Objective:Image-guided surgical system has been widely used in neurosurgical field for minimally invasive surgery. We evaluate the efficacy of a new neuronavigation system developed by ourselves to neurosurgical procedures. Methods:Application accuracy was estimated for evaluation of interactive localization of intracranial lesions. A phantom was mounted with ten frameless markers which were randomly distributed on its surface. Target points were digitized and the coordinates were recorded and compared with reference points. Root mean square (RMS) errors of the coordinates were calculated. The system was used in six cases with MR imaging. We evaluated for its utility, ease of integration, reliability, and intraoperative accuracy. Results:Application accuracy is a crucial factor for stereotactic surgical localization system. The estimated RMS error was 1.2±0.5mm. This degree of accuracy was comparable to that of other reports. Clincally, it was helpful in preoperative planning, deciding the site and location of craniotomy and judging the anatomical position of intracerebral lesion. Conclusion:This system provides an accurate and reliable means for localizing lesions within the brain and identifying underlying anatomical structure. We could minimize surgical morbitidy and operation time. Key words:Image-guided surgery;Neuronavigation;Application accuracy;Stereotactic surgery.
Canine Multicentric Large B Cell Lymphoma with Increased Mott Cells Diagnosed by Flow Cytometry

A 12-year-old dog was referred due to multiple superficial lymphadenopathy. On cytology, each lymph node showed different cell populations where some of them consisted of intermediate to large lymphocytes with frequent Mott cells. Presence of Mott cells along with immature lymphocytes made the cytological diagnosis challenging, and therefore, supplementary diagnostic tests including PCR for Antigen Receptor Rearrangement (PARR) assay and flow cytometry were performed. This case report illustrates the value of flow cytometry in the diagnosis of lymphadenopathy with ambiguous cytologic findings.
탄소섬유를 적용한 카누의 흘수에 따른 저항성능에 대한 수치적 연구

In this study, we selected CFRP to construct a canoe hull. A ship design was made using a commercial ship design program, SOLIDWORKS, and a flow analysis of the canoe on a free surface was calculated using STAR-CCM+. A flow field and waveform were obtained in this way. These results were used to check the resistant performance of the canoe. Results showed that if the draft is 0.09 m, it is safe to run at less than 4 m/s, and if draft is 0.24 m, it is safe to run at less than 2 m/s. Moreover, it was confirmed that those speeds can be made by two adults. The developed canoe, which is 20 % lighter in comparison with conventional FRP models, was briefly introduced in this paper. 본 연구에서는 카누 선체 재료를 탄소섬유복합재료로 선정하였으며, 선형설계는 선박 설계 상용프로그램인 SOLIDWORKS를 이용하여 수행하였다. 카누의 유동해석은 상용프로그램인 STAR-CCM+를 이용하여 자유수면의 파형을 살펴보고 수치해석 결과를 통하여 저항성능을 확인하였다. 그 결과, 흘수가 0.09 m일 경우에 4 m/s 미만의 선속으로, 흘수가 0.24 m인 경우에는 2 m/s 미만으로 운항하면 안전하다고 판단되며, 두 명의 성인이 속도를 내는 데에도 무리가 없음을 확인하였다. 또한, 해석결과를 적용하고 CFRP를 이용하여, 기존의 재료보다 20 % 가볍게 제작된 카누에 대해서도 간략히 소개하였다.

본 연구의 목적은 시청자들의 방송심의에 대한 인식유형을 도출하고 그 특성을 분석하는 동시에, 시청자들에게 나타나는 인식.반응의 비일관성을 체계적으로 파악하는 것이다. 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 설문조사 자료를 이용하여 요인분석과 군집분석 등 통계적 방법으로 방송심의 활동에 대한 시청자들의 인식유형을 구분하여 그 특성을 분석하였다. 시청집단별 인식유형은 ‘엄격기준 적극심의 선호형’ 등 6개 유형으로 분류하였다. 6개 유형 가운데 3개 유형이 적극적인 심의를 선호하는 유형으로 나타나고 있다. 이중 ‘최저기준 적극심의 선호형’ 집단은 심의기준 항목의 중요성을 가장 낮게 평가하면서도, 심의활동은 강화되어야 한다는 논리적으로 모순된 인식과 반응을 보이고 있다. 시사점은 방송심의 활동에 대한 시청자의 인식 유형을 통계적 방법을 활용하여 체계적으로 분류하고, 그 특성을 구체적으로 분석, 향후 심의에 대한 시청자들의 인식과 요구를 보다 과학적으로 파악할 수 있는 기초를 마련한 것이라고 볼 수 있다. The objective of this study is to explore audience perceptions of and responses to broadcasting deliberation and analyze their characteristics. The study employed factor and cluster analyses to categorize audience perceptions of broadcasting deliberation, resulting in the identification of six types of preferences: strict standards applied to positive deliberation etc. The results indicate that audiences, which can be categorized into three types, are more likely to prefer positive deliberation over broadcasting codes. The ratio of civil compliance to a minimum standard of positive deliberation is higher than ratios involving the other standards that were included in the study. The study applied a range of theories, such as cognitive dissonance, inconsistency of perception and response, and psychological reactance, to examine and distinguish audience perceptions and responses. The study’s findings provide valuable information for researchers and interested organizations and can help to lay a cornerstone for systematically classifying audience perceptions and needs in the future.
