N/A Heat treatment conditions and the formation of microstructures were studied for improving the transformation-induced plasticity(TRIP) effect of retained austenite and mechanical properties of Fe-0.2%C-1.5%Si-1.5%Mn sheet steel. An excellent combination of elongation about 30% and high strength over 760 ㎫ was achieved by processing of intercritical annealing and isothermal holding. Intercritical annealing the sheet steel produced fine particles(1∼2㎛) of retained austenite which were stabilized due to C enrichment by subsequent holding in bainite transformation range. Heat treatment conditions were depended on the shape and distribution of second phases as well as the volume fraction and stability of retained austenrte. In this work, the heat treatment condition of optimal strength-elongation balance was obtained by holding the steel at 400℃ for 200sec. after intercritical annealing at 790℃ for 300sec.
이온빔 보조 증착법을 이용한 STS 316L 박막 합성에 관한 연구

The thin films of 316L stainless steel were made on glass and S45C substrate by Ion beam assisted deposition with reactive atmosphere of argon and nitrogen. The films were deposited at the various conditions of ion beam power and the ratios of Ar/$N_2$gas. Properties of these films were analyzed by glancing x-ray diffraction method(GXRD), AES, potentiodynamic test, and salt spray test. The results of GXRD showed that austenite phase could be appeared by $N_2$ion beam treatment and the amount of austenite phase increased with the amount of nitrogen gas. The films without plasma ion source treatment had the weak diffraction peak of ferrite phase. But under the Ar plasma ion beam treatment, the strong diffraction peaks of ferrite phase were appeared and the grain size was increased from 12 to 16 nm. Potentiodynamic polarization test and salt spray test indicated that the corrosion properties of the STS 316L films with nitrogen ion source treatment were better than bulk STS 316L steel and STS 316L films with Ar ion source treatment.
급속열처리가 다결정 CaTe 박막의 물성에 미치는 효과에 관한 연구

CdS/ITO/glass 기판위에 다결정 CdTe 박막을 진공증착법으로 제조한 후 급속열처리하여 열처리 온도와 가스분위기가 CdTe의 박막의 물성과 전지특성에 미치는 효과를 연구하였다. 450℃에서 550℃까지 공기 중 급속열처리한 경우 박막은 EDX 조성분석결과 화학양론비를 유지하였고 표면성분비는 Cd-rich 상태였으나 전처리후 저저항 contact 제조에 유리한 Te-rich 상태로 변화되었다. TEM과 micro-EDX 결과 급속열처리 전후 모두 CdTe는 주상정구조가 관찰되었고 열처리동안 CdTe내로 확산된 S의 양이 로열처리와 비교하여 매우 적음을 알 수 있었다. 급속열처리 온도와 가스분위기 조건 중 공기 중에서 550℃ 열처리하였을 때 가장 우수한 태양전지효율을 나타내었다. Rapid thermal annealing (RTA) was applied to polycrystalline CdTe thin films evaporated on CdS/ITO/glass substrate and the effects of the annealing temperatures and the atmosphere on physical properties of polycrystalline CdTe thin films and CdTe/CdS solar cell characteristics were studied. Results obtained by EDX showed that the bulk composition of CdTe remained stoichiometric after annealing at 550℃ in the air but the surface composition became Cd-rich. Cross-sectional TEM and micro-EDX showed that columnar grains and micro-twins remained even after RTA, however, and the sulfur content in the annealed CdTe (added by sulfur diffusion from CdS during the annealing) was much smaller than that by furnace annealing. Among the investigated RTA temperatures and gas environments, the cell made with CdTe annealed at 550℃ in air showed the best solar energy conversion efficiency.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the properties of the functional gradient thermal barrier coatings by plasma spray process. The evaluations of mechanical and thermal properties such as fatigue, oxidation and wear-resistance at high temperatures have been conducted. Furthermore, residual stress and bond strength have been evaluated. The range of thickness of coated layers was 550~600㎛. The range of hardness of layers was 800~900 Hv and the porosity range of coatings was about 7 to 14%. The top coating layer of ZrO₂ in thermal barrier was composed of tetragonal structure after spraying. The coated layers of ZrO₂ on the Inconel substrate is the best resistance for thermal fatigue. Those coatings had the least compressive stress in comparison with other coatings. In high temperature oxidation test, the coatings on Inconel substrate was better than the coatings on SUS substrate. The bond strength of the concave type was greater than that of linear types and convex types coatings.
한국 농촌거주 정상인의 Leptospira Interrogans에 대한 항체보유율 현황

It has been well known that leptospiroisis is a one of the prevailing acute febrile diseases in Korea. In order to find out the incidence of past infection of L. interrogans among normal population, a total of 1,171 sera obtained from rural residents and tested by microscopic agglutination test. All of normal resident's sera were collected during July in 1987, just before epidemic season, at Keochang county(248 sera), at Wanju county(145 sera), at Wonseoung county(255 sera), at Cholwon county(411 sera) and at Kongju county(112 sera). Seropositive rate against L. interrogans among rural residents was 12.0% and ranged from 2.7% in Kongju county to 18.5% in Cholwon county. There was a higher seropositive rate in males and the majority of seropositives occurred in the age group over 30 yesrs. Icterohaemorrhagiae was a most commonly reacting serotype of L. interrogans and followed by CH-48 and Canicola. The sera reacted with Cynopteri, Ballum, Australis, and Pyrogenes were present also.
