we execute historical investigation of ex-Hanill Bank of Ganggyeong branch and divided the result into 4 ranks as a photograph, map, administrative document (Copy of Real Estate Register), related literature. We put the divided items together for analysis, so that we can see some of new things and different things from founded facts. As for the social and cultural aspect it's representative 'modern of Korea' as a small and medium city based on the special culture and economic foundation of Ganggyeong area. And the study for the ex-Hanill Bank of Ganggyeong branch began to take shape under the circumstances that the residents are trying to establish an identity of the district and their education fever is getting at its high pitch. Together with the above it can deserve the importance because it makes foundation of affluent cultural-environment in the heart of the city as a cultural facilities.
해외 RPS 운영사례를 통한 우리나라 REC시장 개선 방안에 관한 연구

2012년 대한민국 정부는 신재생에너지공급 의무화제도(RPS)를 도입하였고 신재생에너지인증서(REC)를 발행하여 REC시장을 운영하고 있다. 한편 미국ㆍ유럽 등의 선진국은 RPS제도를 성공적으로 도입하여 REC시장이 활발히 운영되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 현 시행하고 있는 우리나라 신재생에너지인증서 거래방법과 해외 RPS 운영사례를 조사하였고 이러한 해외 운영사례를 통하여 앞으로 REC거래시장을 활성화하기 위한 방안을 제시하였다.
F-155 Effects of an inflammasome assembly inhibitor, MCC950 in OVA-induced asthma

Recent studies have demonstrated that NLRP3 inflammasome activation plays a ciritical role in various pulmonary disorders. However, to date, the role of NLRP3 inflammasome is controversial in the pathogenesis of allergic asthma. In this study, to evaluate the role of NLRP3 inflammsome in the pathogenesis of Th2 high allergen induced asthma, we used ovalbumin- sensitized and challenged mice and a small moleculular inhibitor for NLRP3 assembly/activation, MCC950. OVA-inhaled mice showed typical features of bronchial asthma; increased airway inflammatory cells, the pathologic changes, the increased levels of Th2 cytokines in lungs of fungal allergen-inhaled mices, and increased bronchial hyper-responsiveness. Interestingly, the NLRP3 inflammasome activation indicators, NLRP3, capase-1, and IL-1β were dramatically increased in lung tissues of mice. When dexamethasone was administred to OVA-inhlaed mice, mice showed the dramtic improvement of all asthmatic features including NLRP3 inflammasome activation indicators. However, the administration of MCC950 did not affect the airway inflammation, pathoglogic changes, bronchial hyperresponsiveness in OVA-inhaled mice although MCC950 decreased the level of IL-1β in lung tissues. These findings suggest that NLRP3 inflammasome assembly is not a major component in the pathogenesis of OVA-induced asthma, though NLRP3 inflammasome may assist the induction/maintenance of OVA-induced asthma.
