        보육교직원의 코로나19 스트레스와 보육서비스의 질의 영향 관계에 대한 영유아권리존중의 매개효과

        본 연구는 보육교직원의 영유아권리존중을 매개로 코로나19 스트레스가 보육서비스의 질에 미치는 영향에 대해 검증하고자 한다. 이를 통해 보육교직원의 코로나19 스트레스 완화 및 영유아권리존중에 대한 의식과 태도를 개선함과 동시에 궁극적으로 보육서비스의 질 제고를 하는데 사회적 실천의 기초자료로 활용하고자 하는 것에 연구의 목적이 있다. 연구참여자는 경기도 시흥시 어린이집에 재직 중인 보육교직원이었으며, 모두 143명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과, 보육교직원의 영유아권리존중은 보육교직원의 코로나19 스트레스와 보육서비스의 질의 관계에서 완전 매개한다는 것을 확인하였다. 이를 바탕으로 실천적 및 정책적 함의를 제시하였다. The purpose of the present study is to investigate COVID-19 stress on the quality of childcare services via respect for the rights of young children by childcare teaching staff. This study was performed to enhance the awareness and attitude of childcare teaching staff towards respect for the rights of young children, and then relieve COVID-19 stress, thereby ultimately improving the quality of childcare services. The self-questionnaire test was performed on 143 subjects. All survey participants were childcare teaching staff working at a daycare center located at Siheung-si, Gyeonggi-do. All test papers were conducted anonymously. The results of the study showed that the respect of childcare teaching staff for the rights of young children completely mediates the relationship between COVID-19 stress of the childcare teaching staff and the quality of childcare service. Finally, this study suggests the practical and policy implications.

        국내 엔지니어링 기업의 해외 PMC 사업 역량강화 방안

        Korea’s construction engineering companies are facing difficulties in deterioration of international construction profitability because they focus on traditional engineering fields such as design and construction supervision. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen competency of high-add-value engineering field such as Project-Management-Consultancy (PMC). This paper aims to suggest the strategies to enhance the international PMC competency. This study identified the competency factors for international PMC, using Borich needs assessment and Locus for focus model. As a result, step-by-step strategies were suggested according to the competencylevel in domestic engineering companies. The results of this study will assist Korean engineering companies to consider the important competencies for international PMC projects. Furthermore, enhancement strategies are going to be proper references for domestic engineering companies which prepare the international PMC project. 국내 엔지니어링 기업은 설계, 감리 및 시공과 같은 전통적인 엔지니어링 분야에만 사업을 집중적으로 수행함에 따라, 해외건설 수익성 악화의 어려움을 겪고 있다. 따라서 PMC와 같은 고부가가치 엔지니어링 분야의 역량을 강화할 필요가 있다. 본 연구는 해외 PMC 사업 진출을 위한 역량강화 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 보리치 요구도 평가와 로커스 포 포커스 모형을 통해 해외 PMC 역량 요인을 규명하였으며, 정량분석과 정성 분석을 종합적으로 고려하여 국내 엔지니어링 기업의 역량수준에 따른 단계별 향상전략을 제시하였다. 본 연구는 국내 엔지니어링 기업이 해외PMC 사업을 위한 주요 역량을 파악하고, 해외 PMC 사업을 준비하는데 국내 기업에 참고 전략이 될 것이다.

        소함흉탕 에탄올 추출물 및 황련 알칼로이드의 헬리코박터 파이로리에 대한 항균활성

        The aim of this study was to evaluate the anti-helicobacter activity of the ethanol extract of Sohamhyoongtang(Coptidis Rhizoma, Pinelliae Tuber and Trichosanthis Semen) and Coptidis Rhizoma total alkaloids, which is one of the componentsof Sohamhyoongtang. Crude ethanol extract of Sohamhyoongtang (ESHHT) and Coptidis Rhizoma total alkaloids(CRTA) were used for this experiment. Five different types of H. pylori (including H. pylori 26695) were used as test strain. To determine anti-helicobacter activity, minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) was determined by agar dilution method. Theeffect of ESHHT and CRTA on the gene expression of H. pylori was investigated by quantitative realtime-PCR (qRT-PCR). MICs of ESHHT against five H. pylori strains were 250~500 µg/ml and MICs of CRTA against five H. pylori strains were50~200 µg/ml. Four representative virulence genes of H. pylori, cagA, ureA, ureB and ureI were tested as target genes for qRTPCR. According to the qRT-PCR results, both ESHHT and CRTA markedly repressed the expression of cagA gene of H. pylori26695 (6.91 and 20 folds respecively). These results showed that the ESHHT and CRTA demonstrated antihelicobacter properties,suggesting their potential use in gastritis or duodenal ulcer.

