Intravascular papillary endothelial hyperplasia (IPEH) has appeared in the literature under a variety of names, including Masson's tumor, Masson's hemangioma, and Masson's pseudoangiosarcoma. It is a benign lesion of the skin and subcutaneous tissue characterized by reactive proliferation of vascular endothelial cells with papillary formations. The clinical picture is not specific and the lesion resembles malignant angiosarcoma clinically and histopathologically. Therefore, it is often mistaken for angiosarcoma and a group of other benign and malignant vascular lesions. We report on a case of IPEH adherent to peripheral nerve treated with operative excision.

In this research, an wasted washing machine was remanufactured to a sequencing batch reactor(SBR) and investigated for treating swine wastewater with it. This SBR system was operated for removing COD, ammonia, and suspended solid, that were the major pollutants in animal wastewater. Aerobic and anoxic conditions after FILL were applied intermittently for effective removal of nitrogen. SETTLE and DRAW modes were followed by the complete aerobic and anoxic REACT. The total volume of the SBR was 75 liters, while the working volume in a cycle was 35 liters. When the final operating strategy of the SBR was FILL/REACT/SETTLE/DRAW of 0.5/10/1/0.5 hr, the removal efficiencies of TCOD_(Cr), NH₄-N, and T-N were 95, 98, and 85%, respectively. Finally, this SBR system can handle 10(based on 70㎏) pigs effectively.
Influence of Load on Welding Stress Distribution of Structural Steel

강교량과 같은 구조물에 일반적으로 사용되는 강재는 부식에 약하며, 박판상 구조를 이룰 수 있다는 특징을 갖고 있다. 따라서, 이와 같은 강교량은 차량하중의 증가, 부식 등과 같은 외적요인에 의해 손상되어지기 쉬우며 그에 따른 보수 보강이 요구된다. 그리고, 강교량과 같은 강재 구조물의 보수 보강 방법들은 일반적으로 절단, 볼팅, 및 용접과정을 수반하게 된다. 그러나, 보수 보강 작업을 위해 행해지는 절단 및 용접에 의해 발생되는 응력 및 변형의 특징에 대해 아직 명확히 밝혀지고 있지 않다. 또한, 기존의 안전진단 방법으로는 용접에 의한 보수 보강 작업중 구조물의 안전을 평가하는 것은 문제가 있다. 따라서, 용접에 의한 보수 보강 작업에 따른 구조물의 안전에 대한 신뢰 및 기본적 자료를 확보하기 위해 절단 및 용접과 같은 입열에 의해 발생하는 응력을 일반화 하였다. 또한, 이와 같은 입열에 의해 발생하는 응력에 미치는 작용하중의 영향을 조사하였다. Steel materials, which are normally used in bridge structures, are prone to corrosion and have thin plate structures. Steel bridges that have been damaged through increased vehicle load and corrosion are frequently expected to be strengthened. Repair or strengthening methods generally include cutting, bolting, and welding. The basic characteristics of stress and deformation behavior generated by cutting and welding in the course of the repair work, however, are not yet understood. It is difficult to say whether the safety of the structure after welding conforms with existing safety evaluation methods.Therefore, to gain confidence in the material and to guarantee the safety of the structure after welding, the stress generated by heat, through welding and cutting, was generalized. The effect of additional loads with respect to stress generated by heat was also investigated.

This study aims to present the fundamental strategies to improve the Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) in apartment buildings. To investigate the concentration of indoor air pollutants such as radon, formaldehyde, and VOCs, both the document survey and the field measurement were conducted. In addition, to identify the source of the air pollutants, the laboratory experiment was carried out for various building materials. Finally, the minimum period to be reserved befor3e building occupation to ensure healthy IAQ, which largely depends on the ventilation rates, was simulated using a simple compuer program. The results of this study can be summarized as follows: 1. In case of newly-constructed apartment houses, concentrations of formaldehyde, VOCs and radon were found to exceed the standard. Meanwhile, at existing apartment houses, concentrations of VOCs, particularly toluene and xylene, highly exceeded the standasrd level. Concentrations of formaldehyde and radon, however, had been lowered according to the duration of occupation. 2. The laboratory experiment of concentration of pollutants per square meter of building material surface area showed that radon gas was much emitted from the gypsumboard; formaldehyde from flooring and wallpaper; and VOCs from paints and kitchen furnishings. The emission rates of formaldehyde and VOCs were proportional to air temperature. 3. According to the simulation of the minimum period to be reserved before occupation, newly-constructed airtight houses required about 190-200 days, and naturally ventialted houses with fully-open-windows required about 20-45days, in order to keep the level of radon gas lower than standard. Therefore, with the current practice, the date of occupation should be delayed for about 15 days.
공생 진화를 이용한 Immunotronic 접근 방식의 하드웨어 오류 검출

