      • 동조액체기둥감쇠기의 비선형 특성

        The objective of this study is to investigate design parameters of a tuned liquid column damper(TLCD), which is affected by various excitation amplitudes, through shaking table test. Design parameters of a TLCD are examined based on the equivalent tuned mass damper(TMD) model of a TLCD, in which the nonlinear damping of a TLCD is transposed to equivalent viscous damping. Shaking table test is carried out for a TLCD specimen subjected to harmonic waves with various amplitudes. Transfer functions are ratios of liquid displacement of TLCD and control force produced by a TLCD, respectively, with respect to the acceleration excited by a shaking table. They are derived based on the equivalent TMD model of a TLCD. Then, the variation of design parameters according to the excitation amplitude is examined by comparing analytical transfer functions with experimental ones. Finally, the dissipation energy due to the damping of a TLCD, which is experimentally observed from the shaking table test, is examined according to the excitation amplitude. Comparisons between test results and analytical transfer functions showed that natural frequencies of TLCD and the ratio of the liquid mass in a horizontal column to the total liquid mass does not depend on the excitation amplitude, while the damping ratio of a TLCD increases with larger excitation amplitudes.

Especially over the last two decades, the birth and unprecedented growth of wireless is really marvelous and further holds tremendous promise into the future. This wireless and emerging technologies will offer extensive opportunities to handle many ITS user services, and alter many of the traditional paradigms of transportation.

      • 항공기 Wire Harness 제조공정 시스템의 효율 향상을 위한 회로테스트 분석 및 무선 최적화 방안 연구

        항공기 제작에 있어서 가장 중요한 부분 중에서 하나가 품질보증이다. 항공기에서 결함은 바로 항공기 추락을 의미하기 때문이다. 항공기에 장착된 LRU 들과 각종 장치들 간의 신호연결 및 전원을 공급해 주는 등 인체의 혈관과도 같은 역할을 하는 Wire Harness 는 항공기에서 매우 중요한 역할을 담당하고 있다. 이러한 Wire Harness 는 점점 Fly By Wire 로 항공기의 전자화가 가속화 되면서 항공기에서 많이 늘어나고 있다. 그런데 현재 Wire Harness 를 제작/장착 후 회로를 점검하는 방법에 있어서 비효율적인 공정들이 효율성 및 제품의 품질을 저해하고 있다. 이러한 이유로 기존의 방식을 개선하고 궁극적으로는 한국형 항공기에 적용 가능한 최적화된 방식을 연구하고자 한다. One of the most important parts in aircraft manufacturing is quality assurance. For a defect in an aircraft means the very crash of the aircraft. The wire harness, which works just like blood vessels in the human body because it connects signals between LRUs installed in an aircraft and various devices or supplies electrical power, plays a critical role in an aircraft. Such wire harnesses are greatly increasing in aircrafts as aircraft automation is gradually accelerated by Fly by Wire. As for the current method for checking a circuit after the manufacture/installation of a wire harness, however, its inefficient processes are undermining efficiency and product quality. For this reason, this study intends to improve the existing method, and to investigate optimized methods that are ultimately applicable to Korean type aircrafts.

        단자유도계의 자유진동응답을 이용한 점성 및 마찰감쇠의 식별

        This paper proposes the method of exactly identifying both viscous and friction damping from free vibration response to SDOF structure. Both displacement and acceleration free vibration responses to SDOF system, in which both viscous and friction damping are considered as its damping mechanism, are discussed to verify the proposed method. The relationship for identifying both viscous and friction damping is derived from two consecutive amplitudes of displacement or acceleration peak response. The proposed method is verified through the numerical simulation for an assumed SDOF system consisting of mass, both viscous and friction damping and spring components. 본 연구에서는 단자유도계 구조물의 자유진동응답으로부터 점성감쇠와 마찰감쇠의 영향을 정확히 식별하는 방법을 제시하였다. 제안방법을 검증하기 위해서 우선, 감쇠항으로써 점성감쇠와 마찰감쇠를 동시에 고려한 단자유도계의 변위 및 가속도 자유진동응답에 대해서 기술하였다. 다음으로, 서로 인접하는 두 개의 변위 또는 가속도 피크응답의 진폭을 이용하여 점성감쇠 및 마찰감쇠를 식별하는 관계식을 유도하였다. 마지막으로, 단자유도계에 대한 수치해석을 수행하여 유도된 관계식으로부터 점성감쇠와 마찰감쇠를 식별하는 방법을 검증하였다.

        일본은 통신사업에 경쟁원리를 도입하고 통신망접속의 자유화를 도모하기 위하여 1984년 새로이 전기통신사업법을 제정하였으며 이듬해 1985년에는 이법을 시행하기 위해 2개의 령과 7개의 규칙을 공포하였다. 이로서 일본도 미국과 유사한 단말기기의 인증제도를 가지게 되었으며 본고에서는 현행 일본의 인증제도와 그의 기술기준에 대해 관계법, 령, 규칙내용을 종합 분석하고자 한다.

