A plunging ranula is a pseudocyst caused by mucus secreted from the sublingual glands, and it is mainly observed on the mouth floor. Nowadays, sclerotherapy using picibanil has been performed instead of invasive surgical treatment, and studies are reporting safe and effective outcomes. In our study, more than 92% of the 25 patients had marked response after picibanil sclerotherapy, and no serious complications were observed. Picibanil sclerotheraphy can be considered as the primary treatment of plunging ranula for patients who refuse surgery under general anaesthesia.
3D 프린팅 응용을 위한 환원그래핀/폴리피롤 복합체 기반의 전도성 폴리카프로락톤 레진의 개발

3D프린팅 기술은 산업적 응용을 넘어서 기계 설비 및 각종 장비의 부품생산뿐만 아니라 의료, 식품, 패션에 이르기까지 많은 시제품들의 개발 및 연구가 진행되고 있다. 3D 프린팅 기반 기술의 적용사례를 볼 때 정밀도와 제작 속도 측면에서도 다른 산업에 충분이 활용될 수 있는 기술의 개발이 보고되고 있으나, 아직까지는 시제품 위주로 이용되고 있으며, 향후 3D 프린팅 기술은 4차산업혁명과 관련하여 광범위한 분야에서 응용될 수 있는 완성품이나 부품제작에 이용될 것으로 예상된다. 본 연구에 서는 탄소나노 재료중 대표적으로 많이 이용되는 환원그래핀 [rGO(reduced graphene oxide)]과 전도성 고분자중 생체 친화적인 특성을 갖는 폴리피롤[Ppy(Polypyrrole)]의 복합체를 생분해성 고분자인 폴리카 프로락톤 [PCL(polycaprolactone)]과 혼합하여 3D 프린팅용 전도성 레진을 개발하고자 하였다. 결과로, 폴리피롤과 환원그래핀 각각 5 wt%, 0.75 wt% 에서 최적의 전기적 특성을 나타내었으며, 환원그래핀의 농도에 따른 표면분석에서도 이와 부합하는 결과를 확인 할 수 있었다. 본 연구를 통하여 제조된 전도성 레진은 3D 프린팅 뿐만 아니라, 다른 산업분야의 전자재료에도 적용이 가능할 것으로 사료된다. 3D Printing technology is developing in various prototypes for medical treatment, food, fashion as well as machinery and equipment parts production. 3D printing technology is also able to fully be utilizedto other industries in terms of developing its technology which has been reported in many field of areas.3D printing technology is expected to be used in various applications related to 4 th industrial revolution such as finished products and parts even it is still carried out in the prototype model. In this study, we have investigated and developed conductive resin for 3d printing application based on reduced graphene oxide(rGO)/Polypyrrole(Ppy) composite and polycaprolactone(PCL) as a biodegradable polymer. The electrical properties and surface morphology of the conductive PCL resin based on therGO/Ppy composite were analyzed by 4point-probe and scanning electron microscope(SEM). The conductive PCL resin based on rGO/Ppy composite is expected to be applicable not only 3D printing, but also electronic materials in other industrial fields.

Purpose: This study has tried to find out the effects of music therapy on anxiety of surgery patients during operation under regional anesthesia. In order to find out the effects, this research design was used nonequivalent control group non-synchronized design. Method: The subjects were the sixty inpatients under regional anesthesia in K hospital. They were assigned to two groups, thirty to the experimental group and thirty to control group. The data were collected using the Visual Analogue Scale(VAS) for State Anxiety and vital sign. The Experimental group received favorite music of the 4 different genre. The control group were inserted ear plug during operation. Data were analyzed by $X^2$-test, T-test, ANOVA and Repeated Measured ANOVA of the SPSS WIN (12.0) version program. Results: 1) Hypothesis 1: The hypothesis "that the figure for state anxiety of the experimental group provided with music therapy would be lower than that of the control group" was confirmed(F=0.27, P=0.01). 2) Hypothesis 2 : Three subordinating hypotheses were established in order to verify the hypothesis "that the figures for vital sings of the experimental group provided with such as music therapy would be lower than those of the control group." were rejected. Conclusion: Music therapy can be regarded as an effective nursing intervention that relieves operative anxiety of surgical patients under regional anesthesia.

