Objective: The purpose of this study was to research of investigation of dental technology students about health educator systems. Methods: A survey was performed on 102 subjects in March in 2010. There search tool was a structured questionnaire. The collected data was analyzed by frequency, descriptive, chi-square test and Pearson's correlation coefficient by Statistical Package for the Social Sciences version 12.0. Results: Respondent most did not know about health educator systems. But, positive opinion for it. And necessity about education appeared high in subjects. There are a lot of interests in health educator system(p=0.000). Conclusion: We thought that interest of dental technology student's rise more.

수도권지역에서 노인의치 국민건강보험 급여에 관한 치과기공사의 인식조사

Purpose: The purpose of this study is dental technicians perception investigation about national health insurance of old persons denture in metropolitan area. Methods: A survey was performed on 103 subjects in metropolitan from January 14 to April 30 in 2009. The research tool was a structured questionnaire. The collected data was analyzed by frequency, descriptive and multiple linear regression. Results: Total dental technician who respond to questionnaire was 103(100.0%). Male respondent appeared by 66.0%. 30-year-old low respondent appeared by 60.2% and subjects lived the most in seoul(68.0%). When got married, was expose that realization about national health insurance of old person s denture was high(p<0.05). When made denture, was expose that realization about national health insurance of old person s denture was high(p<0.05). Also, When got married, was expose that necessity about national health insurance of old persons denture was high(p<0.001). Conclusion: When did national health insurance of old persons denture, there were a lot of problems. But, old people was need it. Therefore, I desire that this study is used to basic data of the national health insurance.

치과기공사의 보수교육 만족도에 관한 연구

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to provide basic data that can help the development and implementation of effective and satisfactory programs. Methods: This study was used for the analysis of 699 dental technicians attending the general conference of Korean dental technicians in 2017. Statistical analysis, t-test and ANOVA were used for the analysis. The collected data were analyzed by SPSS 24.0. Results: Satisfaction with the number of lectures in continuing education was 2.54, and satisfaction with composition of major field was 2.72. Satisfaction with the content of the lecture was 3.04. The instructor level was 2.91, and the overall satisfaction was 2.92. Satisfaction with continuing education was 2.83. Conclusion : In order to increase the satisfaction of dental technicians, we expect to have various practical and systematic education such as diversification of education methods, quality level management, online continuing education.

의료기관 종사자의 이직의도에 관한 연구

본 연구는 의료기관 종사자들의 이직의도 수준을 파악하고, 이직의도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하고자 시행되었다. 연구대상은 179명의 의료기관 종사자를 대상으로 선정하였고, 설문지를 사용하여 자료를 수집하였다. 다중회귀분석결과, 연령과 교육수준, 경력관리와 조직몰입 요인에서 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 결론적으로, 이직의도를 감소시키기 위해서는 의료기관의 다양한 경력관리 프로그램 개발과 의료기관 종사자들의 직무몰입도를 높이기 위한 대책이 필요하다. The purpose of this study is to find out factors that turnover intention among medical staffs of hospital. The study subjects were 179 medical staffs of hospital and the data were collected using by self-administered questionnaire. As the result of multiple regression analysis the age, education, career management and organizational commitment were statistically significant related with turnover intention. Especially, in order to reduce turnover intention that hospital is development of career management programs and organizational commitment for enhancing the security measures are necessary.

치근절제술을 이용한 구치부의 치료

Purpose: Studies reported controversial results about prognosis of root resection with 0%-38% failure rate. The purpose of this study is to consider clinical efficacy of root resection. Materials and Methods: This study reported three cases of root resection which were performed on different sites. In first case, lower right first molar showed pus discharge and 7 mm of probing pocket depth. It was diagnosed as fracture of mesial root. Hemisection of mesial root was performed. In second case, upper right first molar showed severe bone loss on disto-buccal root and 7 mm of probing pocket. Resection of disto-buccal root was performed In third case, lower left second molar showed severe bone loss on distal root including apex and 15mm of probing pocket depth. Hemisection of distal root was performed. Result: In these three cases of root resection, compromised molars were treated successfully and conserved. Conclusion: Root resection is a successful procedure treating compromised multi-rooted teeth and conserving teeth when proper case selection is performed.

치기공학과 교육과정 만족도 및 교육과정에 대한 요구

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to enhance curriculum satisfaction of dental laboratory technology and curriculum demands. Methods: From March 5 to March 31, 2019, a self-written questionnaire was conducted for 195 students from the department of dental laboratory technology at a university in Gangwon-do. The analytical methods used were descriptive statistical analysis, frequency analysis, cross analysis, correlation analysis and reliability analysis. The collected data was used for SPSS 18.0 for Windows statistics program. Results: The demand of the school education includes systematic experiments and demand of practical training, acquisition of professional knowledge, introduction of advanced technology curriculum, reduction of national examination-oriented curriculum, and increased professionalism and professionalism as professional professionals. Investigated by the ethics. In addition, they were strongly aware of the necessity of digital education related to CAD / CAM, and there was a high demand for how to operate programs, scanning and design. Conclusion: The curriculum needs to be reorganized to cultivate dental technicians in a changing era, and in-depth centralized curriculum in fields with high practical needs, as well as vocational and ethical views as professionals.