        정적 지반강성을 갖는 구조물-지반계의 진동대 실험

        This paper presents the methodologies of shaking table experiment of soil-structure interaction system comprising a superstructure with foundation on half-space soil. The proposed shaking table experiment in this paper is performed only using building specimen as an experimental part, and to consider the effect of soil on building specimen the Parmelee's soil stiffness that has constant values for stiffness and damping coefficients, irrespective of frequency components, is reflected on the control algorithm within control computer to control the motion of shaking table. The proposed methodologies in this paper are summarized as:① In acceleration feedback method, the interaction force acting between superstructure and soil is measured from the acceleration observations of building specimen and shaking table, and the shaking table is used for exciting the building specimen with the motion of acceleration of foundation of total soil-structure interaction system to replicate its behavior, based on the acceleration-formulated interaction force.② In velocity feedback method, the interaction force acting between superstructure and soil is measured from observing the accelerations of building specimen and shaking table, and using the relation of velocity-formulated interaction force the shaking table is used for exciting the building specimen with the motion of velocity of foundation of total soil-structure interaction system to replicate its behavior.The applicability of the proposed methodologies to the shaking table test is investigated and experimentally verified in this paper.

        실시간 하이브리드 진동대 실험법을 이용한 TLD 제어성능의 실험적 검증

        본 논문에서는, 동조액체감쇠기(이하 TLD)만을 실험적 부분구조로 이용하여 TLD가 설치된 건축구조물의 지진 응답 제어효과를 평가하기 위한 실시간 하이브리드 실험법을 제안하고 진동대 실험을 통해 실험적으로 규명한다. 제안된 실험법에서, TLD가 설치된 전체구조물은 상부의 TLD와 하부의 구조물 부분으로 각각 실험적 그리고 수치해석적 부분구조로 나누어진다. 이때 부분구조 사이의 경계면에서 작용하는 하중 또는, TLD에 의한 제어력은 진동대에 설치된 전단형 로드셀에 의해 계측되며 진동대는, 계측된 경계면에서의 제어력이 상부에 작용하고 또한 동시에 기초에 지진하중이 작용하는 수치해석적 부분구조로부터 계산된 응답으로, 상부에 설치된 TLD를 가진하게 된다. 제안된 실험법에 의한 결과와 TLD와 건물모델 모두를 제작하여 실험하는 기존의 방법에 의한 실험 결과들은 서로 잘 일치하며, 이로써 본 논문에서 제안된 실험법을 이용하여 TLD의 제어성능을 손쉽게 평가 할 수 있음을 알 수 있다. In this paper, an experimental real-time hybrid method, which implements the earthquake response control of a building structure with a TLD(Tuned Liquid Damper) by using only a TLD as an experimental part, is proposed and is experimentally verified through a shaking table test. In the proposed methodology, the whole building structure with a TLD is divided into the upper TLD and the lower structural parts as experimental and numerical substructures, respectively. The control force acting between their interface is measured with a shear-type load-cell which is mounted on the shaking table. The shaking table vibrates the upper experimental TLD with the response calculated from the numerical substructure, which is subjected to the excitations of the measured interface control force at its top story and an earthquake input at its base. The experimental results show that the conventional method, in which both a TLD and a building structure model are physically manufactured and are tested, can be replaced by the proposed methodology with a simple experimental installation and a good accuracy for evaluating the control performance of a TLD.

      • P-31 Molecular drug susceptibility test for the rapid detection of drug-resistant tuberculosis

        Molecular diagnostics that rapidly predicts anti-tuberculosis drug resistance is considered for replacing culture-based drug susceptibility test (DST) and being expected to improve the treatment. Here, we assessed the molecular detection to predict drug-resistant tuberculosis (TB) comparing with the results of phenotypic DST. One hundred Mycobacterium tuberculosis isolates were tested, which were from retreatment TB patients reported to public health centers in 2016. Mutations for the drug-related genes were detected by line probe assay (LPA) and sequence analysis. Phenotypic DST was performed by a broth microdilution method. The 12 isoniazid (INH) resistant isolates harbored the katG315 (S→T) and /or the (-15) the inhA (C→T) mutations. Of 6 Rifampicin (RIF) resistant isolates, the S531L mutation in rpoB was predominant. One RIF susceptible isolate displayed the discordant result in the LPA. The katG315 and rpoB531 mutations had both specificity and sensitivity of 91%. Five of 6 multidrug-resistant isolates exactly corresponded with the results of sequencing analysis. One of the 3 ethambutol resistant isolates displayed a single mutation in embB gene (M306I). The genotype DST, especially sequence based analysis, is a promising tool for the rapid detection of drug-resistant TB with relatively high accuracy. For discrepant results between phenotype- and genotype- DST, additional analysis needs to be expended by full gene sequencing or other target genes. *This study was supported by National Tuberculosis Prevention Project, KCDC.
