고구려(高句麗) 유민(遺民) 이타인(李他仁)의 족원(族源)과 책성(柵城) 욕살(褥薩) 수여(授與) 배경에 대한 고찰

李他仁은 高句麗 말기 柵城 褥薩이었다. 그동안 그의 族源에 대해서는 다양한 견해들이 제시되었다. 본고에서는 이타인의 족원을 고찰하고자, 고구려의 李氏姓 존재여부에 대해 검토하였다. 그 과정에서 600년 ?陽王의 명령으로 『新集』을 편찬한 李文眞의 존재와 渤海의 李氏들에 주목하여 고구려에 이씨성이 존재하였음을 입증하였다. 그리고 唐의 `賜姓李氏` 사례와 唐에서 활동한 李氏姓 고구려 遺民들의 특징을 비교한 결과 고구려에서 독자적인 `賜姓李氏`가 있던 것으로 파악하였다. 이를 기반으로 「李他仁墓誌銘」에 기재된 문구 및 고구려와 말갈의 관계를 분석하여 이타인은 고구려로부터 `사성이씨` 된 고구려인임을 확인하였다. 마지막으로 이타인이 책성 욕살에 수여된 배경에 대해 642년에 발발했던 淵蓋蘇文의 정변에 주목하였다. 여기에 高質 一家와의 비교를 통해 이타인 일가가 연개소문의 정변에 공적을 세운 까닭에 柵城 褥薩이 될 수 있던 것으로 추론하였다. Lee Ta-in was the Chaek Castle castellan at the end of the Goguryeo. In the meantime, various opinions have been raised about his ethnic origin. In this article I examine the existence of the Lee family in the Goguryeo to investigate the ethnic origin of the Lee Ta-in. In the process, I prove that there existed last name Lee in Goguryeo by paying attention to the existence of Lee Moon-jin who made a 『Sinjip』 by the King Yeongyang order in the 600th year and last name Lee in Balhae. And a comparison of the characteristics of Tang`s "give last name Lee" and displaced people of Goguryeo of last name Lee who were active in the Tang proved that there existed a unique "give last name Lee" in Goguryeo. Based on this analysis, I analyzed the phrases written in 「Lee Ta-in`s Epitaph」 and analyzed the relationship between Goguryeo and Malgal, and confirmed that Lee Ta-inwas an Goguryeon who was "give last name Lee" from Goguryeo Finally it paid attention to revolution of Yeon Gaesomun which originated in 642 about the Background awarded to Chaek Castle castellan of Lee Ta-in. In comparison with the Go Jil family, I could deduce that Lee Ta-in family was able to receive the last name Lee because the Lee Ta-in family established considerable achievements in the revolution of the Yeon Gaesomun. 방아쇠 수지 환자의 신바로 약침 치험례

Objective: This study investigates the clinical application of Shinbaro pharmacopuncture for trigger finger.Method: Because the effect of Shinbaro pharmacopuncture has been proven in various musculoskeletal cases, we treated a patient diagnosed with trigger finger using Shinbaro pharmacopunture. A 0-10 numerical rating scale (NRS) for pain and Quinnell’s classification for trigger finger were assessed before and after three Shinbaro pharmacopuncture treatments.Results: After treatments, the patient’s pain was controlled (without any side effects), and the NRS score decreased from 8 to 1. The Quinnell’s classification of trigger finger score also improved (from 3 to 1).Conclusion: This case has shown that Shinbaro pharmacopuncture treatment could be effective for treating the clinical symptoms of trigger finger.

