        고등학생의 한의약 의료 이용 형태 및 인식에 관한 연구

        Objectives : This study is to research on usage patterns, recognition of system to Korean medicine among high school students who are the potential future medical consumer. Methods : Based on the questionnaire used by KIHASA(Korea Institute for Health and Social Affairs) in 2011 and KHIDI(Korea Health Industry Development Institute) in 2014, modifications were made to make questionnaire more suitable for this research. This self-administered questionnaire was conducted among 1,025 highschool students of 3 high schools in Ulsan city on september, 2015. Except 19 cases which considered statistically insignificant or with unreliable responses, 1,007 cases were analyzed by p-paired test and ANOVA test through the SPSS 22.0 for Win program. Results : Most of the high school students(66.5%) do not have an experience on Korean medical care. The number of students' first experience on Korean medical care is the largest during their elementary school (34.9%), which means the treatment was mostly for restorative reasons like growth care. The later the time of their first experience on Korean medical care, the higher ratio was shown on their recent utilization of Korean medical care. Korean medicine was rarely covered in most cases of public health education at school, and this public health education and usage pattern on Korean medicine have positive correlation. Compared 'Group who have used Korean medical care in 1 years except recent 3 months' to the 'Group who have used Korean medical care in 3 recent months', the former showed higher recognition in Korean medical care and insurance system. Conclusions : The proportion of Korean medicine is as low as 4.5% to whole medical market, and most of the consumers are senior. In addition, the aging phenomenon of Korean medical consumer have been continued. This specialized study on usage patterns and recognition among youth can be the basic research data which can be used for promotion, education and establishment of health policy and health care system.

      • 의도적 간접신호에 강한 주파수 도약 시스템용 적응 투영행렬 빔형성 기법

        의도적 간섭신호가 존재하는 환경에서 효과적 통신을 위한 방식으로 주파수 도약 시스템이 오랫동안 사용되었으나, 간섭이 존재하는 대역내의 데이터 손실을 보상하기 위해 수행이득을 높이는 데에는 한계가 있다. 이와 같은 문제는 주파수 도약 시스템에 빔형성기를 적용함으로서 개선할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 주파수 도약 시스템에 빔형성 기법을 적용하기 위해 주파수 도약에 따른 가중치 벡터의 위상 차이를 보상하는 방법과 연산량이 적으면서도 간섭 신호를 효과적으로 제거할 수 있는 투영 행렬 빔형성 기법을 제시하였다. 즉, 주파수 도약 시스템의 특성을 이용하여 재밍이 존재하지 않는 프레임으로부터 고유치 해석을 통한 지향 벡터를 구하고, 이를 기반으로 투영 행렬을 생성하여 간섭신호가 존재하는 수신 공분산 행렬에서 이를 제거함으로서 최적해인 SINR 빔형성기에 근접한 성능을 나타내었다. Frequency hopping system has been adopted to many communication systems in order to overcome the inferior situation such as jamming environment. But typically its processing gain being limited, data interfered by jamming signal could not be fully recovered. This can be enhanced by combing FH system with spatial interference canceller which is a kind of active beamformer In this Paper, we proposed the compensation method of weight vector discrepancy according to the hopped frequencies and the PMBF method which is able to eliminate the inference effectively with less computational complexity. That is, the steering vector of wanted signals can be calculated from the frame without jamming signals using eigen analysis. New projection matrix extracted by the steering vector of wanted signal eliminates the interferences from the covariance matrix of received signal including wanted signal and jamming signals. This PMBF has similar performance of SINR beamformer with less computational complexity.

        Thrombin Powder와 Gelfoam Powder의 혼합물을 이용한 노출된 망상골면 출혈의 지혈효과

        Objective : Excessive bleeding from the exposed cancellous bone surface may cause serious problem such as hematoma formation, infection, transfusion reaction during operation and postoperative period. There are several kinds of bleeding control agent on the cancellous bone surface including bone wax, gelatin sponge ($Gelfoam^{(R)}$), oxidized cellulose($Oxycel^{(R)}$, $Surgicel^{(R)}$), thrombin, microfibrillar collagen($Avitene^{(R)}$) etc. In the past, bone wax was used to control bone bleeding but it is associated with increased infection rate and fusion failure. Recently, gelfoam paste has been used to control cancellous bone bleeding. We controlled the cancellous bone bleeding with the mixture of gelfoam powder and thrombin powder. Material and Methods : Seventeen patients of posterior fusion on the 4 motion segments of thoracolumbar spine were selected to compare the result of bone bleeding control. In the test group of 9 patients, the cancellous bone bleeding was controlled with the mixture of Gelfoam and thrombin powder during operation. In the control group of 8 cases, no chemical hemostatic agent was used to manage the bone bleeding during operation. We calculated the total amount of bleeding from cancellous bone surface during and after operation in the two groups and compared their statistic significance of the result which was judged by student t-test. Results : The average amount of intraoperative bleeding was 1825ml in control group, 811ml in test group(p<0.01). The amount of postoperative bleeding was 943ml in control group and 812ml in test group, there were no significant difference in the amount of bleeding during postoperative period between two groups(p>0.5). Total amount of blood was decreased in as much as 1150ml in test group(p<0.01). Conclusion : We concluded that the application of the mixture of thrombin and gelfoam powder on the cancellous bone surface is the effective control method of cancellous bone bleeding for multilevel posterior spinal fusion.

