급성 백혈병에 병발된 침윤성 Aspergillus 감염의 치료 1 예

Invasive Aspergillosis in the immunosuppressed host is usually lethal. There are difficulties in the diagnosis and treatment. We report a case of invasive pulmonary aspergillosis complicating acute myelogenous leukemia, which was sucessfully treated with administration of Amphotericin B and left upper lobectomy of lung. A 29 year old man was admitted to Kyung Hee University Hospital with acute myelogenous leukemia. On 14th day, pneumonia was found on both upper lung. Antibiotics were administreated without improvement. Bronchoscopic findings were nospecific and sputum culture was negative. On 46th day, chest films showed improvement of right upper lobe pneumonia but a cavity with a filling defect (meniscus sign) was found in the left upper lung fields. A two-month course of amphotericin B (960 mg total dose) and left upper lobectomy (On 74 th day) was completed. He is now in complete remission of leukemia and without evidence of Aspergillus infection, after postoperation 16 months.

중국 농촌의 또 다른 역사 기억 - 1940년대 關永吉 소설 읽기

Guan Yongji(關永吉) was a Chinese author and critic, based in Huabei area(華北淪陷區) which was ruled by Japan in 1940’s. His local novels are significantly distinctive from those written in the Communist party-controlled area, where Chinese peasant had been liberated. Guan Yongji’s local novels, however, could not get enough attention in accordance with several historical reasons. It means that 1940’s rural China had been imagined mostly over the local novels of liberated area. Consequently, Chinese rural areas in the first half of the 20th century has been remembered as a place of heroic peasant who had struggled for class conflict and land revolution. Guan Yongji’s local novels, however, show different aspect of rural world in 1940’s. His distinguishing rural narrative shaped poor rural people and their pitiful life, rather than featuring peasants with full of class-consciousness and will for struggle, as the local novels of liberated area did. In Guan’s novels, even some landowners were depicted as suffering with poverty, that is, they were not simply portrayed as the object of overthrowing. Guan’s novels described the rural people suffering with pain and inner conflict, rather than depicting farmers with conviction for particular political party. As a matter of fact, Guan’s realistic description of Chinese farmers and rural society in 1940’s, is evidenced by ample studies of sociologists as well. Readers who has only rural imagination shaped by novels of liberated area, not familiar with the existence of other regional novels in 1940’s, would get some sort of impact on representation of Guan’s local novels. In a sense, Guan's local novels could be perceived as more succession to ‘5⋅4' literary tradition, that is literary realism, than the novels of liberated area. His novels depicted the reality of those days on the basis of literary realism, not dominated by the particular political ideology. Guan's local novels have significant importance in terms of reminding readers of some forgotten memories for Chinese rural area in 1940's, with variety of views understanding the rural reality in the first half of the 20th century.

치매 환자를 돌보는 가족부양자의 부양만족도와 관련 요인

Purpose: The aim of the study was to identify factors influencing caregiving satisfaction among family caregivers of patients with dementia living at home. Methods: Participants in this study were 355 family caregivers who were registered at the Seoul Metropolitan Center for Dementia. For the purpose of this study, data from a large community dementia survey were used for secondary analysis. Data analysis included descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients, and stepwise multiple regression. Results: Family caregivers showed moderate caregiving satisfaction. The main factors influencing caregiving satisfaction were family caregiver's age, informal support, relationship to patient, living arrangement, and patient's years of education. Conclusion: Findings from this study suggest that systemic strategies need to be developed to enhance family caregivers' caregiving satisfaction based on various caregiving contexts. The interactive relationship of caregiving satisfaction and burden also need to be further explored.

학교폭력 예방 정책에 대한 학생과 교원의 인식 차이 분석 : 성폭력 정책을 중심으로

The purpose of this study is to analyze differences in awareness of students and teachers on the sexual violence policy among policies regarding school violence, and propose the effective interventions based on the analysis. Major findings include the followings. Both students and teachers reported that the level of sexual violence within school is not severe. No significant differences in awareness between two groups are found. However, there are differences in awareness on the causes of sexual violence and the effectiveness of prevention education and policies related to sexual violence. Based on these findings, the policy implications for effective sexual violence prevention and eradication are as follows. First, it is necessary to improve the quality of sexual violence prevention education conducted in schools. Second, strengthening the punishment for perpetrator students of sexual violence is required. Third, it is necessary to improve the support of professional workers. Each Office of Education needs to organize the pooling of professional instructors in accordance with different types of schools and sexual violence. This will allow the effective implementation of sexual prevention education and fair and professional management of sexual violence cases in schools. 이 연구는 학교폭력 관련 정책 가운데 성폭력 정책에 대한 학생과 교원의 인식 차이를 분석하고, 향후 효과적인 성폭력 대책 방안을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 분석 결과, 학교 내 성폭력(성희롱 포함) 수준에는 학생과 교사 간의 인식 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났지만, 성폭력의 원인 및 성폭력 예방교육의 효과 그리고, 성폭력 정책의 효과성에 대하여 학생과 교원 간의 인식 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 효과적인 성폭력 예방 및 근절을 위한 정책적 시사점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학교에서실시하는 성폭력 예방교육 내용 및 방법의 내실화가 필요하다. 둘째, 성폭력 가해학생에 대한 처벌 강화가 요구된다. 셋째. 성폭력 관련 전문가 지원 인력 강화가 필요하다. 교육지원청 차원에서 강사를 지원한다면 성폭력 예방교육 및 공정하고 전문적인 성폭력 사안처리에 도움이 될 것이다.

