유형별 외국인 주민의 유입이 지역경제에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

This study analyzed the effects of foreign residents staying for a long time on local economic growth in circumstance lowering the international migration’s barrier and change of domestic industrial and population structure. By their aims of entry, they are classified as 4 groups which are workforce, professionals, students, marriage migration and settler, and etc. The distribution of them shows clear distinctions by local characteristics. As for local economic growth, the foreign residents play a role as reducing cost of the elements of production through supplying of cheaper labor, taking leads in regional innovation as creative talented persons, making tolerant social atmosphere and expanding local consumer market. However, they also may come into conflict with domestic residents or replace domestic job occupation with themselves. Therefore when it comes to measuring the effects of the foreign residents as for local economic growth, we ought to consider the right function and the reverse of them as well. In the result of the regression analysis, both the professional and the workforce entirely and positively affected the local economic growth. However, the students did not affect the local economic growth. In the case of rural area, the marriage immigrants positively affected the local economic growth. As for interpretation of the results, the authors can presume the cause of the higher professional’s influence, and also presume the students’s neutral effect resulting from the loss of their replacement with domestic worker’s part time job as much as their consumption in their local region. Eventually, the difference of analysis result for marriage migration and settler in metropolis and rural municipality as well results from difference of soundness of employment opportunities in two different regions and their husbands’s ability maintaining their livelihood.

This study was conducted to investigate runoff characteristics of non-point pollutant sources in an agricultural area watershed in Boeun area, Chungbuk Province. The monitoring site represented 1.56 km2, about 44.4% of which was covered with paddy fields. The monitoring was conducted for six events in a period of 5 month. Event Mean Concentration (EMC) and Site Mean Concentration (SMC) of suspended solids (SS), biochemical oxygen demand (BOD), chemical oxygen demand (COD), total nitrogen (T-N) and total phosphorus (T-P) were calculated using the results of the water quality parameters. A comparison between arithmetic mean concentration and EMC revealed that nearly all EMCs were higher than the corresponding arithmetic mean concentrations. First-flushing effects were exhibited for SS, BOD, and T-P, with relatively high concentrations in early-stage storm events.
비결핵항산균 동정에서 다상-실시간-중합효소연쇄반응과 융해곡선 분석의 유용성

배경 : 비결핵항산균은 균종에 따라 항균제 감수성과 치료방법에 차이가 있어서 정확한 균종 동정이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는비결핵항산균 동정에서 실시간 중합효소연쇄반응-융해곡선 분석의 유용성을 알아보고자 하였다.방법 : 중합효소연쇄반응-제한절편다형성분석으로 균종 수준까지 동정된 152개의 임상 균주를 대상으로 하였다. 이 균주에서16S rRNA 융해곡선 분석과hsp65 융해곡선 분석을 시행하여균종을 동정하였다.결과 : 16S rRNA 융해곡선 분석에서 M. abscessus-M. che-lonae군의 융해온도는 65℃ 이상이었고 M. avium complex(MAC; M. avium 및 M. intracellulare)의 융해온도는 48℃이하로써 M. abscessus-M. chelonae군과 MAC을 다른 비결핵항산균으로부터 구분할 수 있었다. hsp65 융해곡선 분석으로 M.abscessus-M. chelonae군을 융해온도 61.25℃, 66.06℃, 57.58℃에 따라서 각각 M. abscessus type I, M. abscessus type Ⅱ,M. chelonae로 동정할 수 있었다.
황산구리를 이용한 초등학교 4학년과 6학년 학생들의 물질과 관련된 실험학습 활동 비교

