        해체 다문화가족 관련 법제 고찰

        다문화시대에서 다문화가족의 구성원이 안정적인 가족생활을 할 수 있도록 다문화가족지원이 있다. 다문화가족지원법은 다문화가족만을 제한적으로 보호하고 있다. 장기 유학생이나 근로자들에 대해서는 아쉽게도 다문화가족지원법의 지원 대상범위에 해당되지 않고 있다. 다문화가족의 해체는 당사자들뿐만 아니라 그 가족구성원들에게 고통을 주게 된다. 이하에서는 다문화가족의 개념과 해체에 대해서 살펴보면서 특히 다문화가족의 해체는 업자의 잘못된 정보의 제공이 주요한 원인이기 때문에 결혼중개업의 관리에 관한 법률, 국제결혼중개 표준약관을 살펴본 후 다문화가족의 해체와 관련이 깊은 국적법, 다문화가족지원법, 한부모가족지원법, 출입국관리법 등에 대해서도 고찰하고자 한다. In the multicultural age, multicultural family support is provided for the members of multicultural families to make stable family life. The Multicultural Family Support Act provides limited protection for multicultural families. Unfortunately, long-term international students and workers are not covered by the Multicultural Family Support Act. The dissolution of a multicultural family causes suffering not only to the parties but also to the members of the family. In the following, the concept and disassembly of multicultural families are examined. Especially, dismantling of multicultural families is the main cause of the misinformation of the providers. Therefore, the law on the management of the marriage brokerage business, the terms of the international marriage brokerage standard, This deep nationality law, multicultural family support law, single-parent family support law, immigration control law is also examined.

        협동학습이 민주시민의식에 미치는 영향 -또래지지, 교사지지, 부모지지 및 사회적 자아개념의 매개효과를 중심으로-

        This study aimed to examine the effects of democratic civil consciousness, by inserting cooperative learning into parameter variables. Considering the purpose of social studies and the feature of cooperative learning, cooperative learning is the independent variable. Moreover, peer support, teacher support, parents support and social self-concept are the parameter variables. Furthermore, democratic civil consciousness is the dependent variable. To conduct this study, a structural equation model by using the AMOS 22.0 and the SPSS 21.0 was utilized and analyzed. The mediated model was verified by using the structural equation. The subjects were secondary school students, teachers, and parents in the Gyeonggi Province Longitudinal Survey Study on Education (2014) which was conducted by the Gyeonggi Provincial Office of Education. The results of this study were as follows: First, cooperative learning had a direct effect on democratic civil consciousness by applying peer support and teacher support as the parameter variables. Secondly, cooperative learning had a direct effect on social self-concept by applying peer support as the full parameter variable. In addition, there was a relationship between social self-concept and democratic civil consciousness. Finally, cooperative learning had positive effects on improvement on democratic civil consciousness, when the function of the positive interdependence is operated social self-concept is formed. However, this study demonstrates that cooperative learning, which had no intimate connection with parents` support, had no effects on social self-concept. On the other hand, peer support was perceived as the significant parameter variable, as well as teacher support

        As wind force increases in proportion to wind speed cubed, exact measurement of wind speed data is important. Turbulence intensity and extreme wind speed in selected area for wind farm shall be considered using the measurement data. In development of wind farm , estimation of Annual Energy Production per year is important. For this estimation, at least one year's wind resources shall be measured at the point planned for wind farm site or vicinity therefrom. This paper analyzed wind resource using data collected from Met mast at 80 meter height located in an South western area island for one year. The result showed average wind speed of 7.1m/s and turbulence intensity was 9% in average.