The lithium-ion battery has been utilized in various fields including energy storage system, portable electronic devices and electric vehicles due to their high energy and power densities, low self-discharge, and long cycle-life performances. However, despite of various research on electrode materials, there is a lack of research on developing of binder to replace conventional polymer-based binding materials. In this work, petroleum pitch (MP-50)/polymer (polyurethane, PU) composite binder for lithium-ion battery has fabricated not only to use as a binding material, but also to re-place conventional polymer-based binder. The MP-50/PU composite binder has also prepared to various ratios between petroleum pitch and polymer to optimize the physical and electro-chemical performance of the lithium-ion battery based on the MP-50/PU composite binder. The physical and electrochemical performances of the MP-50/PU composite binder-based lithium-ion battery were evaluated using a universal testing machine (UTM), charge/discharge test. As a result, lithium-ion battery based on the MP-50/PU composite (5:5, mass ratio) binder showed optimized performances with 1.53 gf mm−1 of adhesion strength, 341 mAh g−1 of specific discharge capacity and 99.5% of ICE value.

Alzheimers disease is a neurodegenerative disorder characterized by a long-term and progressive decline in cognitive abilities, which can be monitored simply through the MMSE test. In this paper, we propose a Weighted MSE-CE Loss with Bernoulli Penalty to simultaneously perform MMSE score prediction and Alzheimers disease detection. Additionally, by utilizing the VGGish feature which extracts acoustic characteristics on the ADReSSo dataset, we achieve an RMSE of 4.55 and an accuracy of 80.28% for each of the two tasks. This is the highest performance among models using only acoustic features for both tasks.
Genetic Relationships of Four Korean Oysters Based on RAPD and Nuclear rDNA ITS Sequence Analyses

Random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) marker and sequence analyses of the internal transcribed spacer (ITS) region of ribosomal DNA were used to assess phylogenetic relationships of four Korean oyster species. The average number of species-specific markers identified from five universal rice primers (URPs) by RAPD-PCR was 1.8 for Crassostrea gigas, 3.2 for C. nippona, 3.6 for C. ariakensis, and 4.6 for Ostrea denselamellosa. The length of the ITS (ITS1-5.8S-ITS2) region ranged from 1,001 to 1,206 bp (ITS1, 426-518 bp; 5.8S, 157 bp; and ITS2, 418-536 bp), while the GC content ranged from 55.5-61.1% (ITS1, 56.8-61.8%; 5.8S, 56-57.3%; and ITS2, 54.1-62.2%). A phylogenetic analysis of the oysters based on our RAPD, ITS1, and ITS2 sequence data revealed a close relationship between C. gigas and C. nippona and a distant relationship between the genera Crassostrea and Ostrea. Our results indicated that RAPD and ITS sequence analysis was a useful tool for the elucidation of phylogenetic relationships and for the selection of species-specific markers in Korean oysters.

The purpose of this study was to explore male and female Judo athletes’ difference in their reasons for quitting their athletic career based on gender. Subjects of the study were 5 male and 4 female university student athletes who quit their Judo career and data were collected with qualitative study method. The result of analysis and interpretation on the data are as follows; First, male athletes’ reasons for quitting their athletic career were injury, unpredictable future with athletic career, difficulty in group life and goals other than athletic career. Second, female athletes’ reasons for quitting their athletic career were injury, awareness on their limitation in enhancing performance, loss of clear goals and maladaptation to the leaders’ training atmosphere. Third, as the result of comparison on gender difference in reasons for quitting their athletic career, common reason was injury and, as for uncommon reasons, male athletes’ reasons were unpredictable future with athletic career, difficulty in group life and goals other than athletic career while female athletes’ reasons were awareness on their limitation in enhancing performance, loss of clear goals and maladaptation to the leaders’ training atmosphere.

RSD (Remote Sensing Device), which is a roadside measuring device, can measure the exhaust emissions of the vehicle to pass the device without any interference. RSD is capable of measuring the CO, HC, NO, CO₂ emissions of gasoline vehicles, and additionally smoke of' diesel vehicles within I second. Therefore, it can provide thousands or on-road emissions data in a day. In the present study, RSD and conventional emission test equipments were used to analyze the relationship between these equipments. From the test results, it was concluded that RSD can replace the current exhaust gas analyzer as on-road inspection or in-use vehicles, and also can be used to identify the gross emitters and clean vehicles.

RSD (Remote Sensing Device), which is a roadside measuring device, can measure the exhaust emissions from the vehicle to pass the RSD device without any interference. RSD is capable of measuring the CO, HC, NO, CO₂ emissions from on-road vehicle within 1 second. Therefore, it can provide thousands of on-road emissions data in a day. In the present study, RSD was used to measure the exhaust emissions from the gasoline and LPG vehicles on the 27 test sites in Seoul metropolitan areas. Totally 177,849 of effective data were obtained during 104 days, and these data were used to analyze the average CO, HC and NO emissions by vehicle model year, and also to analyze the cumulative distribution by the concentration of exhaust emission for the reference to identify the low and gross emitters.
