장주기 및 유동성분을 고려한 부유식방파제의 방파성능 개선

In this study, a series of laboratory experiments are carried out to analyze fluid behaviors around multi-arranged (2 pieces) floating breakwaters with various parameters such as distance between structures, wave periods and steepness. The rate of wave transmission is shown to be affected directly by wave periods of incident waves and the breakwaters with multi-arranged structures show the highest rate of wave protection compared with other cases. The velocity fields around the breakwaters are measured by using the Laser Doppler Velocimetry system. The transmission coefficients are also measured in laboratory experiments. Finally, laboratory observed data are compared with numerical experimental results and analyzed in detail. 본 연구에서는 단독형 및 2열형(multi-arranged (2 pieces)), 3열형(multi-arranged) 부유식방파제에서의 구조물간 거리와 흘수, 형상을 변화시키고 파의 주기와 파형경사를 변화시키며, 다양한 변수변화에 따른 영향을 분석하였다. 부유식방파제의 흘수변화는 전달계수에 직접적인 영향을 주며, 비교적 장주기에 해당하는 조파조건에선 단독형과 2열형 부유식방파제보다 3열형 구조에서 높은 방파효율을 나타내었다. 수리모형실험의 결과 검증을 위하여 수치모형과 동일한 조건하에 실험을 하고 LDV시스템을 이용하여 각 부유식방파제에서의 유동장을 측정하였으며, 수리모형실험을 통하여 그에 따른 전달계수을 분석하였다.

음성인식을 이용한 컴퓨터 게임의 구현에 관한 연구

In this paper, we present a speech recognition game, "Voice Illust Magic". "Voice Illust Magic" is on-line windows game using speech recognition algorithm HMM. Because this game can be performed by not only the mouse and keyboard but also speech recognition, the users can use the computer easily. The speech recognition process of computer games detects the endpoint of input speech automatically which is received through the microphone and then extracts the feature parameter, Mel cepstrum. The VQ sequences of input speech are compared with the reference models of word unit and the optimal model is selected among reference HMMs. The puzzle games transfer the message of the recognized game command which performs the same operation as the keyboard and mouse into the windows interface. Since input speech is not compared with all reference patterns but the reference patterns of each state, this method can reduce the recognition time and can improve the recognition rate.

일본의 국제화 대응유형과 지방자치단체의 국제화 대응에 관한 연구

Nowadays, the term $quot;internationalization$quot; is used worldwide. this study explains the Japanese use of internationalization. what do the Japanese think about it, how did they traditionally cope with it, and when Japan was unified, what specific characteristics did they share with their neighbours during internationalization? Before Unification, the Japanese used internationalization in different ways. after Japan was unified, there were several ideological turning points white became the period of internationalization. the modern Japanese understanding of internationalization, in respect to the economy, started about 1960. the Japanese, according to materials studied for this thesis, tended to follow western thought and to exclude Asian thought and culture in the internationalization of their government from the federal to the municipal levels. The Japanese intended to cutback or evade relations with the East before Japanese modernization. this kind of viewpoint should be criticized. I tried to analyse corresponding models of historical studies in Japan and emphasize international relationships with Eastern countries from the Meiji Yusin Period. From the analysis of corresponding models, I concluded that the Japanese copied the Western countries. The Japanese tended to think their invasions of Eastern countries were internationalization, in the name of modernization. That is to say, I showed that the traditional Japanese understanding of internationalization ment the Japanese copied ideologies when they were weak and they periodically implemented expansionist policies when they accumulated power I hope that this thesis provides useful guidelines for understanding and positive growth as Japan continues to develop internationalization in the coming twenty first century.

설교와 예화의 관계에 관한연구

설교에 있어서 예화의 가치를 재 조명하며 잘못 사용되는 예화의 역기능을 밝힘으로써 설교자들에게 경종을 울리고 하나님의 말씀이 좀더 능력있게 전파되는데 보탬이 되고자 하는 것이 본 연구의 목적이다. 예화의 가치, 예화의 기능, 예화를 사용하는 이유 등이 월간지 또는 설교학에서 조금씩 언급되고 있다. 본 논문은 위의 것들을 참고하여 설교와 예화의 관계를 더욱 분명히 하고자 한다. The present study has been carried out for understanding of flows over an evaporator in cooling system of water. Main emphasis is to decide the flow patterns in order to enhance the flow rate with low noise level. Two cases are examined for comparison of flows; one is blowing system and the other is suction style with respect to fan system. Present methodology for this work is PIV (Particle Image Velocimetry) techniques and Hot-wire anemometer for velocity measurements and wind tunnel for performance of the present fan. Consequently, it is found that flows passing evaporator and other components for cooling are more effective than the suction flows. Flow details with performance of fan system are also presented for proper explanation of the conclusion.

음절수와 모음 열을 이용한 한국어 연결 숫자 음성인식

본 논문에서는 음절수와 모음 열 정보를 이용한 한국어 연속 숫자 인식을 제안하였다. 제안한 연속 숫자 인식기는 첫 단계로 발성된 연속 숫자 음성에서 음절수와 구간을 추출하고, 두 번째 단계로 모음 열을 인식한다. 이와 같이 인식된 모음 열 정보를 이용하여 인식 후보를 줄이게 된다. 인식후보 모델은 조음효과에 효과적으로 대처할 수 있는 CV(Consonant Vowel), VCCV, VC단위 HMM(Hidden Markov Model)을 사용하여 연속 숫자 음성인식기를 구성하였다. 실험결과 제안된 방법이 조음효과를 효과적으로 대처하고 연결 숫자 인식에 유효함을 확인하였다. In this paper, we present a new Korean connected digit recognition based on vowel string and number of syllables. There are two steps to reduce digit candidates. The first one is to determine the number and interval of digit. Once the number and interval of digit are determined, the second is to recognize the vowel string in the digit string. The digit candidates according to vowel string are recognized based on CV (consonant vowel), VCCV and VC unit HMM. The proposed method can cope effectively with the coarticulation effects and recognize the connected digit speech very well.
