        발열교육프로그램이 아동병원간호사의 지식, 태도 및 간호수행에 미치는 효과

        Purpose: This study was performed to develop the Fever Education Program (FEP) and evaluate its effects on the knowledge, attitudes, and nursing practice of pediatric nurses. Methods: The quasi-experimental research strategy used a pretest-posttest nonequivalent control group design. Recruited participants were forty-seven nurses at two pediatric hospitals in G city. The research was conducted from September 1 to October 10, 2015. To test the effects of the FEP, the participants were divided into two groups, an experimental group (n=27) and a control group (n=20). Data were collected prior to and six weeks after the intervention using self-reported questionnaires. Data were analyzed using Fisher’s exact test, the χ2- test, t–test, Mann-Whitney U test, and analysis of covariance (ANCOVA) with the SPSS/WIN 19.0 program. Results: Following the FEP intervention, no significant differences were found in nursing practice, but significant differences were found in knowledge (t=3.62, p=0.001) and attitudes (t=4.26, p=0.000) between the experimental group and the control group. Conclusion: The results of this study indicate that the FEP could provide an effective nursing intervention to improve knowledge and attitudes toward fever care in pediatric nurses.

        MBTI를 활용한 상담프로그램이 일개 의학전문대학원생의 대인관계에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: There are large differences between medical school curricula and those of other disciplines and graduate schools. Counseling program is designed to help participants understand their innate tendencies and have indirect experiences with the 16Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) types, which can lead to better interpersonal relationships. Methods: The experimental and control groups, which were sampled randomly, comprised 34 students each. Each group was consisted of 17 females and 17 males. We implemented a counseling program (understanding oneself, understanding others) only to the experimental group, not the control group. The effects of the program were analyzed by t-test and analysis of covariance (ANCOVA). The data were analyzed using SPSS 17.0 Window. Results: For the Human relationship scale as a whole, the experimental group showed an increase from 3.641 to 3.846 (p=0.001). With regard to the subcategories, satisfaction increased from 3.705 to 4.022 (p=0.000), trust increased from 3.480 to 3.715 (p=0.015),intimacy increased from 3.833 to 4.019 (p=0.007), and openness increased from 3.435 to 3.700 (p=0.006). Conclusion: This program improved interpersonal relationships by helping new students understand each other, build a rapport,and understand their personalities well with open minded attitudes. Their relationships gradually became more intimate than awkward through this program.

        SWAT모형의 시단위 및 일단위 유출 모의성능 비교

        This study aims to evaluate the Soil and Water Assessment Tool (SWAT) hourly hydrological modeling performance and compare it with daily SWAT modeling parameters. For the Byeolmicheon catchment ($1.17km^2$) located in the upstream of Gyeongancheon watershed and total 18 storm events measured during 3 years (2011-2013), the hourly SWAT was calibrated and validated using the Green and Ampt (G&A) infiltration equation. The determination coefficient ($R^2$) and Nash-Sutcliffe model efficiency (NSE) of hourly SWAT discharge were 0.81 and 0.73 respectively, and the most sensitive parameter was soil saturated hydraulic conductivity (SOL_K) and calibrated with the average value of 0.075 mm/hr. In addition, the hourly SWAT simulation by G&A was compared with the daily SWAT simulation by SCS-CN (Soil Conservation Service-Curve Number) method for the whole 3 years period. The houlrly G&A results showed $R^2$ and NSE of 0.71 and 0.50, and the daily SCS-CN results were 0.71 and 0.66, respectively. The SOL_K by daily SCS_CN method was calibrated at 75.5 mm/hr, 1,000 times greater than the hourly G&A method. The next sensitive parameters for the hourly simulation were lag time of lateral flow (LAT_TIME) and lag time of surface runoff (SURLAG).