        Power analysis of electric transplanter by planting distances

        Electric drive technology is continually advanced to improve fuel efficiency in the automobile industry. It could improve the fuel efficiency of automobiles by 50% as well as agricultural machinery. The purpose of this study was to measure and analyze the power and current of an electric transplanter based on the planting distances during field operations. The electric transplanter was constructed by mounting the major components of a motor drive system onto a transplanter. The electric transplanter had a 3 kW motor power, and the major components included an inverter, battery, and a battery management system (BMS). The field tests were conducted by travelling at two speeds (300 and 760 mm/s) and by planting at three distances (260, 420 and 630 mm) with the working speed (300 mm/s), during travelling and transplanting. The results showed that the required power increased when the travelling speed was fast. Oneway ANOVA for the planting distance and Duncan’s multiple range test at a significance level of 0.05 were used to analyze the motor power using statistical analysis software. In addition, the required power increased when the planting distances were short at every working condition. The results of this study would provide useful information for the development an electric transplanter.

        미니 임플랜트를 이용한 상·하악 치열의 크라우딩과 횡적 부조화를 동반한 골격성 Ⅲ급 부정교합 환자의 절충 치료 치험례

        Class III malocclusions with mild to moderate skeletal discrepancies can be treated with non-surgical camouflage treatment. To choose the camouflage treatment, it is necessary to consider the limits of orthodontic tooth movement and skeletal discrepancy. In particular, transverse and sagittal disharmony should be considered. This clinical case report presents the successful use of mini-implant for maxillary palatal expansion and mandibular dentition total distalization in a patient with a skeletal Class III malocclusion. After 28 months of total treatment, her occlusion was significantly improved. Normal overbite and overjet, and a harmonious smile was also obtained.

        Comprehensive Evaluation of the Anti-Helicobacter pylori Activity of Scutellariae Radix

        The aim of this study was to evaluate the anti-Helicobacter pylori activity of fractions and major aglycon compounds (baicalein, chrysin, oroxylin A, wogonin) of Scutellariae Radix. Minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) measurement, DPPH radical-scavenging assay, DNA protection assay, and urease inhibition analysis were performed. The ethyl acetate (EtOAc) fraction showed the potent anti-Helicobacter activity, and therefore, compounds in the EtOAc fraction were subjected to further assay. The MICs of chrysin, oroxylin A, and wogonin against Helicobacter pylori 26695 were 6.25, 12.5 and 25 mg/mL, respectively. Baicalein exhibited the most effective DPPH radical-scavenging activity. DNA protection using Fenton reaction, chrysin, oroxylin A, and wogonin showed effective DNA protective effect. This result was also confirmed by quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR). Regarding Jack bean urease (0.5 mg/mL, 50 unit/mg) inhibition, 20 mM ofbaicalein and chrysin inhibited urease activity by 88.2% and 72.5%, respectively.

      • 수직조절을 통한 골격성 성장기 II급 부정교합자의 치험례

        This case report is about a female growing patient with Class II malocclusion, showing 13 mm overjet, hyperdivergent skeletal pattern and mandibular retrusion. Treatment was planned in two stages. In the first stage, cervical headgear and twin block was used for maxillary growth restriction and mandibular forward positioning, followed by the second stage of fixed preadjusted edgewise orthodontic appliance for camouflaging the remaining skeletal and dental discrepancy using orthodontic mini-implant. We achieved satisfying results with harmonious face, Class I molar relationship with proper interdigitation, overbite, overjet, and midline coincidence.