        한·일 초등학생의 다문화 태도 비교 연구

        본 연구는 한국과 일본 초등학생의 다문화 태도 비교를 통해 양국 초등학생의 다문화교육에 시사점을 얻기 위한 목적으로 수행되었다. 이를 위해 양국의 초등학교 5학년(한국은 경기도 소재 초등학생 116명, 일본은 도쿠시마현 소재 초등학생 119명 총 235명)을 대상으로 설문조사와 면접을 실시하였다. 5점 척도 다문화 태도 검사지를 분석한 결과, 전체적으로나 인지, 정의, 행동적 영역 모두에서 한국 초등학생(3.98)이 일본 초등학생(3.64)보다 다문화 태도가 개방적이었다(p < 0.001). 다만 양국 모두 정의적 영역, 행동적 영역으로 갈수록 개방적 태도의 정도가 낮아지는 모습을 보였다. 다문화 경험의 부족 때문인 것으로 보인다. 변인별로는 학교 다문화교육경험 유무, 다문화 관심 유무에 따라 다문화 태도에 차이가 나타났다. 그러므로 다문화에 대한 관심과 학교에서의 다문화교육의 필요성이 확인된다. 다문화에 대한 인식에서는 다문화사회의 장점은 문화교류(한국: 56.3%, 일본: 46.5%)가 가장 높게 나타났고, 외국어를 배움(한국: 21.9%, 일본: 35.8%)이 다음으로 나타나 비율의 차이를 보였다. 단점에 대해서는 삶이 불편함(한국: 61.6%, 일본: 57.7%)이 가장 높게 나타났고, 사회통합의 어려움(한국: 18.0%, 일본: 20.2%)이 다음으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study is to examine the similarities and differences of the attitude towards the multicultural society between Japanese and Korean primary students. For this study, 119 Japanese and 116 Korean fifth-grade students from Tokushima in Japan and Gyeonggi-do in Korea, were surveyed. As a triangulation process, 5 Japanese and 5 Korean students were interviewed extensively in a focus group interview session. The questionnaire based on Munroe & Pearson (2006)`s MASQE (Multicultural Attitude Scale Questionnaire) were adapted to include knowledge (know), empathy (care) and active experience (act) derivations about the multicultural society. Summary of the results from the both quantitative and qualitative research are as follows: First, Korean students showed the more positive attitude towards the multicultural society than Japanese students. This result explains different attitudes among Korean and Japanese students` responses. Whereas Korean students viewed the multicultural society in the universal perspective, Japanese students took the realistic stance. Second, Korean students, who participated in the multicultural education, revealed more positive attitude. Also, both Korean and Japanese students, who were interested in the multicultural society, had more positive multicultural attitudes. These results affirm that the inclusion of multicultural education in school curriculums would be substantial. Third, both Korean and Japanese students` multicultural attitudes were more skewered in knowledge (know) than empathy (care) and active experiences (act) derivations. One explanation for this result is that majority of respondents rarely had real-life exposures in a multicultural situation.

        한국산 환태평양 볼락속 (Genus Sebastes), Sebastes glaucus의 최초 보고 (쏨뱅이목: 양볼락과)

        쏨뱅이목 양볼락과에 속하는 Sebastes glaucus 1개체 (표준체장 276.9 mm)가 독도 북서쪽에서 자망으로 채집되었다. 본 개체는 황갈색 체색, 높은 체고, 전두부와 목덜미 부분은 볼록하고 후두부는 넓다. 또한 14개의 등 지느러미 극조 및 주상악골에 비늘이 없는 것이 특징이다. 우리나라에서 처음 보고되는 환태평양 볼락속인 이 어류의 국명으로 NFRDI (1999)에 따라 “청회볼락”을 제안한다. A single specimen (276.9 mm standard length) of the scorpaenid Sebastes glaucus was collected by a gill net from Dokdo, East Sea, Korea. The specimen is characterized by yellowish brown body color, deep body, convex frontal region and nape, board occipital region, 14 spines at dorsal fin, and no scales at maxilla. This is the first record of S. glaucus in Korea; we therefore add the species to the Korean fish fauna. According to the NFRDI (1999), we propose the Korean name, “Cheong-hoebol- rak” for this species.

