전자 스펙클 무늬 간섭계를 이용한 열광학계수 측정

물질 내에서의 열효과의 정도를 나타내는 계수 중의 하나인 열광학계수는 온도 변화에 따른 굴절률의 변화로, 이미 일반 간섭계에 의한 측정 방법이 개발되어 있으나, 본 연구에서는 일반 간섭계의 단점을 보완한 전자 스펙클 무늬 간섭계를 이용한 광학계를 새로이 개발하여 그 사용 가능성을 실험적으로 확인하였다. One of coefficients showing the degree of thermal effects is the thermooptic coefficient. It is the ratio of the refractive index change versus the change of temperture and was already measured by other general interferometric method. In this research, an optical system with the electronic speckle pattern interferometer complementing faults of the general interferometer was developed and its potentiality was validated experimentally.

읍면동 주민자치조직 운영 실태와 활성화 방안(주민자치위원의 의식조사를 중심으로)

An important element of the autonomy decentralization based on the residents autonomy is the residents 'self-government committee and the residents' self-government association which are now being promoted in government dimension. In this research, it is a residents autonomous organization, to grasp the actual situation of the residents 'self-government committee and residents' self-governing association. Based on the consciousness survey of residents' self-governing committee members, we aim to formulate a strategy that can strengthen and revitalize our abilities to cope with future autonomy decentralization. In order to grasp the actual situation of the residents' autonomous organizations' management, we studied the composition and action parts of the organization for Chuncheon City residents' autonomous committee members. By strengthening the importance of local autonomy and residents 'autonomy, people of the site will participate directly, improve the quality of the service and see residents' autonomous organizations to secure autonomy, transparency and responsibility , There must be an entity that can perform the given function independently. 주민자치를 기반으로 하는 자치분권의 핵심요소는 현재 정부 차원에서 추진되고 있는 주민자치위원회와 주민자치회이다. 본 연구에서는 주민자치조직으로 주민자치위원회 및 주민자치회의 운영 실태를 파악한다. 주민자치위원들의 의식조사에 기초하여 향후 자치분권에 부응할 수 있도록 역량을 강화하고 활성화 할 수 있는 전략을 수립하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 이에 주민자치조직의 운영 실태를 파악하기 위하여 춘천시 주민자치위원들을 대상으로 조직의 구성과 운영 부분을 조사하였다. 지방자치의 활성화와 주민자치의 중요성이 강화됨에 따라 현장 주민들이 직접 참여하여 서비스의 질을 높이고, 주민자치조직은 자율성과 투명성 및 책임성을 확보한다고 볼 때, 주어진 기능을 독자적으로 실행할 수 있는 주체가 되어야 할 것이다.

이중 가중치 벡터를 이용한 16-QAM 신호의 MCMA 적응 등화 성능 개선

본 논문은 기존 CMA(Constant Modulus Algorithm) 적응 등화기의 성능인 수렴 특성과 잔류 부호 간 간섭을 개선하기 위하여 가중치 벡터의 업데이트를 이중으로 적용한 DW-MCMA(Dual Weight vector Modified Constant Modulus Algorithm)에 대한 관한 것이다. 송신 시스템과 수신 시스템을 연결하는 무선과 유선의 대역 제한 채널에서 발생되는 부호간 간섭에 의한 찌그러짐을 줄이기 위하여 등화기가 사용되며, 이의 대표적인 알고리즘으로는 CMA가 널리 알려져 있다. 이와 같은 채널을 통하여 대량의 정보를 고속으로 전송하기 위해서는 등화에 필요한 오버헤드를 최소화할 수 있는 빠른 수렴 속도가 요구된다. 논문에서는 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션을 통하여 기존 CMA와 MCMA보다 등화기 입력단에서 정상 등화 상태의 오차를 줄일 수 있는 새로운 비용함수와 가중치 벡터를 이중으로 적용하는 제안 방식인 DW-MCMA가 잔류 부호간 간섭량과 빠른 속도를 가짐을 확인하였다. This paper is concerned with the DW-MCMA(Dual Weight vector Modified Constant Modulus Algorithm) adaptive equalization algorithm using the dual weight vector in order to improve the convergence characteristic and residual inter-symbol interference which are used as the performance index for an adaptive equalizer. The equalizer is used to reduce the distortion caused by the inter-symbol interference on the wireless and the wired band-limited channel that connect the transmitting system and receiving system. The CMA is widely known as the representative algorithm for equalization. In order to transmitting the mass information with a high speed through the channels, a fast convergence speed in the equalizer performance that is able to minimize overhead needed for equalization is acquired. In this paper, By the computer simulation, we confirmed that the proposed DW-MCMA has the faster convergence speed and the smaller residual inter-symbol interference than the conventional CMA and MCMA.

OFDMA 상향 시스템에서의 협동 전송 기법

OFDMA 상향 시스템은 DVB-RCT를 위해 채택되었는데, OFDM과 동일하게 다중 경로 페이딩 영향에 강하고 성능 열화 없이 수신 가능하다는 이점을 갖는다. 이 시스템의 QoS를 향상시키기 위해 기존의 MIMO시스템이 많이 연구되었으나 다중송수신 안테나를 이용하는 이들 STC, MRC 등은 다중안테나를 사용하는 데에 따른 하드웨어 복잡도 증가, 고비용, 공간상의 제약 등 여러 가지 문제점을 안고 있다. 따라서 이들을 극복하면서 QoS도 만족시킬 수 있는 새로운 기법이 필요하다. 따라서 이 논문에서는 단일 안테나를 사용하는 OFDMA 기반의 DVB-RCT 시스템을 위하여 기존의 다중 송수신 기법들의 단점을 극복하고 현존 시스템을 이용할 수 있는 협동 전송 기법을 제안한다. OFDMA 상향 시스템 기반의 단일 안테나 DVB-RCT 시스템에 제안된 협동 전송 기법을 적용함으로써, 위에서 언급한 기존 기법들의 단점들을 극복하고 MIMO 시스템과 같이 성능을 향상 시킬 수 있다. Recently, consumers demand high-quality wireless multimedia services via terrestrial and satellite network. And the interest for new services to sustain its successful commercial deployment grows tremendously. So, the MIMO schemes, such as STCs, MRC, has been used for realizing high reliability. However, MIMO schemes has some limitations. MIMO scheme needs more size, cost, and hardware complexity to employ additional antennas. Moreover, sufficient spaces between antennas are required to guarantee the independence of each channel and the devices which use multiple antennas should be enlarged. A cooperative transmission technique which is detect and forward type applying virtual MIMO with STBC matrix in DVB-RCT(Digital Video Broadcasting with Return Channel via Terrestrial) system based on OFDMA is also proposed.

주민과 지방행정간 협조체제에 의한 지역진흥정책의 제 과제

This paper examined the causes of the local policy failure after the world war II from the standpoint which the cause of the policy failure is the economic policy under the leadership of the state government whose highest priority is economic growth without reflecting the actual circumstances of each region. Since the first development plan in 1962, the development policy under the leadership of state government had been proceeded until the 5th plan in 1998. The common objective of the plans is located on balanced development. However, the development plan under the leadership of the state government focused on hardware in urban development paid no attention to build the unique software of each region. In consequence, the local residents could not have any satisfaction in everyday life although the stats is the largest county . In that reason, it has been proposed to debate about new objects and types for 'the Matchizukuri'. The Matchizukuri with the cooperation system between local government and the residents is requested on regional policies which has been under the leadership of the state government. This study is based on the case of Yuhuin village, Oita prefecture, Japan promoting the movement of local stimulation of the economy with the regional character, and making priority of objectives of Matchizukuri.