이 연구의 목적은 황산구리를 통해 초등학교 4학년과 6학년 학생들의 물질에 대한 관찰능력과 사전지식 수준 및 종류를 조사하고 비교하여, 초등학교 실험 학습 활동을 위한 학습 자료를 마련하기 위한 것이다. 연구를 위하여 80명의 초등학교 4학년과 6학년 학생들을 대상으로 시범실험을 실시하고, 끝이 열린 질문지로 설문조사를 수행하였다. 연구 결과, 첫 번째, 황산구리 결정보다는 황산구리 가루에 대한 시각과 촉각의 감각기관을 통한 관찰 활동에서 더 많은 학생들이 더 다양하게 관찰을 하였다. 두 번째, 황산구리의 물리적 변화에 대한 관찰 활동에서 4학년과 6학년 학생들의 대부분이 용해 개념에 대한 이해가 부족하였으며, 재결정에 대해서도 다양한 의견을 제시하였다. 세 번째, 황산구리의 화학적 변화에 대한 실험 학습 활동에서 4학년 학생들의 응답이 6학년 학생들의 응답보다 다양했다. 그러나 4학년 학생들의 응답은 화학반응 과정 중의 일부 현상에 한정된 장면 관찰이었고, 6학년 학생들의 응답은 화학반응으로 변화되는 과정을 포함한 과정 관찰이었다. 네 번째, 황산구리의 구조에 대한 예상에서 학생들은 다양한 유형의 구조를 제시하였으나, 아무도 과학적으로 인정되는 구조를 제시하지는 못했다. 그리나 초등학교 학생들이 관찰 활동과 시범 실험을 통하여 나름대로 다양한 형태의 황산구리 구조를 예상하는 것으로부터 초등학교 학생들의 다양한 탐구 능력을 엿볼 수 있었다. 따라서 초등학교 학생들에게 황산구리와 같은 친숙한 학습 자료를 이용하여, 물질 분야의 과학적 개념을 지도하는 실험 학습 활동 중심의 과학교육을 지속적으로 시도해야 할 것이다. The purpose of this study was to examine and to compare 4th and 6th grade elementary students' observation ability, prior-knowledge level and type of matter through cooper sulfate, and prepare the concrete material for experimental learning activities. For this study, eighty 4th and 6th grade students were surveyed with the help of open-ended questionnaires and exhibition experiments. The results were as follows. First, in the experimentation on the properties of copper sulfate powder, the higher graders made their observation in more aspects but not in cooper sulfate crystals. Second, in the experimentation on the physical changes of copper sulfate, most of 4th graders and 6th graders didn't understand perspectives of particle theory about solution. Students' experience made response differences about recrystalization. Third, in the experimentation on the chemical changes of cooper sulfate, the responses of 4th graders were more various than that of 6th grade students, Responses of 4th graders concentrated on a scene investigation, but that of 6th graders had a process investigation of scene. Fourth, in predicting the structure of copper sulfate, students produced various patterns according their own thought, but no one were able to suggest the scientifically approved structure. The above findings of research lead us to the diverse experimental functions of copper sulfate and the way to develope into the properties of matter, and shows an example that can be generalized into a wide range of ability to learning properties of matter.
남북한간 정기항공편 운항의 경제성 연구;서울-북경 항공편의 부분적 평양경유 운항을 가정한 항공여행자 선호도 분석을 중심으로

This study focuses on the economies of launching regular air services between capital cities of South Korea and North Korea. The demand for traveling between these two cities is too small to justify scheduled air service. However, it may be possible to provide regular air service by utilizing via flight of incumbent Seoul-Beijing flights. There are numerous flight services between Seoul and Beijing and we may allow some of the Seoul-Beijing flights to stop by Pyung Yang for commercial traffic handling. This study tries to find the optimal discount rate which passengers traveling between Seoul and Beijing via Pyung Yang, the idea is reasonable considering the inconvenience of stopping at Pyung Yang. The Stated Preference Techniques are applied for the study. The required data were collected through interviews of passengers traveling from Seoul to Beijing. The major variables that are considered in flight choice are air fare, flying time, and flight frequency. The relative importance of these major variables is estimated by the logit models calibrated with stated preference data.