        한국산 붉평치과 (Lampridae) 어류 1 미기록종, Lampris guttatus

        이악어목, 붉평치과에 속하는 Lampris guttatus 1개체(표준체장 705 mm)가 2014년 11월 12일 삼척 연안의 정치망에서 처음으로 채집되었다. 이 종은 체고가 높고 난형인 점, 지느러미와 턱이 선명한 진홍색인 점 그리고 몸 전체에 흰 반점이 불규칙하게 흩어져 있는 점이 특징이다. 이 미기록종의 과명과 속명 그리고 종명은 “붉평치과”, “붉평치속” 그리고 “붉평치”로 각각 제안하였다. A single specimen (705 mm in standard length) of Lampris guttatus (Brunnich, 1788), belonging to the family Lampridae, was firstly collected from the coast of Samcheok, East Sea, Korea in November 2014. This species was characterized by having oval shaped body, vivid scarlet fins and jaw and pale white spots on body irregularly. We propose a new Korean name, “Buk-pyeong-chigwa”, “Buk-pyeong-chi-sok” and “Buk-pyeong-chi” for the family, genus and species, respectively.

        한국과 독일 중학교 사회교과서의 인권 관련 내용 비교 분석

        The purpose of this study is to suggest alternatives for human rights education in social studies curriculums and textbooks based on the comparison of human rights education in Korea and Germany. For this purpose, 6 and 8 pieces of middle school textbooks in Korea and Germany were compared and analyzed based on content selection and content composition in the cognitive, affective, and behavioral domains. Korean textbooks were found to be consisting of formal inquiry activities to understand human rights-related concepts and human rights development. Furthermore, they explain concepts and grasp systems with a focus on daily life and violations of labor rights. However, Korean textbooks did not deal with real social issues related to human rights on an international level. On the other hand, German textbooks dealt with specific cases of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and current social problems related to children, such as global poverty, hunger, war, and labor exploitation, focusing on questions and various activities related to those issues. In particular, each detail of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights is approached with a concrete example. Considering the educational effects that Korean students will have after receiving their current education, they can understand the concept of human rights and human rights violations. But they will have difficulties understanding how these become social problems and how to solve them in life. There are limits to what you can expect to do. On the other hand, in the case of Germany, it is expected that students will not only understand the concept due to case studies but also learn what kind of action to put into practice. Human rights education needs to deal with topics and cases concerning global children's human rights through various activities from the perspective of global citizenship education and research activities based on case studies related to social issues which can attract students' attention in the future.

        해상풍력 발전용량 설계에 관한 연구

        풍력에너지는 청정 및 재생에너지의 가장 저렴한 모형중의 하나로 널리 알려져 있다. 실제로 몇몇 국가에서는 풍력에너지가 새롭게 건설되는 발전소들 중에서 화석연료 발전단가와 동등한 수준으로 만들어 오고 있다. 해상풍력 에너지 개발은 한국정부의 3020계획 목표달성을 위한 중요한 국내 에너지자원일 것으로 보인다. 풍력프로젝트의 개발단계 중에서 중심이 되는 항목은 풍력자원 평가이다. 풍력자원평가의 기본적인 3가지 등급 또는 단계는 예비부지확정, 부지 풍력자원 평가, 마이크로사이팅 등으로 나누어 분류할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 6개소 해상기상탑 자료를 기반으로 3단계를 적용하여 전남 해상지역의 풍력발전 용량을 추정하는 것이다. 풍력프로젝트 개발을 위하여 소프트웨어 도구로 25년 이상 실적이 있고 풍력에너지 프로젝트 개발프로그램으로 잘 알려진 WindPRO를 사용하였다. 전남지역 해상풍력발전용량의 설계결과는 6개 풍력단지에서 총 2.52GW로 계산되었다. Wind energy is widely recognized as one of the cheapest forms of clean and renewable energy. In fact, in several countries, wind energy has achieved cost parity with fossil fuel-based sources of electricity generation for new electricity generation plants. Offshore wind energy development promises to be a significant domestic renewable energy source for the target of korea government 3020 plan. A pivotal activity during the development phase of a wind project is wind resource assessment. Several approaches can be categorized as three basic scales or stages of wind resource assessment: preliminary area identification, area wind resource evaluation, and micrositing. This study is to estimate the wind power capacity of chonnam province offshore area using three basic stages based on the six meteorological mast data. WindPRO was used, one of a well-known wind energy prediction programs and based on more than 25 years of experiences in development of software tools for wind energy project development. The design results of offshore wind power generation capacity is calculated as total 2.52GW with six wind farms in chonnam offshore area.