Non-destructive instrumented indentation is proposed as a promising alternative of the conventional stress-measuring methods based on already-reported its sensitivity to applied stresses. In this study, we tried to expand the current indentation model on equi-biaxial stress to the characterization of general surface stress in nonequi-biaxial state. A contribution of the surface stress on indentation plasticity was theoretically extracted from the non-equi-biaxial stress matrix. And, a newly derived stress equation was expressed as a multiple of stress non-equibiaxiality and residual-stress-induced normal load. An experimental tests for confirming the model were also conducted on artificially strained API X65 steel plate, and produced the non-equi-biaxiality factor consistent with that from theoretical analysis.

나노 압입곡선의 탄성해석과 pile-up 거동 예측을 통한 (100) 텅스텐 단결정의 탄성계수 및 경도 평가

Hardness and elastic modulus calculated from the Oliver and Pharr's indentation curve analysis are overestimated for ductile metals comparing with the values measured from the direct observation of residual indentation impression. A dominant cause of the phenomenon is material pile-up around contact. However it is very difficult to consider the pile-up in analyzing the indentation curve without observing the residual indentation mark. Therefore, we propose an indirect analysis of the pile-up effect by estimating the elastic modulus independently based on the Hertzian contact theory. Pile-up corrected contact area is predicted from the conventional elastic recovery equation by inserting the pre-determined elastic modulus. The proposed analysis is applied to the nano-indentation tests on (100) tungsten single crystal and produced a reasonable hardness comparing with the direct observation result through an atomic force microscope.

A new model is presented for measuring equi-biaxial stress on thin-film using nanoindentation. The model was focused on the analysis of a depth-shift in the nanoindentation curve by stress effect. A load-controlled relaxation of the shifted indentation depth was chosen to avoid the variation of the contact area occurred in a depth-controlled relaxation. Nanoindentation experiments on (100) W single crystal at artificial equi-biaxial stress states verified that the proposed load-controlled relaxation model is capable of analyzing the residual stress within the standard deviation of ±35.9 MPa.

톰 무어 애니메이션의 매체 불투명성에 대한 고찰

This paper examines and analyzes the characteristics of Tom Moore's animation, which presents a unique alternative in the mainstream of animated feature films, where technology-driven hyper-realistic spectacle is dominant. Director Tom Moore, who sticks to hand-drawn 2D animation, fills his animation with patterns and motifs from the cultural background of each work so that creates an temporal and cultural atmosphere. Moore’s well-knit images please the spectator's eyes and at the same time make the audience more easily immersed in the story. All of Tom Moore's works at least partially deviate from the Renaissance perspective. If a perspective image allows you to experience the space and the situation, a non-perspective image summarizes and delivers the meaning of situation by arranging things in various sizes and directions. Moore introduces unfamiliar rhythm into the film by alternately montageing non-perspective images with perspective images. This collision between two types of images obstructs the spectator’s automatic-recognition of narrative and forces to see the medium of animation itself. The exposure of medium is the exact opposite of the media transparency pursued by classic narrative films, but this opacity itself introduces a new dynamism to the existing narrative structure. Tom Moore's animations give spectators a new aesthetic experience of the combination of spectacle and narrative through images filled with sophisticated patterns and collisional montages of image methods. 본 연구는 테크놀로지에 의한 극사실주의적 스펙터클이 주류를 차지하는 극장용 애니메이션계에서 독특한 대안을 제시하고 있는 톰 무어 감독의 작품세계를 살펴보고 그의 작품에서 나타나는 특성들을 분석했다. 수작업 애니메이션을 고수하고 있는 톰 무어 감독은 자칫 단조로워보일 수 있는 평면적 캐릭터들과 배경에 각 작품의 시대와 문화적 배경에가장 합당한 패턴과 모티프를 채워 넣어 화면을 구성한다. 하나하나의 소재의 표현에 있어서 뿐만 아니라 채워진 공간과 여백을 배치하는 스테이징 방식 역시 작품의 시대와 문화와 일관성을 가지고 있다. 잘 짜여진 화면은 관객의 눈을 즐겁게 하는 동시에 이야기에 더욱 쉽게 몰입할 수 있도록 시대와 문화적 분위기를 조성한다. 톰 무어의 작품들은 모두 부분적으로나마 르네상스적 원근법에서 이탈된 화면을 보여준다. 원근법적 화면이 관객의 눈을 대신하여 공간과 상황을 체험하게 한다면 비원근법적 화면은 관객이 알아야 할 의미를 다양한 크기와 방향으로 제시함으로써 상황을 요약하여 이해시키는 것으로, 감독은 시각의 모사에 가까운 원근법적 화면들 사이에 의미의 배치라는비원근법적 화면을 번갈아 끼워 몽타주함으로써 영화에 낯선 리듬을 도입한다. 이러한 충돌은 관객으로 하여금 익숙한 디제시스에 대한 자동적 인식을 잠시 멈추고 애니메이션이라는 매체 자체를 보게 만든다. 이러한 매체 자신의 드러냄은 고전적 내러티브 영화들이 추구하던 매체 투명성과는정반대이지만, 이 불투명성 자체가 기존의 내러티브 구조에 새로운 역동성을 도입한다. 톰 무어의 애니메이션은 정교한 패턴으로 채워진 화면 구성과 이미지 방식의 충돌적 몽타주를 통해 관객에게 스펙터클과 내러티브의 결합에 대한 새로운 미적경험을 준다.
