Objectives: The purpose of this present study was to compare mouse embryo development in 3 commercial media and hatching competence of mouse embryo with or without enzymatic treatment. Methods: Collected 375 mouse embryos were divided into three groups, and then cultured in IVF-20 (G2), Medicult IVF (M3), P-1 (blastocyst M), respectively. Three day mouse morulae were cultured in G2 media treated with pronase. The results were analyzed using Chi-square test, and considered statistically significant when p<0.01. Results: The developmental rate of 2 cell mouse embryo after 72 hours was highest in IVF-20 (G2) among conventional 3 media. The hatching rate of mouse morulae was low when clultured in G2 media without pronase during 48 hours. However, it was higher when cultured in media treated with $1{\mu}g/ml$, $2.5{\mu}g/ml$, $5{\mu}g/ml$ pronase, respectively. Conclusions: Using good media and digestion of zona pellucida with enzymatic treatment improve development and hatching rate of embryo. Therefore, implantation and pregnancy rate could be improved.

디지털기기 개발에 있어서 소프트웨어의 중요성이 높아지고, 규모가 커짐에 따라 소프트웨어의 위기를 해결하기 위한 소프트웨어형상관리의 필요성이 증가하고 있다. 그러나 일반적인 소프트웨어형상관리 시스템들은 영상처리 알고리즘 개발 환경의 특성 및 특징들을 수용하기에 부족하다. 영상처리 알고리즘 개발 환경은 컴파일러와 같은 기본적인 개발 도구 외에 컴포넌트(나 라이브러리)들을 인터액티브하게 조합하고 테스트 할 수 있는 시뮬레이션 환경을 통하여 테스트와 분석을 반복하면서 개발하는 특징을 가지고 있다. 뿐만 아니라, 시뮬레이션 과정 중에는 유사한 기능을 가진 알고리즘 중에 적합한 알고리즘을 빠르고 효과적으로 찾기 위한 방법이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 영상처리 알고리즘 개발 환경에서 사용하는 시뮬레이션 도구를 체계적으로 지원해줄 수 있는 비주얼 워크스페이스 기반의 소프트웨어형상관리 방법과 이를 수용할 수 있는 소프트웨어형상관리 시스템을 제안한다. 또한, 개발된 시스템을 실제 시뮬레이션 도구와 연계하여 소프트웨어형상관리 시스템으로써의 적합성을 확인한다. The importance of software is getting high in development of the digital device (digital camcoder, digital camera, mp3 player, ....). And because the sire of software becomes larger and complicated, the necessity of software configuration management (to solves a software crisis) is increased. The general software configuration management system shows lack of the property and features of software development environment for image processing algorithm due to its wide range to be covered. Image processing algorithm development environment has properties like repetitive analysis and simulation using visual programming environment where, beside support of elementary development functions. component(or library) can be combined and tested interactively. Moreover, the method to look fast and effectively for component having similar function is required. In this paper, we present the system which supports the software configuration management method for a simulation tool and the property in the visual programming environment. And we relate our system to real simulation tool so as to check its ability as the software configuration management system for image processing algorithm development environment.
과학기술분야 정부출연연구기관의 기관평가제도가 피평가기관의 수용성에 미치는 영향 요인 분석

