에크린 한공암종은 흔하지 않으며, 전이성 에크린 한공암종은 매우 드문 암이다. 에크린 한공암종은 표피내 한관에서 기원하는 피부 부속기 악성 종양으로, 대부분 에크린 한공암종은 항암치료와 방사선치료에 효과가 없으며, 따라서 유일한 치료방법은 전이되기 전에 국소 및 광범위 절제술을 시행하여야 한다. 본 환자는 두피에 발생한 에크린 한공암종이 점점 진행하여 피부, 림프절, 폐 등으로 전이하였고, 다수의 광범위 절제술에 이어 항암치료와 방사선치료를 받았지만, 결국 폐전이가 악화되어 사망하였다. 본 저자들은 항암치료와 방사선치료에 불응한 에크린 한공암종 1예를 치료에 대한 문헌고찰과 더불어 보고하는 바이다.
Al 7050 단조품 표면의 입도성장층 방지에 관한 연구

Age hardenable aluminium alloys show high specific strength, good thermal and electrical conductivity as well as lightness, and are typical aircraft materials. High fatigue strength and good resistancy against stress corrosion cracking are also important for aircraft aluminium alloys. Al alloy 7050 has been developed to meet the above mentioned requirements and the use of this alloy as forged aircraft part becomes more important. However, forged 7050 parts showed undersiable structures such as severe local grain coarsening in surface area and unproper metal flow that is degrading mechanical properties. In this paper, microstructural aspects of die forging in the Al alloy 7050 are investigated. Also suggested are the optimal forging conditions for microstructural control of Al alloy 7050.

Objectives : The purpose of this study is to report the effect of traditional Oriental hair care products on inhibition of extensive alopecia areata. Methods : We have experienced a 29-year-old woman with extensive alopecia areata to get worse quickly. The patient was treated by acupuncture and traditional oriental hair care products in 9 months. We used HRV(Heart Rate Variability), APG(Accelerated Photoplethysmograpy) and SALT(Severity of alopecia tool) scale for the assessment of alopecia areata and her physical condition. Results & Conclusions : Her hair loss and physical condition was completely improved.

Capillary barriers, consisting of relatively fine-over-coarse materials, have been suggested as an alternative to traditional compacted soil covers. So, We were analysed to capillary barrier effect according to five cases of multi-layer cover systems. Water balance simulation was conducted with unsaturated flow model HELP to assess unsaturated hydraulic parameters such as hydraulic conductivity, climate affecting the performance of capillary barriers. Simulation were conducted for 5 Cases in the Ulsan area. Result of simulation indicated that three cases was formed unsaturated condition and capillary barrier effect.

Objectives: There is no report on treatment of acute traumatic rotator cuff tear in Traditional Korean Medicine. We reported Traditional Korean Treatment for pain relief and better movement of acute traumatic rotator cuff tear. Methods: Shoulder MRI was used to confirm the diagnosis of tear of rotator cuff. The patient was treated with Traditional Korean Methods (Acupuncture, Herbal medicine, Pharmacopuncture) for 6 months. We evaluated the patient through VAS (Visual Analogue Scale), UCLA shoulder scale, ROM (Range of motion) and Shoulder MRI. Results: After 6 months of treatment, the patient's VAS was decreased whereas UCLA score and Shoulder ROM were increased. Rotator cuff tear was repaired on Shoulder MRI images. Conclusions: In acute traumatic rotator cuff tear, Korean Traditional Treatment is good method for pain relief and better movement.
방사성폐기물 처분을 위한 결정질 기반암의 지하수 수질 평가

본 연구에서는 결정질 기반암에 위치하는 12개 시추공의 지하수 수질을 분석하여, 다변량 통계 분석법을 활용하여 지하수 수질 진화 특성 및 성분 기원을 평가하였다. 지하수 수질 유형은 Na(Ca)-$HCO_3$형과 Ca-$HCO_3$형이 가장 우세하여, 물-암석 반응에 의한 직접적인 양이온 교환 반응($Ca^{2+}{\rightarrow}Na^+$)을 지시하며, 현장 지하수 특성과 실내 지하수 분석 결과에 기초한 연구지역의 지하수 수질 진화는 초기 내지 중간 정도의 단계를 지시하는 것으로 사료된다. 다변량 분석 결과, 인위적인 기원인 $NO_3{^-}$와 다른 성분들 간의 상관성을 살펴보면, $Na^+$, $Cl^-$와 양의 상관성을 나타난다. 염무의 기원인 $Cl^-$와는 $Na^+$, $SO{_4}^{2-}$, $Mg^{2+}$, $K^+$와 양의 상관성을 나타낸다. 그러나 다른 성분들($Ca^{2+}$, $Fe^{2+}$, $HCO_3{^-}$, $F^-$, $SiO_2$)과는 상관성이 나타나지 않는다. $Cl^-$ 농도가 일반적인 지하수 수질 범위에 포함되고 $NO_3{^-}$ 농도는 먹는물 수질기준치 이하로서 농도가 매우 낮으며, 대부분의 광물에 대해서 지하수 화학성분들은 불포화상태를 지시한다. 따라서, 연구지역의 수질 성분들은 대부분 물-암석 반응을 통한 자연적인 기원을 지시하고 부분적으로는 자연적인 염무와 농업과 관련된 인위적인 오염으로부터 기인된다. This study evaluated the evolution stage and origin of chemical components of 12 boreholes at crystalline bedrock using multivariate statistical and groundwater quality analyses. Groundwater types are mostly belonged to Na(Ca)-$HCO_3$ and Ca-$HCO_3$ types, indicating that directly reaction of cation exchange ($Ca^{2+}{\rightarrow}Na^+$) prevailed. The degree of groundwater evolution is included the range from low to intermediate stage based on field and laboratory analytical conditions. As a result of multivariate statistical analysis, a typical indicator of groundwater contamination, $NO_3$-, has the positive correlation with $Na^+$ and $Cl^-$. The origin of sea spary ($Cl^-$) has the positive correlation with $Na^+$, $SO{_4}^{2-}$, $Mg^{2+}$, and $K^+$, while not correlation with $Ca^{2+}$, $Fe^{2+}$, $HCO_3{^-}$, $F^-$, and $SiO_2$. The concentration of $Cl^-$ and $NO_3{^-}$ belongs to general quality of groundwater and not exceeds over the Korean standard for drinking water. And the negative values of saturation index of minerals are calculated with chemical components in groundwater. Therefore, most of chemical components of groundwater in the study area are originated from natural process between rock and groundwater, whereas some of components are derived from sea spary and anthropogenic sources related to agricultural activities.
