        경기도 벼 재배지 노린재류의 발생소장과 벼 반점미 피해

        벼 재배지에서 발생하는 노린재의 종류와 발생소장, 반점미 피해를 구명하기 위해 화성, 평택 등 경기지역 6개 시군 12개 읍면의 논과 논둑에서 노린재 발생밀도와 노린재 종류별 피해양상을 조사하였다. 논둑에서 채집된 노린재는 모두 30종이었고, 화성과 시흥에서 흑다리긴노린재(Paromius exiguus), 평택, 파주, 이천에서 홍색얼룩장님노린재(Stenotus rubrovittatus)가 우점하였다. 논에서 채집된 노린재는 모두 23종이었고, 시흥에서 흑다리긴노린재, 평택, 파주, 이천에서 홍색얼룩장님노린재가 우점하였다. 흑다리긴노린재는 화성 시화호 등 주로 서해안 습지에서 월동하고 증식한 후 이동하여 $8{\sim}9$월에 논둑에서 최고의 발생을 보였으며, 홍색얼룩장님노린재와 시골가시허리노린재(Cletus punctiger)는 $8{\sim}9$월에, 가시점둥글노린재(Eysarcoris aeneus)는 $6{\sim}7$월에 논둑에서 발생이 많았다. 벼에 노린재 종류별로 접종하여 반점미 피해를 확인한 결과, 유숙기 접종시 가시점둥글노린재가 10.2%, 흑다리긴노린재가 4.8%, 호숙기 접종시는 홍색얼룩장님노린재(Stenotus rubrovittatus)가 4.3%, 흑다리긴노린재가 2.7%의 반점미율을 보였다. 흑다리긴노린재에 의한 반점미 피해증상은 피해부위의 표면이 매끈하고 함몰되는 것이 없었으나, 가시점둥글노린재에 의한 반점미 피해증상은 흑다리긴노린재와 유사하지만 피해부위가 함몰되는 것이 많았고 그 표면은 거칠었다. 홍색얼룩장님노린재는 벼 낱알 위쪽을 가해하여 반점이 윗부분에 집중되는 특징이 있었다. This study was carried out to survey the occurrence of stink bugs and pecky rice grain caused by the stink bugs in paddy fields in six districts of Gyeonggi-do. In the levee of the paddy fields, 30 species of the stink bugs were collected, and the dominant species were Paromius exiguus in Hwaseong and Siheung, and Stenotus rubrovittatus in Pyeongtaek, Icheon and Paju. In the paddy fields, 23 species were collected, and the dominant species were Paromius exiguus in Siheung, and Stenotus rubrovittatus in Pyeongtaek, Icheon and Paju. P. exiguus overwintered and proliferated mainly in the west coastal region, where its host plants, Imperata cylindrica and Calamagrostis epigeois, were abundant, and then moved to paddy fields later in the season, resulting in the peak density in September in paddy area. Stenotus rubrovittatus and Cletus punctiger were abundant in paddy area in August and September, and Eysarcoris aeneus was abundant in June and July. When the stink bugs were inoculated on the rice, the rate of pecky rice caused by E. aeneus and P. exiguus at milk ripe stage was 10.2% and 4.8%, respectively, and the rate by S. rubrovittatus and P. exiguus at dough ripe stage was 4.3% and 2.7%, respectively. The damage shape of pecky rice was distinctive according to the species. The surface of pecky rice by P. exiguus was very smooth but the surface of pecky rice by E. aeneus was rough and caved. In the pecky rice by S. rubrovittatus, the spot occurred at the topside of the grain.

        방사선조사가 설의 개방성창상치유에서 섬유아세포의 재형성에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        Radiation-impaired wound healing in animal experiments was believed to be an another logical experimental model to understand the wound healing mechanism in patients. The purpose of this study was to reveal the block point which would result in impaired healing. Twenty four rats(Sprague-Dawley strains) were divided into two groups according to the time interval between irradiation and wounding. Group I, observing the healing effect on the 1st day and Group II are the healing effects on the 7th days after irradiation to the wound of the rat tongue. Experimental animals were sacrificed 3, 6, 12, and 24 hours after wounding. The specimens were examined by the light microscope and transmission electron microscope. The following results were obtained 1. Fibroblasts in both groups showed degenerative changes which were dilated mitochondria and rER, reduced microorganelle, vacuoles and little cytoplasmic process. 2. Average length between bands and Quantity of the newly produced collagen fibers around fibroblasts remained unchanged against control group. 3. The severity of degenerative change of the fibroblast and impairment of wound healing including shortening of the thickness of collagen fibers were more severe in the group II than in the group I.

