류건휴의 『溪湖學的』과 『異學集辨』에 나타난 후기 영남학파의 ‘도통’과 ‘벽이단’ 의식

이 논문은 19세기 초 호파계열에서 병호시비를 주도했던 류건휴의 『계호학적』과 『이학집변』을 중심으로, 후기 영남학인들의 도통과 이단에 대한 인식을 살펴보고 있다. 특히 이 두 책은 이황의 적통이 누구에게 이어졌는지를 중심으로 진행된 병호시비의 중요한 이론적 근거가 되었던 것으로, 향후 정재학파의 이론적 토대에 중요한 영향을 끼쳤다. 『계호학적』은 이황의 도통이 이상정에게 있다는 사실을 밝히기 위해 이상정의 어록과 문집 내용을 발췌하여 이황의 입장과 비교할 수 있도록 편집한 책이다. 『근사록』과 같은 편집체계를 통해 이상정의 철학이 이황과 완전하게 일치한다는 사실을 드러내려고 했던 것이다. 이에 비해 『이학집변』은 퇴계학의 정통성을 공고히 하기 위한 작업으로서의 성격을 가지고 있다. 이단에 대한 강한 비판을 통해 주자학 내에서의 퇴계학 정통성을 공고히 하려고 했던 것이다. 이와 같은 류건휴의 작업은 당시의 시대적 상황 속에서 ‘도통 확립의 필요성’과 이단 비판을 통한 ‘정학正學 보존의 노력’에 따른 것으로, 이를 통해 우리는 후기 영남학파의 인물들이 무엇을 중심으로 생각하면서 살아갔는지를 잘 알 수 있다. 정치적으로 이미 중앙으로부터 소외된 상태에서 그들 스스로의 자긍심과 자부심을 만들어 내고 있으면, 동시에 스스로 주자학적 정통에서 있음을 밝힘으로써 학문적인 우위성을 확보하려는 노력의 일환인 것이다. 더불어 기호학파로부터 받을 수 있는 조금의 의심에 대해서도 철저하게 불식시켜 나감으로써, 자신들 학문의 정통성을 드러내려고 했던 것이다. The purpose of this essay is to examine cognizance of 'taotung(道統: Legitimate Transmission of the Orthodoxy)' and heresy of late Yeungnam School, focused on Ryu, Geon-Hyu's "Gyeho-hakjeok(溪湖學的)" and "Yihak-jipbyeon(異學集辨)", which took the lead in Byungho Dispute(屛虎是非) in Ho faction of the early 19th century. Specially, for the next, these books affected theoretical foundation of Jeongjae School, become theoretical foundation of ByungHo Dispute which is gone on problem of whom the main line of descent of Lee Hwang is continued. Geyho-hakjeok is the book which we can compare to standpoint of Lee Hwang extracting contents of collection of works and quotations of Lee, Sang-Jeong by the book, to define the fact there is the main line of descent of Lee Hwang in Lee, Sang-Jeong. Through a system of edit like Keunsarok(『近思錄』), we can see that philosophy of Lee, Sang-Jeong perfectly correspond with it of Lee Hwang. In comparison, Yihak-jipbyeon has character as work for solidifying legitimate of Toegye's Philosophy. It is to solidify legitimate of Toegye's Philosophy in Zhuxi Studies through strong criticism about heresy. These works of Ryu, Geon-Hyu is caused by 'effort of preservation of Righteousness Philosophy(正學)' through 'necessity of establishing Taotung' and criticism of heresy, on this wise, we can see about what persons of Yeungnam School thought and lived. They make own self-esteem and pride in politically a shunned situation from the central government, at the same time, this is part of effort to secure scientific superiority, by defining that which is on legitimacy of Zhuxi Studies; besides, they was going to reveal legitimacy of own science, by eliminating a little suspicion from kiho School(畿湖學派).

