        The purpose of this study was to identify the current status of architectural proposals used in facility horticulture design through environmental control research cases used in facility horticulture and to provide basic data for facility horticulture to be designed in the future. For this purpose, Korean abstracts of 125 papers were collected by searching five keywords under ‘facility, horticulture, environment, greenhouse, control’ in Academic Research Information Service (RISS). The collected Korean abstracts were analyzed using word frequency, TF-IDF, N-gram, and network analysis using the TEXTOM program. In facility horticulture greenhouses, attempts are made to apply various architectural elements such as equipment, louvers, openings, and architectural forms in order to control an environment suitable for plant growth. Although some positive effects are shown, the environment takes into account the integrated design of each architectural element. Research and application on regulation are found to be insufficient.

        유기 킬레이터들을 이용한 구리 식각에 대한 반응성 평가

        The reactivity evaluation of copper is performed using ethylenediamine, aminoethanol, and piperidine to apply organic chelators to copper etching. It is revealed that piperidine, which is a ring-type chelator, has the lowest reactivity on copper and copper oxide and ethylenediamine, which is a chain-type chelator, has the highest reactivity via inductively coupled plasma-mass spectroscopy (ICP-MS). Furthermore, it is confirmed that the stable complex of copper-ethylenediamine can be formed during the reaction between copper and ethylenediamine using nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) and radio-thin layer chromatography. As a final evaluation, the copper reactivity is evaluated by wet etching using each solution. Scanning electron micrographs reveal that the degree of copper reaction in ethylenediamine is stronger than that in any other chelator. This result is in good agreement with the evaluation results obtained by ICP-MS and NMR. It is concluded that ethylenediamine is a prospective etch gas for the dry etching of the copper.

        유기 물질을 사용한 구리박막의 건식 식각에 대한 헥사플루오로이소프로판올 첨가의 영향

        Dry etching of copper thin films is performed using high density plasma of ethylenediamine (EDA)/hexafluoroisopropanol (HFIP)/Ar gas mixture. The etch rates, etch selectivities and etch profiles of the copper thin films are improved by adding HFIP to EDA/Ar gas. As the EDA/HFIP concentration in EDA/HFIP/Ar increases, the etch rate of copper thin films decreases, whereas the etch profile is improved. In the EDA/HFIP/Ar gas mixture, the optimal ratio of EDA to HFIP is investigated. In addition, the etch parameters including ICP source power, dc-bias voltage, process pressure are varied to examine the etch characteristics. Optical emission spectroscopy results show that among all species, [CH], [CN] and [H] are the main species in the EDA/HFIP/Ar plasma. The X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy results indicate the formation of CuCN compound and C-N-H-containing polymers during the etching process, leading to a good etch profile. Finally, anisotropic etch profiles of the copper thin films patterned with 150 nm scale are obtained in EDA/HFIP/Ar gas mixture.

        Cognitive Radio 시스템 환경에서의 다중 홉 릴레이 전송 기법

        본 논문에서는 IEEE 802.22 기반의 인지라디오 시스템에서 다중 홉 릴레이 방식의 적용 방안을 제안한다. 먼저, 중계기를 통한 전송 시나리오를 가정하고 이를 지원하기 위한 물리 채널 프레임 구조를 예시한다. 다음으로, 분산 감지 (distributed sensing) 방식을 이용한 가용 채널 결정 방식을 제안하고 이를 토대로, 기지국 중심의 중앙집중형 (centralized) 채널 할당 기법 및 릴레이 전송을 위한 중계기 선택 알고리즘을 개발하였다. 그리고 수학적 해석과 시뮬레이션을 통한 성능 분석 결과는 제안한 다중 홉 릴레이 방식이 중계기를 사용하지 않은 기존의 인지 라디오 시스템에 비해 스펙트럼 이용효율과 시스템 수율 측면에서 성능 향상이 있음을 보여준다. In this paper, a multi-hop relaying transmission scheme is analyzed regarding its feasibility and potentiality in the IEEE 802.22-based cognitive radio (CR) environment. Shortly, basic design issues are addressed such as relay station (RS) deployment and a frame structure of physical channel to escape inter-hop interference. This paper mainly develops a radio resource management scheme based on spectrum sensing results aggregated from CR secondary nodes and improves the opportunistic spectrum sharing efficiency. In particular, a decision rule about a channel availability is made using a distributed sensing method. Subsequently, spectrum allocation and routing path decision procedures are proposed to establish a link from source to destination with a hop-by-hop manner. Simulation results show that the proposed multi-hop relaying scheme is substantially profitable in CR environments if the number of hops and RS deployment are designed in such a way that the spectrum sharing gain is larger than spectrum division loss which is inherently induced in multi-hop relaying systems.

        Recently, shared housing has emerged in which young people can form a community through space and activity sharing, but most of them are focusing on sharing physical space, so there is a limit to the formation of a sustainable community. Smart farms can create a variety of activities, so they can expect the connection between shared housing and local communities. Therefore, this study proposes the possibility of expanding the local community of shared housing for young people through smart farms. In the study, the possibility of expanding the local community of shared housing for young people through smart farms was presented from the perspective of space, activities, and participants. The research method is to present shared housing for young people with smart farms from the perspective of the local community. Through smart farms’ activities and social functions, the possibility of expanding space, activities, and participants from young people’ shared housing to local communities was suggested. It presented the meaning of the expansion of the local community through smart farms in the community. This study intend to contribute to revitalizing exchanges in the local community by expanding the local community through smart farms.

        South Korea is rapidly aging, and the elderly population is expected to exceed 20.6% by 2025, entering a super-aged society. As a result, elderly people’s social and economic activities decrease, their physical abilities decline, their activity radius decreases, and the time they spend in their residential space increases. The concept of Aging in Place, living and growing old in a familiar space or community without the stress of an unfamiliar environment, is gaining importance. Against this background, research on senior-friendly housing has continued, and research on senior-friendly smart homes using IoT technology is expected to be actively conducted. This study analyzed research trends on senior-friendly smart homes to date through text mining, looked at research trends by period, and looked at future prospects. The study collected 83 previous studies related to senior-friendly smart homes conducted from 2000 to the present and conducted text mining analysis focusing on Korean abstracts. Keyword frequency and TF-IDF analysis were performed, and 5-year research trends were identified. The study also looked at the current research flow on senior-friendly smart homes and suggested future research possibilities.

        Interest in shared housing that can form a community by sharing space and activities and live at low costs is increasing. As popularity is increasing, especially among young people who actively want to accept a new lifestyle, various programs that share the interests and hobbies of young people are emerging. Although it has not been established as a major housing type in Korea, it is predicted that the proportion of shared housing will increase and become one housing type based on the declining birthrate and aging society and the increase in single-person households. Therefore, this study aims to propose a youth-type shared housing that introduces an eco-friendly smart farm program that responds to climate change beyond simply sharing space, leisure, and hobby activities. In the study, the direction of development was presented in terms of space, activity, and function of youth-type shared housing applied with smart farms. Smart farms, which can be grown indoors and outdoors, can be linked to spaces where various activities take place in the youth’s lifestyle. Temporary single activities that have been carried out so far can develop into sustainable activities. The application of smart farms in shared housing can save energy in shared housing through the functional advantages of smart farms. Through the application of smart farms in shared housing for young people, we would like to contribute to the direction of sustainable future shared housing development. Future research needs to present more specific spatial composition beyond the proposal to apply smart farm programs to shared housing for young people.
