revealed the round mass to be DFSP. A wide excision and rotation of the scalp flap were performed. The patient recovered without any complications and received adjuvant radiotherapy at a dose of 60 Gray (Gy) for six weeks. There was no recurrence through six months of follow-up. Here we report this unique case of DFSP with atypical presentation.