본 논문에서는 하드웨어 오류 검출을 위하여 공생 진화(symbiotic evolution)에 기반을 둔 새로운 immunotronic 알고리즘을 제안한다. 면역학(immunology)과 전자공학(Electronics)을 결합한 immunotronic 시스템에서 가장 중요한 점은 포용 조건 (tolerance condition)을 생성하는 방식이다. 여기서 포용 조건 생성은 생체 면역 시스템에서의 항체 생성을 의미한다. 본 논문에서는 생체 면역 시스템에서 매우 중요한 개념인 항체의 다양성 원리(principle of antibody diversity)를 포용 조건 생성에 적용한 후 공생 진화를 통하여 이를 구현한다. 공생 진화는 기존의 유전자 알고리즘(standard genetic algorithm, SGA)에 비해서 더욱 더 생체 면역 시스템이 항체를 생성하는 방식과 유사하며 이러한 방식은 이전의 immunotronic 방식에 비해서 더 향상된 비자기 검출 율을 보여 준다. 이렇게 제안된 알고리즘을 FSM(Finite State Machine)의 가장 전형적인 예인 십진 카운터와 MCNC benchmark FSM에 적용한 후 컴퓨터 모의 실험을 통해 그 성능을 확인한다. A novel immunotronic approach to fault detection in hardware based on symbiotic evolution is proposed in this paper. In the immunotronic system, the generation of tolerance conditions corresponds to the generation of antibodies in the biological immune system. In this paper, the principle of antibody diversity, one of the most important concepts in the biological immune system, is employed and it is realized through symbiotic evolution. Symbiotic evolution imitates the generation of antibodies in the biological immune system morethan the traditional GA does. It is demonstrated that the suggested method outperforms the previous immunotronic methods with less running time. The suggested method is applied to fault detection in a decade counter (typical example of finite state machines) and MCNC finite state machines and its effectiveness is demonstrated by the computer simulation.
자기진실성(Authenticity)과 남명 조식의 경의사상(敬義思想)

개인주의와 다원주의로 특징지워지는 현대 사회에 삶에 의미를 부여하는 도덕적 원천이 고갈되고 있다. 이는 현대 사회를 불안사회, 피로사회 등으로 진단하게 하며, 정체성 위기와 자아실현의 어려움을 유발하고 있다. 따라서 필자는 이의 해결 방안으로 찰스 테일러가 주장하는 자기진실성의 이상을 부활시키는 것이 필요하다고 주장할 것이다. 이는 서양 근대 자율성의 이상과 달리 내면의 도덕적 원천을 확인하는 작업이다. 왜냐하면 우리의 내면은 개인의 고유성뿐만 아니라 공동체가 가지는 도덕적 내용을 공유하고 있기 때문이다. 우리의 행동과 삶은 공동체가 공유하는 도덕적 지평에서만 자신의 위치를 확인할 수 있으며 이를 통해 올바른 정체성 형성과 자기실현에 도달할 수 있다. 개인과 공동체의 도덕적 관계에 대한 이런 함의를 우리의 도덕적 공간에서 조식 또한 성과 경을 통해 주장하고 있으며, 이는 곧 조식의 경의사상이 자기진실성의 이상으로 해석될 수 있다는 것을 의미한다. 따라서 조식의 경의사상에 대한 이런 해석에 기반해 오늘날 개인주의와 나르시시즘을 극복할 수 있는 길을 탐구하며, 이는 또한 조식 사상의 현실성에 대한 하나의 주장이 될 것이다. The purpose of this paper is to argue that the thought of Josik is actual. Modern times is characterized by individualism and pluralism. Individualism is based on ideals of autonomy. This is characterized by the distance between the individuals and the communities. Eventually the meaning of life is exhausted, and the crisis of identity and the difficulty of self-realization occur. To solve this, Charles Taylor claims an ideal of authenticity. I would argue that this ideal of authenticity is a characteristic of Josik’s thought. Josik insists on confirming my own inner nature through sincerity and reverence. Since sincerity is a principle of heaven, sincerity as a principle of man can function as a practical standard of moral act. And man learns this principle by clearing his mind through the reverence. This gaze on the inner self is the identification of our moral sources. Our moral sources are made up of the meanings of the world. Josik tries to solve the problem of an individual's relationship with the community through sincerity and reverence. We can correctly position our lives and actions in a moral horizon. And through this orientation, moral practice can be meaningful. The ideal of authenticity through the thought of reverence and righteousness will be completed in the practical thought of Josik.