        리튬이온이차전지용 구형 Li<sub>4</sub>Ti<sub>5</sub>O<sub>12</sub> 음극 합성 및 Y와 Nb 도핑에 따른 전기화학적 특성

        Yttrium (Y) and niobium (Nb) doped spherical $Li_4Ti_5O_{12}$ were synthesized to improve the energy density and electrochemical properties of anode material. The synthesized crystal was $Li_4Ti_5O_{12}$, the particle size was less than $1{\mu}m$ and the morphology was spherical and well dispersed. The Y and Nb optimal doping amounts were 1 mol% and 0.5 mol%, respectively. The initial capacity of the dopant discharge and charge capacity were respectively 149mAh/g and 143 mAh/g and were significantly improved compared to the undoped condition at 129 mAh/g. Also, the capacity retention of 0.2 C/5 C was 74% for each was improved to 94% and 89%. It was consequently found that Y and Nb doping into the $Li_4Ti_5O_{12}$ matrix reduces the polarization and resistance of the solid electrolyte interface (SEI) layer during the electrochemical reaction.

        용매열 합성법을 통하여 알루미늄을 도핑한 니켈옥사이드의 제조와 그 결정구조적, 전기적 특성

        Nickel oxide was doped with a wide range of concentrations (mol%) of Aluminum (Al) by solvothermal synthesis; single-phased nano powder of nickel oxide was generated after calcination at$900^{\circ}C$. When the concentration of Al dopant was increased, the reduced intensity was confirmed through XRD analysis. Lattice parameters of the synthesized NiO powder were decreased after treatment of the dopant; parameters were increased when the concentration of Al was over the doping limit (5 mol% Al). The binding energy of $Ni^{2+}$ was chemically shifted to $Ni^{3+}$ by doping $Al^{3+}$ ion, as confirmed by the XPS analysis. The tilted structure of the synthesized NiO with 5 mol% Al dopant and the polycrystalline structure of the $Ni_{0.75}Al_{0.25}O$ were observed by HR-TEM analysis. The electrical conductivity of the newly synthesized NiO was highly improved by Al doping in the conductivity test. The electrical conductivity values of the commercial NiO and the synthesized NiO with 5 mol% Al dopant ($Ni_{0.95}Al_{0.05}O$) were 1,400 s/cm and 2,230 s/cm at $750^{\circ}C$, respectively. However, the electrical conductivity of the synthesized NiO with 10 mol% Al dopant ($Ni_{0.9}Al_{0.1}O$) decreased due to the scattering of free-electrons caused by the large number of impurity atoms; the electrical conductivity of $Ni_{0.9}Al_{0.1}O$ was 545 s/cm at $750^{\circ}C$.

        Li_4Ti_5O_12 Nanofiber의 전기화학적 특성에 미치는 Oleic Acid 코팅 효과

        For preparing spinel Li_4Ti_5O_12 nanofiber, a hydrogen titanate nanofiber precursor was mixed with LiOH·H2O and then the mixture was treated at 130℃ in an autoclave for 24 hrs. The hydrogen titanate nanofiber precursor was made using a TiO2 and NaOH solution as the starting material. As a result, the diameter of the Li4Ti5O12 nanofiber was 5-10nm and the length was over 100 nm longer fiber. The oleic acid (C17H33COOH) coated Li4Ti5O12 nanofiber with different oleic acid contents (5, 7.5, and 10 wt%) was obtained by a simple mixing method and heat treatment at 450℃ in a N_2 atmosphere. The results clearly revealed that the surface of the Li4Ti5O12 nanofiber was coated with an amorphous carbon layer (1 nm). The crystallinity of the samples was also enhanced. The oleic acid coated Li_4Ti_5O_12 nanofiber (5 wt% and 7.5 wt%) displayed a much lower impedance than the Li_4Ti_5O_12 nanofiber because of the decreased charge transfer resistance, therefore, it had an improved discharging/charging capacity, c-rate and cycle performance.
