The legal relationship between patient and physician is legally equal relationship. But, in times past, patients be compelled to sign an unequal contract, substantially. Because of the imbalance between supply and demand in the health care market. Today, the law of supply and demand in the health care market is running well. And as the cognition of citizens' rights grows, the relationship between patient and physician can also get a lot of changes. Patients have the right to know the information about medical care, and to decide whether or not to get treatment including invasions against their own bodies. In other words, Doctors have an obligation to explain to their patients. If doctors did not provide patients sufficient explanation or information, it violates the right of patients. This is a tort, or a breach of contract. To improve the remedy for violation of patient’s right, patient is able to be protected by status as consumer. If patient is a kind of consumer in terms of medical consumption, he/she as consumer can enjoy supplementally the consumer’s right. The patient as a consumer can exercise now a consumer’s right as a constitutional right. In addition, with respect to consumer’s rights, Framework Act on Consumers was enacted. This Act is based on constitutional provisions of Article 124 and the Act can be seen as a law that embodies consumer right because the provision of the constitutional law delegates specific contents. In the health care field, patients need to win recognition the statue of the consumer to hold the sovereignty of the consumer. In particular, if patients are consumers, they may be able to make good use of the quickly and efficiently collective dispute resolution and association lawsuit to rescue their damage, the Alternative Dispute Resolution(ADR) of Framework Act on Consumers.

통전가압 소결된 Co-Fe, Co-Ni 소결체의 미끄럼 마찰 및 마멸거동

Dry sliding wear behavior of electro-pressure sintered Co-Fe and Co-Ni compacts was investigated. Pin-on-disk wear tests were performed on the sintered Co-Fe, Co-Ni disks against alumina $(Al_2O_3)$ and silica $(SiO_2)$ balls at various loads ranging from 3N to 12N. A constant sliding speed of 0.1m/sec was employed. Wear rate was calculated by dividing the weight loss of a specimen by the measured specific gravity and sliding dis-tance. Worn surfaces and cross-sections of the specimens were examined using an SEM and EDS to investigate wear mechanism of the compacts. The wear behavior of the compacts were discussed as a function of their com-position. Effects of mechancial properties of the compact as well as oxide layers formed on wearing surface on the wear were also discussed.

대퇴골 전자하 골절의 부정 유합후 발생한 대퇴 골두 골단 분리증 - 1예 보고 -

인간에게 있어 충분한 수면은 필수적인 것이지만, 현대 사회의 사람들은 부족한 수면, 불규칙한 수면 습관 등으로 인해 수면 장애를 겪고 있다. 하지만 수면 장애 여부를 판단하기 위해 실시하는 수면다원검사는 비용과 시간 문제, 낯선 환경에서 수면을 취해야 한다는 점, 몸에 센서들을 부착하여 수면을 방해하는 점 등의 문제들이 있어 선뜻 검사 받기 쉽지 않다. 본 논문에서는 수면 중 발생하는 소리 신호를 녹음하고, 소리 신호를 분석함으로써 수면 중 특이 사항을 찾아내거나 수면 습관을 분석하는 과거 연구들을 조사한다. 수면 중 소리 신호를 이용하는 분석 방법은 비용이 저렴하고, 일반 가정에서도 분석이 가능하며, 몸에 센서를 부착하지 않아 피실험자의 수면을 방해하지 않기 때문에 자연스러운 수면 상태에서 분석이 가능하다. 그래서 소리 신호를 이용하여 수면 습관을 분석하는 연구가 많이 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 수면 중 소리 신호를 이용한 기존의 수면 분석 방법의 일반적인 구조를 소개하고, 각 연구에서 사용하는 분석 기법들과 특징값 선택 방법 등에 대해 조사하고, 추후 수면 분석을 하는 연구자들에게 고려해야 할 점들이 무엇인지 알아본다.

대규모 조합문제를 해결하기 위한 효율적인 논리함수 처리 시스템의 개발과 순서회로 설계에의 응용

Many studies on internal data expression to process logic functions efficiently on computer have been doing actively. In this paper, we propose an efficient logic function manipulation system made on the Objected-Oriented manner, where Binary Decision Diagrams(BDD's) are adopted for internal data espressionof logic functions. Thus it is easy to make BDD's presenting combinational problems. Also, we propose a method of applying filtering function for reducing the size of BDD's instead of attributed bits, and add it to the mainpultion system. As a resutls, the space of address is expanded so that the number of node that can be used in the mainpulation system is increased up to 2/sup 27/. Finally, we apply the implemented system to One-Shot state assignment problems of asynchronous sequential circuits and show that it is efficient for the filtering method to reduce the size of BDD's.