        Molybdenum Nitride 촉매상에서 Dibenzothiophene 의 추첨탈황반응에 관한 연구

        Mo₂N and Mo₂N/γ-Al₂₃O, catalysts were prepared by topotactic reaction method. The catalysts characterization and hydrodesulfurization of n-decane containing 0.5 ㏖% dibenzothiophene was studied in a fixed bed continuous flow reactor. The XRD and BET studies showed that the extent of the crystallinity and the surface area of the prepared Mo₂N catalysts increased when the temperature ramping rate was lowered and the packing weight was reduced. After stabilized in the incipient stage of the reaction the nitride catalysts showed constant hydrodesulfurization activity and the surface area showed very little change. The acidity and the hydrodesulfurization activity increased in the order of Mo₂N<MoO₃/γ-Al₂O₃<Mo₂N/γ-Al₂O₃. It was found that cyclohexylbenzene was not generated from the hydrogenation of biphenyl, but both cyclohexylbenezene and biphenyl were produced through parallel reaction.

        디지털 트랜스포메이션 기반 학습모델 연구

        The purpose of this study is to present a digital transformation-based learning model that can be used in universities based on learning digital transformation in order f to be competitive in a rapidly changing environment. Literature review, case study, and focus group interview were conducted and the implications for the learning model from these are as follows. Universities that stand out in related fields are actively using learning analysis to implement dashboards, develop predictive models, and support adaptive learning based on big data, They also have actively introduced advanced edutech to classes. In addition, problems and difficulties faced by other universities and K University when implementing digital transformation were also confirmed. Based on these findings, a digital transformation-based learning model of K University was developed. This model consists of four dimensions: diagnosis, recommendation, learning, and success. It allows students to proceed with learning by diagnosing and recommending various learning processes necessary for individual success, and systematically managing learning outcomes. Finally, academic and practical implications about the research results were discussed.

        중추신경계 손상 회복에 미치는 대한 조구등의 영향

        Objective : Following central nervous system(CNS) injury, inhibitory influences at the site of axonal damage occur. Glial cells become reactive and form a glial scar, gliosis. Also myelin debris such as MAG inhibits axonal regeneration. Astrocyte-rich gliosis relates with up-regulation of GFAP and CD81, and eventually becomes physical and mechanical barrier to axonal regeneration. MAG is one of several endogenous axon regeneration inhibitors that limit recovery from CNS injury and disease. It was reported that molecules that block such inhibitors enhanced axon regeneration and functional recovery. Recently it was reported that treatment with anti-CD81 antibodies enhanced functional recovery in the rat with spinal cord injury. So in this current study, the author investigated the effect of the water extract of Uncariae Ramulus et Uncus on the regulation of CD81, GFAP and MAG that increase when gliosis occurs. Methods : MTT assay was performed to examine cell viability, and cell-based ELISA, western blot and PCR were used to detect the expression of CD81, GFAP and MAG. Then also immunohistochemistry was performed to confirm in vivo. Results : Water extract of Uncariae Ramulus et Uncus showed relatively high cell viability at the concentration of 0.05%, 0.1% and 0.5%. The expression of CD81, GFAP and MAG in astrocytes was decreased after the administration of Uncariae Ramulus et Uncus water extract. These results was confirmed in the brain sections following cortical stab injury by immunohistochemistry. Conclusion : The authors observed that Uncariae Ramulus et Uncus significantly down-regulates the expression of CD81, GFAP and MAG. These results suggest that Uncariae Ramulus et Uncus can be a candidate to regenerate CNS injury.

        뇌 Single Photon Emission Computer Tomography 영상을 이용한 정신분열병 환자의 초기 증상 차이에 대한 연구

        Objectives : This study was conducted to compare between hallucination group and delusion group in patient with schizophrenia, using Brain $^{99m}Tc$-ECD PECT. Methods : Among 16 patients with less than 3 schizophrenic episodes, 8 patients whose initial symptom was hallucination were assigned to the hallucination group, and other 8 patients with initial sumptom of delusion were assinged to the hallucination group. All of the patients clinically evaluated using the PANSS and BPRS. Both groups of patients and 8 healthy subjects underwent $^{99m}Tc$-ECD PECT. Results : Score of thinking disturbance subscale of BPRS were significantly lower in the hallucination group than the delusion group. In SPECT analysis, the hallucination group showed significantly increased perfusion in some areas of the right temporal lobe, bilateral limbic lobes and left parietal lobe compared to delusion group. Both group had a reduced rCBF in some areas of the frontal lobe. Conclusion : The hallucniation group, compared with the delusion group, showed significantly increased regional cerebral blood flow in some regions. Therefore, this data suggests that different neural substrates may affect the process of auditory hallucination and delusion.
