자궁난소질환에 대한 봉독(Bee Venom)을 활용한 국내외 연구 동향 분석

Objectives: Bee Venom has been used to relieve pain and to treat various diseases, such as arthritis, cancer and skin disease. Although Bee Venom has used extensively in gynecological fields, we don't have enough evidence with it. This study is to investigate efficacy and safety of Bee Venom on women by investigating papers, then we are going to suggest the direction of research. Methods: We searched for papers which had Bee Venom from Pubmed, OASIS, Journal of Korean Obstetrics & Gynecology, Journal of Korean Medicine up to August 2017, then classified according to the type of studies. Results: Eleven papers have been finally selected. One paper was a case report about atypical squamous cells of undetermined significance. Four papers were in vivo studies about 1 endometriosis and 1 polycystic ovarian syndrome and 2 human cervical cancer. Among eight papers that were in vitro studies, four papers were reported about ovarian cancer and four papers reported about human cervical cancer. Among ten papers that were experimental studies, two papers have been studied both in vivo and in vitro. Most of studies have shown that Bee Venom is useful for gynecological disorders. Conclusions: It has been identified that Bee Venom could be a good treatment for female disorder. However, more clinical reports and well-designed studies will be needed.

저자들은 하지 자색반과 고환 통증으로 내원한 알코올성 간경화증 환자에서 LCV의 원인 감별하는 과정에서 HCC와 하대정맥 막성폐쇄를 진단하고 이에 대한 치료 후 LCV의 호전된 증례를 경험하였기에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. Vasculitis is a heterogeneous group of diseases that destroy blood vessel walls by inflammation. Approximately half of vasculitis cases are idiopathic, but sometimes associated with genetic factors, medicines, chronic infection, autoimmune diseases, and malignancies. Although the mechanism remains unclear, vasculitis secondary to malignancy, also known as paraneoplastic vasculitis, has been reported. It is generally associated with hematologic malignancies rather than solid malignancies and commonly presents as leukocytoclastic vasculitis or polyarteritis nodosa. We experienced a case of leukocytoclastic vasculitis in a patient with hepatocellular carcinoma and membranous obstruction of the inferior vena cava. 부인과영역 질환 수술 후 한방입원치료를 받은 환자에 대한 전반적 현황분석 및 통계적 고찰

Objectives: This study aims to analyze the current status of hospitalized patients and effects of Korean medical treatment after gynecological surgery. Methods: We analyzed the medical records of patients admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to May 2017 and categorized the pre-operative and post-operative contents. We performed statistical analysis using SPSS ver.20 for the patients` pains among symptoms. Results: Among total 87, patients 82.8% had hysterectomy. The most cause of the surgery were adenomyosis. The average duration of hospitalization was 10.4±5.7 days and all patients were treated with acupuncture. Gami-sibjeon-tang was used most frequently. Among the symptoms that occurred after the operation, abdominal pain, low back pain, pelvic pain were in the order of pain and statistically significant decrease in the mean NRS score. In the symptoms of system, general weakness, insomnia, digestive disorder were in the order of the frequency and were improved respectively. Conclusion: We were able to find out the effectiveness of post-operative Korean medical treatment through hospitalized patients. More data collection and systematic research designs are needed.

Realtime monitoring and countermeasure system are very critical factors in safe train services especially when the flood and/or erosion can cause unexpected damages to the railroad structures. For this purpose Korean Society for Railway has been performing series of project during last two years; "Development of flood monitoring and management system for railroad bridge" and "Development of erosion monitoring system and establishment of information transmission / connection system". without any verification and reliability, these developments have no meanings and cause more unexpected critical damages. This paper introduces some operation examples related to "the flood monitoring and management system" built in GaPyeong bridge and YangJi bridge. In addition, standard monitoring system for flood and/or erosion as well as effective transmission method of measured data are suggested.

When the high-speed train running on the track, there is a speed limit which track distortion is unusually increased according to condition of track and roadbed. This speed limit is called critical velocity, and physical parameter value increased very greatly. These phenomenon happened as high-speed train were developed, studied regularly through TGV 100 running test in France. As research result until now, the main reason is soft roadbed"s capacity. Wave propagation and track support capacity is varied by the site characteristics. This paper achieved theoretical examination about resonance band(speed and frequency) that occurred in roadbed on the base rock in point of geotechnical engineering. The examination of resonance divides with ground response analysis, critical band analysis by the shear wave velocity of roadbed, train critical speed through the ground stratum.
