Limy bile is a rare condition characterized by excessive precipitation of calcium carbonate in the gallbladder; limy bile in the common bile duct is also very rare. Limy bile was first described by Churchman in 1911. The etiology of limy bile is unclear, but complete cystic duct obstruction by gallstones is believed to be a prerequisite for the development of limy bile. Recently, we experienced a case with obstructive jaundice in which the initial simple radiograph showed limy bile in the cystic and common bile ducts, but not the gallbladder. As a precedent study on tourism destinations, there has been a study on the causal relationship between attributes and roles of tourist destination or sources of tourist destination information and causality of tourist satisfaction, but the case of tourism destination information focused on supplier (marketer) There is no situation. The purpose of this study is to develop and test a comprehensive theoretical model for the brand of destination for the purpose of branding, brand image, brand attachment, satisfaction and intention to visit again. Based on the above concept, this study hypothesized the relationship between the reliability of mobile tourism information, the image of tourist destination, the attachment of tourist destination, the satisfaction of tourist destination, and the intention to visit again, that is, the five structures. 370 questionnaires were sampled through tourists visiting Ganghwa Island, which has a history of modern history that is accessible to Jeju Island and the metropolitan area designated as seven of the world's most scenic landscapes. The results of this study are as follows.

최근 도심지 주변으로 집중되는 신축구조물 및 공동구 확장 등과 같은 인접굴착공사로 인해 운영중인 철도 구조물의 변형이 발생되고 있다. 그러나 대부분 구조물에 대한 구조검토 및 보수보강에 집중되고 있으며 궤도에 대한 검토는 부족한 실정이다. 특히 토공노반 상 자갈궤도의 경우 노반과 도상자갈이 강결된 구조가 아니므로, 미소한 수준의 변형으로도 도상자갈 이완현상이 발생할 수 있다. 이는 침목 지지조건이 불안정한 조건으로 유도될 수 있으므로 충분한 안전성을 확보해야한다. 또한 불안정한 지지조건으로 열차탈선의 위험이 매우 높은 궤도형식이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 노반 변형에 따른 자갈궤도의 변형특성과 궤도지지성능의 상관관계를 실험 및 해석적으로 입증하고, 자갈궤도의 상태 및 궤도지지강성을 평가할 수 있는 평가기법을 제시하고자 한다.

Kochujang was prepared by substituting half of glutinous rice with three different cultivars of sweet potato (Saengmi, Hongmi, Yoolmi) and changes of chemical composition, enzyme activity and microbial populations in kochujang were investigated during fermentation. Generally, aerobic bacterial counts showed the highest value at 4 weeks' of fermentation then decreased, however, yeast increased continuously until 12 weeks' of fermentation. Saengmi kochujang showed the highest in aerobic and anaerobic bacterial counts, but the lowest in yeast count. While saccharifying amylase activity was high at 4 weeks' of fermentation, liquefying amylase and neutral pretense activities were high at the end of fermentation. Saccharifying amylase activity was high in Saengmi and Yoolmi kochjang, but neutral pretense activity was high in Hongmi kochujang at the late period of fermentation. Moisture content was the highest in Saengmi kochujang, but total sugar content was the highest in Yoolmi kochujang. Kochujang made with sweet potatoes showed higher titratable acidity with lower pH than that with glutinous rice. Reducing sugar content of sweet potato kochujang was lower than that of glutinous rice with the lowest in Saengmi kochujang. Amino and ammonia nitrogen contents increased gradually during fermentation. More amino nitrogen was observed in Saengmi kochujang, Ethanol concentration increased during fermentation with higher content in Yoolmi kochujang. Generally, Hunter L, a, b-values of kochujang decreased gradually during fermentation. Hunter L-value was high in Yoolmi kochujang, but Hunter a, b-values was the highest in glutinous rice kochujang followed by Saengmi kochujang. Sensory evaluation result showed that Yoolmi kochujang was better than the others in overall acceptability and flavor, however the difference was not sinificant.

The purpose of this study is to expand the guesthouses, which are mid to low priced tourist accommodations, to meet the increasing demand of foreign tourists. Most of the previous researches have been limited in the viewpoint of tourism, so they have academic limitations in application and application as realistic alternatives. Therefore, in this study, in order to expand the guesthouse, which is a low priced tourist accommodation facility, various characteristics of the architectural aspects as well as the tourism aspects were examined and the practical results were suggested. In this paper, the foreign tourists, who are rapidly increasing in recent years, were selected as the subjects of the study, and the research was centered on the guesthouse, which is the most preferred low-end tourist accommodation facility. Therefore, using the past researches that are mostly done in relation to the guesthouse, the research data and current situation related to foreign individual tourists were analyzed. And the actual conditions, related laws, systems, and policies for foreign tourists were examined. In addition, various architectural characteristics related to tourist accommodation have been identified, and a practical expansion plan of a guesthouse, which is a mid - to low - priced tourist accommodation, has been developed, using architectural characteristics through laws and policies.
관광농원의 공간구성 실태에 관한 연구 - 충청남도를 중심으로 -

This study analyzed the present condition of land use and space composition of rural tourism farm in Chungchengnamdo. So final purpose aimed problems seeking through post occupancy evaluation.<br/> As the result, generally site zoning, circulation pattern, and facilities position was not systematic state. The landscaping site show the sundered space and natural landscape or agricultural landscape was insufficient aspect and incommensurate condition.<br/> Post occupancy evaluation indicated this problems and user given answer for discomfort or inconvenience in rural tourism farmland.
담관 협착이 있는 간세포암에서 금속 스텐트에 의한 십이지장-담관 누공 1예

악성 종양으로 인한 담관 폐쇄가 발생하였을 때 담관 배액술과 같은 보존적 치료를 시행하여 환자의 삶의 질을 높일 수 있다. 담관 금속 스텐트 삽입은 담즙의 생리적 배액이 가능하고 환자의 불편함이 적어 유용한 방법이다. 금속 스텐트 삽입 후 발생할 수 있는 합병증으로는 스텐트 내의 재협착, 간 천공, 장 천공, 누공 형성, 스텐트 탈락 등이 있다. 스텐트로 인한 천공이나 누공 형성이 발생하는 이유는 금속 스텐트 자체가 시간이 지나면서 펴지는 특성을 지니고 있고 이로 인해 지속적인 압력이 가해져서 발생하는 것으로 생각된다. 본 증례는 간세포암 환자에서 간동맥 화학 색전술 후 간내 담관 협착이 발생하여 금속 스텐트를 삽입하였고 이후 간내 담관과 십이지장 사이의 누공이 발생한 경우로 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고한다. Biliary drainage can improve the quality of life in a patient with obstructive jaundice caused by malignancy. Biliary metal stent insertion is a very useful method because it drains the bile physiologically and patients have little discomfort with the procedure. It has a few complications such as restenosis, liver perforation, bowel perforation, fistula formation and stent dislocation. Perforation and fistula formation are caused by pressure due to the self expanding characteristics of the metal stent. We report here on a case of duodenobiliary fistula that was caused by a biliary metal stent in a patient suffering with hepatocellula carcinoma, and we also include a review of the relevant literature.