        교정공무원의 퇴직준비에 관한 질적 연구

        The purpose of this study was to find out how correctional officers prepare for their life after retirement. We conducted in-depth interviews of 10 correctional officers who within 5 years before retirement and preparing for life after retirement, and analyzed the collected interview data using Consensual Qualitative Research(CQR) method. Through this analysis, correctional officers’s retirement preparations appeared in 4 categories and 11 subcategories. 4 categories are as follows : ‘The meaning and reality of retirement plan’, ‘Personal resources for preparing for retirement’, ‘Specific arrangements for retirement’, ‘Alternative to preparing for retirement’. The synthesis of research results is as follows. The reason why correctional officers want to work after retirement is, ‘in order to live a healthy life after retirement’, ‘to feel pride by contributing to society’, ‘to accomplish something similar to an unrealized dream’. And the difficulties in preparing for retirement is the economic circumstances and the working environment, and the current working experience did not help career transition after retirement. Based on research findings, We presented policy measures to help correctional officer’s retirement preparation and the direction of retirement support program that meets the characteristics of correctional officers. 본 연구의 목적은 교정공무원들이 퇴직 후 삶을 어떻게 준비하고 있는지를 알아보기위한 것이다. 이를 위해 퇴직 준비를 하고 있는 5년 이내 퇴직 예정 교정공무원 10명을대상으로 심층면접을 실시하였고, 수집된 자료를 합의적 질적 연구방법(CQR)으로분석하였다. 분석결과 교정공무원들의 퇴직준비는 4개 범주와 11개의 하위 범주로 도출되었는데, 4개의 범주는 ‘퇴직준비의 의미와 현실’, ‘퇴직준비를 위한 개인적 자원’, ‘퇴직을 위한구체적인 준비행동’과 ‘퇴직준비를 위한 대안’이다. 연구결과를 종합해 보면, 교정공무원들이 퇴직 후에도 일을 하려는 이유는, ‘퇴직 후 건강한 삶을 살기 위해’, ‘사회에 기여함으로써 삶의 보람을 느끼기 위해’, ‘이루지 못한 꿈과 유사한 일을 하기 위해’서 인것으로 나타났다. 그리고 재직 중 퇴직준비의 어려움은 경제 사정과 근무 환경으로 나타났고, 현직에서의 업무 경험은 퇴직 후 진로 전환에 크게 도움이 되지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과를 바탕으로, 본 연구는 교정공무원의 퇴직준비를 돕기 위한 정책적 방안과교정공무원의 특성에 부합하는 퇴직지원프로그램의 방향을 제안하였다.

        비점원오염 저감효과 분석을 위한 시단위 SWAT 유역 모델링

        This study is to assess the effect of non-point source pollution discharge loads between tillage and no-tillage applications for upland crop areas using SWAT (Soil and Water Assessment Tool) watershed modeling. For Byulmi-cheon small rural catchment ($1.17km^2$) located in upstream of Gyeongan-cheon watershed, the rainfall, discharge and stream water quality have been monitored in the catchment outlet since 2011. The SWAT model was calibrated and validated in hourly basis using 19 rainfall events during 2011-2013. The average Nash-Sutcliffe model efficiency and $R^2$ (determination coefficient) for streamflow were 0.67 and 0.79 respectively. Using the 10 % surface runoff reduction from experiment results for no-tillage condition in field plots of 3 % and 8 % slopes under sesami cultivation, the soil saturated hydraulic conductivity for upland crop areas was adjusted from 0.001 mm/hr to 0.0025 mm/hr in average. Under the condition, the catchment sediment, T-N (total nitrogen, TN), and T-P (total phosphorus, TP) discharge loads were reduced by 6.9 %, 7.4 %, and 7.7 % respectively.

        Determination of Memantine HCl by UV Spectrophotometry using MPCN as an UV-labelling Reagent

        Memantine HCl을 자외부 유도화제인 MPCN과 반응시켜 흡광광도법으로 정량하였다. 유도화반응은 pH 5, $50^{\circ}C$에서 MPCN을 1:20배 몰비로 사용하여 30분간 반응시켰으며 dichloromethane으로 추출한 후 324.5nm에서 흡광도를 측정하였다. 그 결과 memantine HCl의 최종 농도로써 $5.0{\times}10^{-6}{\sim}6.5{\times}10^{-5}M$ 사이에서 직선성을 나타냈으며 detection limit는 $0.43{\mu}g/ml$이었다. 본 분석법을 제제에 적용하였을 때 주사제는 $100.08{\pm}0.72%$였고 정제는 $99.75{\pm}0.77%$로, 부형제에 의한 영향 없이 간편하고 신속하게 재현성 있는 결과를 나타내므로 의약품의 품질관리에 효과적으로 응용될 수 있으리라 사료된다. Spectrophotometric assay for memantine HCl was developed by using sodium 1-(4-methoxypheyl) cinnamonitrile-2-sulfonate (MPCN) as an UV labelling reagent. The optimum derivatizing condition was obtained by incubation for 30 min at pH 5.0 in the presence of 20-fold molar excess of the labelling reagent. The absorbance of reaction product was measured at 324.5 nm and detection limit was $0.43{\mu}g/ml$. A linear range was $5.0{\times}10^{-6}{\sim}6.5{\times}10^{-5}M$ of memantine HCl. The linear regression analysis of absorbance at various drug concentration was r=0.9998 (n=6). When applied to memantine HCl ampule and tablet, it gave the mean contents of $100.08{\pm}0.72%$ and $99.75{\pm}0.77%$, respectively.