Fluoxetine과 Haloperidol의 병합투여시 정신병리 및 추체외로 증상의 변화

본 연구는 정신분열증 환자 38명을 대상으로 하여 haloperidol과 fluoxetine을 8주간 병합투여 하였고, PANSS, CGI, Simpson-Angus 척도를 투여전과 투여후 2, 4, 6, 8주에 시행하여 임상증상 및 추체외로 부작용을 평가하였다. 결과는 다음과 같다. 1) 8주간의 연구기간동안 양성, 음성증상의 유의한 변화가 없었다. 2) 8주의 연구기간동안 추체외로 부작용의 증가가 나타나지 않았다. 이는 기존 연구에서 fluoxetine에 의해 haloperidol의 혈중농도가 증가하여 효과 및 부작용이 증가한다는 연구보고와는 다르며, 이 결과는 haloperidol과 fluoxetine의 병합사용을 안전하게 할 수 있다는 것을 의미한다고 하겠다. Objectives : The authors have intended to know the drug interaction of fluoxetine and haloperidol when coadministering two drugs to the chronic schizophrenics by assessing the changes of positive, negative symptoms and extrapyramidal symptoms. Method : We selected 38 patients, the chronic schizophrenics with no physical problems. they are randomly assigned to placebo group and drug group. And then, placebo or fluoxetine 20mg were administered to the subjects of each group during 8 week period. We have assessed their psychopatholgy and extrapyramidal symptoms using Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale(PANSS), Clinical Global Impression(CGI), Simpson-Angus Scale at 0, 2, 4, 6, 8 week during the period. Results : 38 patients have completed the study during 8 weeks. 1) PANSS, CGI : no significant difference between groups and no significant change according to the times. 2) Simpson-Angus Scale : no significant changes. Conclusion : When co-administering fluoxetine and haloperidol, there were no significant changes of psychopathology and extrapyramidal symptoms. These results suggest that it is safe to coadminister fluoxetine to schizophrenic patients with haloperidol treatmemt.

교통이력 데이터의 품질 개선과 What-If 분석을 위한 자료처리 기법의 구현

현재 우리나라에서는 매일 막대한 양의 교통 데이터가 측정장치들로부터 수집되고 있으나 오류 데이터와 누락된 데이터들이 상당히 많은 실정이다. 더구나 이러한 데이터는 중요한 분석의 대상이 될 수 있음에도 불구하고 일정 시간이 지나면 삭제되고 있다. 그리하여 본 논문에서는 이러한 교통 데이터를 지속적으로 누적하여 다차원 모델로 저장하면서 데이터의 품질을 결정하는 유효성과 완전성을 높이면서 what-if 분석 기능을 지원하는 일련의 자료처리 과정을 제공하는 통합 교통이력 데이터베이스 시스템의 구현을 설명한다. 구현된 시스템에서는 다양한 오류 및 누락 데이터 패턴들을 보정하는 기법들을 제공하며, what-if 분석 기능은 다양한 데이터 정제 및 가공 과정들에 관련된 환경변수와 일련의 처리 과정들의 조합을 융통성 있게 정의하도록 함으로써 다양한 상황들을 가정하고 실험하여 결과를 분석할 수 있게 해준다. 이러한 what-if 분석 기능은 교통 데이터의 활용도를 획기적으로 높여주며 외국의 교통데이터 시스템들에서도 제공하지 못하고 있다. 교통이력데이터를 정제한 실험결과 매우 우수한 유효성 및 완전성을 가진 교통 데이터를 생성함을 확인하였다. A vast amount of traffic data is produced every day from detection devices but this data includes a considerable amount of errors and missing values. Moreover, this information is periodically deleted before it could be used as important analysis information. Therefore, this paper discusses the implementation of an integrated traffic history database system that continuously stores the traffic data as a multidimensional model and increases the validity and completeness of the data via a flow of processing steps, and provides a what-if analysis function. The implemented system provides various techniques to correct errors and missing data patterns, and a what-if analysis function that enables the analysis of results under various conditions by allowing the flexible definition of various process related environment variables and combinations of the processing flows. Such what-if analysis functions dramatically increase the usability of traffic data but are not provided by other traffic data systems. Experimantal results for cleaning the traffic history data showed that it provides superior performance in terms of validity and completeness.

마이크로 전자기판의 미세 피치 블라인드 비아홀의 충진 거동

새로운 잔류 기공 추출 공정을 적용하여 Blind via hole(BVH)의 형상에 따라 발생되는 잔류기공 특성, 거동 및 신뢰성평가를 수행하였다. 잔류 기공 추출 공정을 적용한 시편에서는 잔류기공이 완전히 제거 되었으며, 기존 공정으로 제조된 시편에 비하여 40% 수준의 향상된 결과를 나타내었다. BVH의 형상에 관계없이 1.5기압수준으로 약 30초 이상 동안 추출하면 BVH내부의 잔류기공은 제거 되어지며 JEDEC 기준의 신뢰성으로 평가한 결과 BVH내부에 잔류기공은 존재하지 않았다. The properties, behavior and reliability of the residual void in blind via hole(BVH) were carried out for the shape of BVH using the void extraction process. The residual void was perfectly removed in the specimens applied by the void extraction process, which was improved by 40% rather than the conventional process. The residual void in BVH was to be eliminated under a condition of 1.5 atm for more 30 sec with regardless of the shape of BVH. It was also observed that the residual void in BVH was not formed after the reliability test with JEDEC standard.