본 연구는 과학기술분야 정부출연연구기관 중 과학기술정보통신부 직할 14개 연구기관과 국가과학기술연구회 등 총 15개 연구기관을 대상으로 출연연구기관 기관평가제도가 피평가기관의 수용성에 미치는 영향요인을 실증분석하였다. 구체적으로 피평가 기관의 수용성에 미치는 영향요인은 신뢰성, 이해도, 관심도로 구분하고, 수용성 요인은 별도로 조작하여 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 가설검증 결과, 정부출연연구기관의 기관평가에 대한 피평가 기관의 신뢰도가 수용성에 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었으며, 더 나아가 평가주체에 대한 신뢰도, 그리고 평가에 대한 의지가 수용성에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 도출되었다. 이에 본 연구에서 평가를 받는 입장에서는 평가를 하는 주체에 대한 신뢰도의 중요성과 피평가 기관 입장에서 평가를 대하는 태도나 의지가 수용성에 영향을 미치는 요소로 작용한다는 것을 추정할 수 있다. 따라서 기관평가제도의 발전적 운영을 위해서 이러한 부분을 보완하고 발전시켜 평가제도의 실효성 향상과 더불어 정부출연연구기관의 발전을 도모할 수 있는 구체적 세부방안을 대안으로 제시하였다. Ministry of Science and ICT establishes government-funded research institutes to research on the science and technology sector. As the government-funded research institutes are operated with the precious tax from the people, they should have a social responsibility and make an effort to create the best research results for the development of the nation. Accordingly, the government regularly evaluates to check whether they are fulfilling their duty. If the institutions do not accept the evaluation positively, the effectiveness of the assessment will decrease. So, it is essential to understand how much the institutions take the evaluation and which factors affect acceptance. The study aims to analyze the factors affecting the employees" acceptance toward agency evaluation system. The online survey was distributed to fifteen institutions, which consists of fourteen research institutions under the direct supervision of the Ministry of Science and ICT and the National Research Council of Science and Technology. The study hypothesizes that three factors (reliability, understanding, and interest) affect the acceptance toward appraisal. So, this study conducts regression analysis to identify the association between acceptance and the three factors. The analysis result shows that the reliability factor has statistical significance. At this point, employee"s reliability toward the evaluation committee and willingness to receive an evaluation have an association with the acceptance level. Thus, the study emphasizes the importance of reliability. Also, the study provides several suggestions to improve the quality and effectiveness of the evaluation system.
급성심근경색증의 초기진단에 있어서 Myoglobin 의 진단적 의의

Background: Exact and early diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction (AMI) is essential for the subsequent routine management of this frequent cardiovascular disease. Currently, AMI has been diagnosed using the combination of the history. electrocardiogram(ECG), and biochemical markers of myocardial necrosis. At present, many biochemical markers are used to diagnose AMI. In this study, the predictive values of serum myoglobin and creatine kinase-MB (CK-MB) were compared in the emergency department. Methods: Fifty-four consecutive patients who presented within 12 hours from onset of chest pain of presumed cardiacorigin were enrolled into the study. Patients with trauma or renal failure were excluded. The serial serum myoglobin and CK-MB levels were obtained prospectively at admission and 2, 4, 6, 12, 24 and 48 hours after symptom onset respectively. And we compare and sensitivity. Specificity, positive predictive and negative predictive value of myoglobin and CK-MB. Results: Using Workl health Organization criteria, 28 AMI patients were identified. Mean time from symptom onset to presentation was 4.1±1.3 hours. The predictive values of serum myoglobin were better than those of CK-MB within 6 hours after symptom onset. But , 6 hours after symptom onset, the predictive values of CK-MB were better than those of serum myoglobin. The false positive cases of serum myoglobin were 3-one was lung cancer with pleural effusion and the others were unstable angina. The false positive cases of CK-MB were 6-one case was viral myocarditis and the others were unstable angina. Conclusion: To compare the serum myoglobin and CK-MB in the diagnosis of AMI, serum myoglobin had better predictive values than CK-MB within 6 hours after symptom onset and useful in the early diagnosis of AMI. But 6 hours after symptom onset, CK-MB had better predictive values than serum myoglobin and useful in following up

Neurofibrosarcoma is the most common malignant change in patients with neurofibromatosis. But the incidence of neurofibrosarcoma arising from cutaneous neurofibroma is very low. We report two cases of neurofibrosarcoma arising from cutaneous neurofibroma in patients with neurofibromatosis showing typical clinical manifestations. (Korean J Deneatol 1998;36(3): 924-927)

In this paper, the testing equipment for evaluating aging characteristics of outdoor silicone rubber insulator resulting from the environmental aging effect with regards to sunlight (UV) was developed. Influence of sunlight effect aging is seriously increase due to destruction of ozone layer which is occurred by consumption of fossil fuel. For this purpose, silicone rubber was aged under the artificial sunlight by exposure of xenon lamp radiation in the accelerating aging chamber and various test and analysis were performed such as breakdown strength, contact angle. And FT-IR analysis has been followed.