        교정공무원의 직업정체성이 직업안녕감에 미치는 영향

        The Purpose of this study was to examine the effect of correctional officers’ occupational identity on occupational well-being. To achieve this purpose, the survey was conducted on 531 correctional officers in active serve at 9 correctional institutions nationwide. Through analytical methods, this study performed a one-way analysis of variance(ANOVA), t-test and multiple linear regression by using the SPSS program. The following are the major results of this study. First, at the level of correctional officers’ occupational identity, marriage is higher than unattached, older age is higher than younger age, advanced career is higher than initial career, and senior rank is higher than junior rank. Second, at the level of correctional officers’ occupational well-being, marriage is higher than unattached, older age is higher than younger age, advanced career is higher than initial career, senior rank is higher than junior rank, and field workers are higher than office workers. Third, Correctional officers’ occupational identity has a significant correlation with their occupational well-being. Fourth, Correctional officers’ occupational identity has a significant effect on their occupational well-being. 본 연구의 목적은 교정공무원의 직업정체성이 직업안녕감에 미치는 영향을 규명하는것이다. 연구를 위해, 전국 9개 교정시설에 재직 중인 교정공무원 531명을 대상으로조사하였으며, SPSS 통계프로그램을 이용하여 일원배치분산(ANOVA)과 T-검정, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교정공무원의 직업정체성은 대체적으로 미혼보다는 기혼이, 연령과 근무경력이 많을수록, 직급이 높을수록 높은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 교정공무원의 직업안녕감은 대체적으로, 미혼보다는 기혼이, 연령과 근무경력이 많을수록, 직급이 높을수록, 보안관련 부서보다는 사무관련 부서가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 교정공무원의 직업정체성과 직업안녕감은 유의미한 정적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 교정공무원의 직업정체성은 직업안녕감에 유의미한 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로나타났다.

        SWAT모형을 이용한 RCP 기후변화 시나리오에 따른 고랭지농업유역의 수문 및 수질 평가

        The purpose of this study were to evaluate the effect of best management practices (BMPs) of Haean highland agricultural catchment ($62.8km^2$) under future climate change using SWAT (Soil and Water Assessment Tool). Before future evaluation, the SWAT was setup using 3 years (2009~2011) of observed daily streamflow, suspended solid (SS), total nitrogen (T-N), and total phosphorus (T-P) data at three locations of the catchment. The SWAT was calibrated with average 0.74 Nash and Sutcliffe model efficiency for streamflow, and 0.78, 0.63, and 0.79 determination coefficient ($R^2$) for SS, T-N, and T-P respectively. Under the HadGEM-RA RCP (Representative Concentration Pathway) 4.5 and 8.5 scenarios, the future precipitation and maximum temperature showed maximum increases of 8.3 % and $4.2^{\circ}C$ respectively based on the baseline (1981~2005). The future 2040s and 2080s hydrological components of evapotranspiration, soil moisture, and streamflow showed changes of +3.2~+17.2 %, -0.1~-0.7 %, and -9.1~+8.1 % respectively. The future stream water quality of suspended solid (SS), total nitrogen (T-N), and total phosphorus (T-P) showed changes of -5.8~+29.0 %, -4.5~+2.3 %, and +3.7~+17.4 % respectively. The future SS showed wide range according to streamflow from minus to plus range. We can infer that this was from the increase of long-term rainfall variability in 2040s less rainfalls and 2080s much rainfalls. However, the results showed that the T-P was the future target to manage stream water quality even in 2040s period.

        비디오피드백을 활용한 다차원적 발표불안 감소 집단 프로그램이 여고생의 발표불안, 자기효능감 및 발표행동에 미치는 효과

        The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of a multi-dimensional group program using video feedbacks for the reduction of public speaking anxiety on the presentation anxiety, self-efficacy and presentation behaviors among the third grade female students in a commercial high school. Among the students who had high scores in a presentation anxiety test, 30 students who wanted to participate in this study were selected and assigned randomly into two groups. The subjects of experimental group participated in the 8 session intervention program once or twice a week. It took 60 ~ 90 minutes for each session. Pre-test and post-test scores of experimental group and control group were compared using two-way ANOVA. The results revealed that the experimental group showed lower presentation anxiety, higher self-efficacy, and more appropriate presentation behaviors than the control group after participating in the program. The meanings of his study were as follows. It was replicated some results of previous studies that the multi-dimensional intervention including video feedback, cognitive techniques, relaxation and coping strategies was useful for the reduction of public speaking anxiety through the controled study using random assignment and several measures including rating scales by others as well as self-reports. Finally, Some limitations of this study and the direction for future study were discussed.
