소아 백반증의 한약 치료에 대한 최신 임상 연구 동향 - 중국 무작위 대조군 연구를 중심으로 -

Objective The purpose of this study is to gather information from clinical studies conducted in China and analyze the effects of herbal medicine treatment for childhood vitiligo. Methods The randomized controlled trials (RCTs) with herbal medicine treatment for childhood vitiligo from the Chinese Academic Journal (CAJ) from China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) were searched. Then, each study was analyzed by demographics, disease durations, interventions, treatment periods, outcomes, adverse events, and compositions of the herbal medicine used. Result A total of 6 RCTs were included. All the trials except for one used a combination of Chinese herbal medicine with Western medicine as their treatment groups. The total efficacy rate was used to measure the effectiveness, and the treatment groups reported a significantly higher total efficacy rate compared to the control groups in all studies. In one study, a control group treated with compound glycyrrhizin capsule and topical compound kaliziran tincture combination treatment was compared with a treatment group which used the same treatment that the control group received in addition to oral herbal medicine. This study also showed higher total effectiveness in the treatment group than the control group. Conclusions In pediatric vitiligo, a combination of herbal medicine treatment rather than Western medical treatment alone can improve symptoms. In addition, it was suggested that the therapeutic effect can be enhanced when oral herbal medicine is used in combination with other herbal medicine treatments.
SiO<SUB>2</SUB>계열 젤화제 입자크기에 따른 니트로메탄 젤 추진제의 유변학적 특성 연구

본 연구에서는 이산화규소를 젤화제로 사용한 니트로메탄 젤 추진제의 유변학적 특성을 분석하였다. 니트로메탄 젤은 나노 또는 마이크로 입자 크기의 젤화제를 각각 5 wt%, 6.5 wt%, 8 wt% 함량으로 첨가하여 제작되였으며 점도 측정 실험은 회전형 점도계를 이용하여 측정을 수행하였다. 제작된 젤 추진제는 항복응력이 존재함을 확인하였고 측정 범위 전 구간에서 전단박화 거동을 보이며 나노 크기의 젤화제를 첨가한 젤 추진제의 경우 마이크로 크기 대비 낮은 전단속도(1 ~ 100 1/s) 영역에서 높은 점도를 보였다. 또한 니트로메탄 젤 추진제의 경우, Herschel-Bulkley 모델 보다는 Teipel과 Forter-Barth가 제시한 모델을 사용하는 것이 적합함을 확인하였다. In this study, the rheological properties of nitromethane gel propellants on nano/micron sized gelling agent are investigated. Silicon dioxide is used as the gellant with 5 wt%, 6.5 wt% and 8 wt% concentration, respectively, where the measurements are conducted under steady-state shear flow conditions using a rotational rheometer. The nitromethane/silicon dioxide gel showed non-Newtonian flow behavior for the entire experimental shear rate ranges. The gel fuels with nano-sized gellant had a slightly higher viscosity than the gel fuels with micron-sized one for low shear rate range. Additionally, it was found that Herschel-Bulkley model can hardly describe the rheological behavior of nitromethane gel propellant, but the NM model(by Teipel and Forter-Barth) is better suited to explain the rheological behavior of nitromethane gel propellant.

This paper presents a WLAN band active monopole antenna which is made of a CPW-fed monopole antenna and a low noise amplifier implemented on single-layer low-temperature co-fired ceramic (LTCC) substrate. Planar active antenna measure return loss and power test. (drain voltage = 4V, gate voltage = -0.6V). The bandwidth, is 540㎒, return loss is -38㏈.
볼의 자이로스코픽 모멘트와 원심력을 고려한 고속 볼베어링의 마찰 토크 해석 및 실험

A ball bearing is core component to design a rotor-bearing system. Friction loss of ball bearings is one of major energy loss in the rotor-bearing system, and predicting the friction torque of ball bearings is required to design a motor with low power consumption. Force equilibrium equations and geometric compatibility equations of a ball bearing are solved to calculate dynamic characteristics of a ball bearing. Friction torque is calculated by Palmgren and SKF ball bearing friction models with simulated contact angle result. In experiment, power loss of a motor is measured to calculate the friction torque of a ball bearing. The research shows that Palmgren and SKF ball bearing friction models are in good agreement with the experimental result, and the friction torque of a ball bearing is dominantly affected by preload and rotating speed.
에어로빅스 운동 참가자의 멘토링 경험과 운동지속에 대한 인과모형 분석

이 연구는 에어로빅스 참가자의 멘토링 경험과 운동몰입, 신체적 자아개념 및 운동지속의 관계에 대하여 가설적 인과모형을 기초로 하여 각 변인들 간의 인과관계를 실증적으로 규명하는데 그 목적이 있다. 유층집락법을 이용하여 2016년도 현재 서울 · 경기도 소재 상업스포츠 시설과 공공스포츠시설에서 에어로빅스에 참가하고 있는 1300명을 조사대상으로 선정하였으며, 분석에 적합하지 않은 자료를 제외한 유효표본은 1279명이었다. 사전조사를 통한 신뢰도와 타당도를 검증한 후 구성된 문항으로 만든 설문지를 사용하였으며, 자기평가기입법에 의해 얻어진 자료처리는 SPSS 15.0과 AMOS 7.0을 이용하여 빈도분석, 상관관계분석 및 구조방정식모젤을 통하여 분석하였다. 이와 같은 방법에 의해 얻은 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 가설적 초기구조모형은 적합성 평가 기준을 충족시키지 못하였으나, 측정변인 제거를 통하여 수정된 최종구조모형은 적합하였다. 둘째, 에어로빅스 참가자의 멘토링 경험, 운동몰입, 신체적 자아개념 및 운동지속의 최종 연구모형 내의 경로에서 나타난 변인 간의 상대적 영향력은 멘토링 경험과 운동몰입, 멘토링 경험과 신체적 자아개념, 운동몰입과 신체적 자아개념, 운동몰입과 운동지속, 신체적 자아개념과 운동지속의 연구모형 내 5개의 경로는 상대적 영향력이 있는 것으로 나타났다. This study attempts to use past research findings and hypothetical structural models concerning the relationship among aerobics participants" mentoring experience, sport flow, physical self-concept and exercise adherence in order to observe and examine the causal relationship between the variables. 1,300 people that took part in aerobics exercise in commercial and public exercise facilities in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do were surveyed for the study. Unsuitable data was excluded to obtain valid samples of 1,279 people. A questionnaire in which reliability and validity were verified through preliminary testing was used for the study. The results and findings of this study area as follows: First, it was found that the initial structural model"s standard for suitability was not satisfied. However, a modified model, which removed the unsuitable factors from the initial structural model, was found to be suitable for explaining the causal relationship. Second, it was found that participants" mentoring experience directly affects his or hers sports flow as well as physical self-concept. Results have shown that it also indirectly affects exercise adherence through two pathways: mentoring experience affecting the sport flow and mentoring experience affecting physical self-concept. These results lead to the conclusion that the aerobics participants" mentoring experience does not affect exercise adherence.