척추측만증 환자의 척추만곡도에 관한 고찰

Objectives: To invesgate correlation between the scoliotic curve and BMI, cervical lordosis, lumbar lordosis and Ferguson angle in spinal scoliotic patient. Methods: The study was composed of 14 scoliosis patients beyond cobb'a angle $10^{\circ}$ (sample I group) and 15 scoliosis patients over cobb'a angle $10^{\circ}$ (sample II group). The patients were evaluated with X-ray findings of full spine AP and lateral views and statistically analyzed. Results: 1. Sample II group showed a significant decrease in BMI as compared with Sample I group(P<0.05). 2. Scoliotic curve had s negative relationship with $BMI({\gamma}=0.406)$ 3. Scolotic patients had a lower cervical angle than normal man. Conclusion: 1. The larger the scoliotic angle, the lower BMI 2. There are no concemed scoliotic curve and cervical lordosis, lumbar lordosis and Ferguson angle.

이차원(二次元) 파전파(波傳波) 이론(理論)에 의한 충돌현상(衝突現狀) 해석(解析)

충돌현상을 재현할 수 있는 이차원 파전파 컴퓨터 프로그램을 개발하였다. 불연속인 충격전면에 연속성을 부여하기 위한 기법으로 Von Neumann과 Ritchmyer가 제안한 인공점성을 수치해석시 도입하였다. 본 연구에서는 충돌물체의 재료모델로서 Von-Mises 항복함수를 이용한 탄소성 모델을 사용하였다. 개발된 컴퓨터 프로그램을 검증하기 위하여 충격을 가하는 물체와 받는 물체로 구성된 충돌현상을 재현하였다. 본 연구에서 개발된 컴퓨터 프로그램은 이차원 평면요소를 사용하였기 때문에 재현된 충돌해석 결과를 3차원에서 발생하는 실제값과 정량적으로 비교할 수는 없었으나 충돌실험시 실제로 발생하는 파괴현상을 정성적으로 분석할 수 있었다. A two-dimensional Lagrangian finite-difference computer program is developed for the wave propagation analysis of impact phenomena. The numerical scheme is the standard method originally proposed by Von Neuman and Richtmyer, using artificial viscosity to smooth shock fronts. The material model used in the study is the standard hydrodynamic-elastic-plastic relations with Von-Mises yield criterion. A test configuration consisted of a target and a projectile were calculated to understand the response of a colliding event. However, the computer code is in plane strain, the calculations were intended for generating the qualitative features of the model behaviors. Nevertheless, the computational results were consistent with the experimental observations and provided a rational basis to interpret the modes of failures.

Optical Fiber Y-Branch의 제작과 OTDR 응용

Micro-torch를 사용하여 두 개와 taper를 동시에 제작하고, fusion splicing에 외해 광섬유 t-branch률 제작하였다. Y-branch의 insertion loss는 2.6dB, branching율은 0.98까지 얻을 수 있었다. 또 Y-branch를 OTDR의 제작에 응용하여 광학계를 대폭 간소화 하였으며, 길 이 측정오차 ±5m, 손실 측정오차 ±0.5bB/km로 광섬유의 특성을 측정할 수 있었다. A simple optial fiber Y-branch is fabricated using micro - torch and fusion splicer. Tapered end of two fibers - in -contact is spliced with another fiber. Total insertion loss is 26dB and optical power branchi ng ratio is 0.98. Using fiber Y-branch, an UTDR with simple optical system is realized The resolution of the OTDR is $\pm$ 5m in length and t 0.5 dB/km in loss coefficient.

Antimutagenic activity of Saururus chinesis (Lour.) Bail was investigated for food-borne mutagens using S. typhimurium TA98. Methanol extract from Saururus Chinesis (Lour.) Bail was fractionated into hexane, chloroform, ethylacetate and butanol fractions, followed by determination of antimutagenic activity for food-borne mutagenic heterogenic amines (HCA). The hexane fraction exhibited a strong antimutagenic activity for 2-amino-3-methylimidazo[4,5-f]quinoline (IQ), 2-amino-3,8-dimethylimidazo[4,5-f] quinoxaline (MeIQ), 2-amino-3,4-dimethyl-3H-imidazo[4,5-f]quinoline (MeIQx), 2-amino-1-methyl-6-phenylimidazo[4,5-b]pyridine (PhIP), 3-amino-1-methyl-5H-pyroid[4,3-b]indole acetate (Trp-2-A); however its fraction rather enhanced the bacterial mutagenicity of 2-amino-3,4,8-trimethyl-3H-imidazo[4,5-f]quinozaline (4,8-diMeIQx) and 2-amino-3,7,8-trimethyl-3H-imidazo[4,5-f]quinoxline (7,8-diMeIQx). Active principle in the fraction was found to be two major compounds (${\gamma}$-crene B and epi-bicyclosesquiphellandrane) and 6 minor compounds (${\delta}$-caryophyllene, ${\gamma}$-elemene, ${\beta}$-cabebene, ${\delta}$-cadinene, ${\delta}$-selinene, and patchoulene). Modulation effect for the mutagenic activity of the food-borne mutagenic HCA by the fraction might be derived from a cumulative effect of each individual compounds. Hence, this hexane fraction might be use to reduce the production of mutagenic HCA during cooking process of protein-rich foods.