치기공과 학생의 대면과 비대면 수업의 인식 및 만족도

Purpose: To study the perception and satisfaction of in-person and online classes for dental technology students. Methods: A total of 420 questionnaires were distributed to dental technology students between June 1 and June 30, 2021. Of these, 225 questionnaires were assessed using frequency analysis, one-way analysis of variance, Pearson's Chi-squared test, and independent t-tests via IBM SPSS Statistics ver. 22.0 (IBM). Results: For theory subjects, satisfaction was higher for online classes than in-person classes (p=0.001). For practical subjects, satisfaction was higher for in-person classes than online classes (p=0.002). Both the learning effect and motivation for learning were higher for in-person classes than online classes (p=0.001). Conclusion: When in-person and online classes become coexistent, there should be educational guidelines for improving the quality and effectiveness of learning in these different contexts.

ADHD 아동을 위한 움직임 프로그램이 신체조성과 도파민 및 노르에피네프린에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to investigate whether combined movement has a positive effect on body composition and dopamine, norepinephrine to children with ADHD and offer basic data not only alleviating their symptoms but also curing the symptoms. Both subjects and their parents who participated in this study were informed about the aim of the study and procedure and they consented in written form. Selected subjects were randomly assigned either Movement Group or Control Group. After dividing each group, the subjects were conducted blood sample drawn and required to engage in movement programs for 12 weeks, while control group is required to maintain their normal life. 6 subjects were excluded from this experiment due to their private reasons and thus, total 12 subjects whom divided into MG(n=6) and CG(n=6) performed post-test as same as the pre-test. The movement program of this study was totally comprised of 60mins (warm-up: 5min, main-movement: 50min, cool-down: 5min), 3 times a week, 12 weeks and one week after starting movement was adaption period that all subject learned how to do the movement exactly and safely. After adaptation period of one week, the intensity of main movement started 45~75% of heart rate reserve and ranged in 11~16 RPE and then the intensity was gradually raised. The results of this study are as follows. Movement program for 12 weeks helped development to children with ADHD not only increasing their height and weight but also significantly decreasing BMI and we confirmed that Dopamine was greatly increased, which indicates that movement programs may alleviate problems caused by lack of neurotransmitter to ADHD children. However, to attain much more clear mechanism about the effect of movement and generalize movement program, it may refer to study which is considering more subjects later.

식물 추출물을 이용하여 제조한 천연 립밤 효능과 사용감의 상대적 비교

Lip balms for lip care were made from plant extracts. Components of Chamaecyparis obtusa, Forsythia viridissima L., Morus alba L., green tea leaves, and dandelion studied for skin care were extracted by olive oil. The addition of other natural substances was also minimized to experimentally compare the efficacy of each component mixed by beeswax and olive oil. 20 subjects` moisture status and skin roughness were improved after using plant extracts for two weeks, which the effect of lip balms made by Chamaecyparis obtusa was relatively excellent. Visual assessment showed that redness was relieved and natural lip balms of all components softened the surface of lips after application. Usability assessment on 100 makeup and beauty professionals showed that they had a low satisfaction with the color of lip balms with green tea leaves and dandelion components, and they had a high satisfaction with the fragrance and color of lip balms with Chamaecyparis obtusa and Forsythia viridissima L components. These results suggested that plant extracts, which have been studied as cosmetic ingredients, could be used as the ingredients of lip balms and the relative standard of selection. Consequently, various studies for lip balms, which the use of components is important, will have to be carried in the future by creating the possibility of body absorption and the surface of stable lips.

맛집 방문 경험품질이 즐거움, 불안, 그리고 충성도에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 고객이 맛집의 방문 후 측정된 경험 품질을 바탕으로 즐거움 또는 불안에 어떠한 영향을 끼치는 가에 대하여 분석하고, 이러한 감정적 흐름을 통하여 어떻게 그 맛집에 충성도를 가질 수 있는 요인으로 작용하는지에 대한 연구를 하였다. 설문조사는 전문 설문조사 전문 기관에 의뢰하여 진행되었으며, 설문조사 전문기관에서 보유하고 있는 온라인 패널 중에서 최근 6개월 이내에 맛집을 방문한 소비자를 대상으로 2016년 11월 13일부터 2016년 11월 19일 까지 약 7일에 걸쳐 실시되었다. 설문은 총 232부가 회수되었으며, 불성실한 응답자 12부를 제외한 220부가 분석에 사용되었다. 분석은 구조방정식을 이용하여 가설을 검증하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 맛집의 경험품질 중 물리적 환경, 음식 그리고 물리적 환경 모두 즐거움에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 음식이 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 맛집의 경험품질 중 음식과 서비스는 불안에 유의한 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 물리적환경은 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 즐거움은 충성도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 불안은 충성도에 유의한 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 맛집은 음식의 맛 뿐 만 아니라 고객의 다양한 욕구를 충족시킬 수 있어야 충성도를 높일 수 있다. 소비자의 경험은 즐거움과 불안을 유발할 수 있다. 따라서 맛집은 음식에 대한 전통을 유지하고 서비스를 개선할 필요가 있다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of customer ’s experience on the pleasure or anxiety based on the measured quality of experience after visiting a famous restaurant. And how these emotional flows act as a factor in loyalty to the famous restaurant. To analyze proposed model, the latest survey was conducted by the Consumer visited the famous restaurant within six months. The data were analyzed with structural equation modeling using SEM. The findings can be summarized as follows: First, the physical environment, food, and physical environment have significant effects on enjoyment among the experience quality of famous restaurant. Second, menu and service have a significant negative effect on anxiety among the experience quality of famous restaurants. Third, pleasure has a positive effect on loyalty. Fourth, anxiety has a significant negative effect on loyalty. Therefore, a famous restaurant can satisfy not only the taste of the food but also the various needs of the customer, which can increase the loyalty. Consumer experience can cause enjoyment and anxiety. Hence, restaurants need to maintain traditions of food and improve service.