A Survey Study on Standard Security Models in Wireless Sensor Networks

Recent advancement in Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs) has paved the way for WSNs to enable in various environments in monitoring temperature, motion, sound, and vibration. These applications often include the detection of sensitive information from enemy movements in hostile areas or in locations of personnel in buildings. Due to characteristics of WSNs and dealing with sensitive information, wireless sensor nodes tend to be exposed to the enemy or in a hazard area, and security is a major concern in WSNs. Because WSNs pose unique challenges, traditional security techniques used in conventional networks cannot be applied directly, many researchers have developed various security protocols to fit into WSNs. To develop countermeasures of various attacks in WSNs, descriptions and analysis of current security attacks in the network layers must be developed by using a standard notation. However, there is no research paper describing and analyzing security models in WSNs by using a standard notation such as The Unified Modeling Language (UML). Using the UML helps security developers to understand security attacks and design secure WSNs. In this research, we provide standard models for security attacks by UML Sequence Diagrams to describe and analyze possible attacks in the three network layers.

LPS로 유도된 마우스 대식세포주인 RAW264.7에서 MAPK 조절에 의한 백미 물추출물의 항염증 활성

Objectives : To develop natural ingredients that help prevent or treat anti-inflammatory-related diseases and use themas basic data, we investigated anti-inflammatory activity of Cynanchi Atrati Radix Et Rhizoma water extracts(CWE) in lipopolysaccharide(LPS)-induced murine macrophage cell line, RAW 264.7 cells. Methods : The cell viabilities were evaluated with RAW 264.7 cells. The production of nitric oxide(NO), prostaglandin E2(PGE2), pro-inflammatory cytokines such tumor necrotic factor(TNF)-α and interleukin(IL)-6 were assessed in LPS-induced RAW 264.7 cell treated with CWE. Furthermore, the protein expression of inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS), cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2), and mitogen-activated protein kinase(MAPK) were assessed by western blotting. Results : In RAW 264.7 cell, the cell viability by CWE treatment was more than 98.4% at a concentration of 100-400 ㎍/mL. At a concentration of 800 ug/ml of CWE, the cell viability was as low as 86%. At doses of 100, 200 and 400 ㎍/mL, CWE inhibited the production of NO, PGE2, TNF-𝛼 and IL-6 in a dose-dependent manner and also decreased the expression of iNOS and COX-2 from LPS-induced RAW 264.7 cells. In addition, CWE significantly inhibited the MAPK pathway including decreased the phosphorylation of the p38, c-Jun N-terminal kinase(JNK) and extracellular signal-regulated kinase(ERK1/2). Conclusions : Our study provides evidence that CWE inhibits the production of main pro-inflammatory molecules in LPS-induced RAW 264.7 cells via expression of p38, JNK, and ERK1/2 MAPK signaling pathways. Therefore, CWE is expected to be widely used as a natural ingredient for anti-inflammatory functional foods or pharmaceuticals in the future.

Microsurgical transthoracic extrapleural approach for thoracic discectomy in three cases were modified and simplified in order to achieve better exposure of ventral extradural space than posterolateral extrapleural(lateral extracavitary) approach and less pulmonary complications than transthoracic transpleural approach. These approaches were optimized by microscope and video-assistance. Surgery was followed by clinical improvement in all patients. The results of treatment seem to support the use of these modified techniques as adequate surgical treatment of thoracic disc herniations without any complications.
