        庚午字體訓鍊都監字本의 書誌的 硏究

        As part of the study on the edition of HullyeonDogam-Ja(訓鍊都監字), I focused on HullyeonDogam-Ja of KyoungO-Ja type(庚午字體), analyzing of the current status, time, and form of the edition. I corrected the errors in the three of already-known editions from the preceding study, Shijeondaejeon(詩傳大全), Daehak-eonhae(大學諺解) and Shigeong-eonhae(詩經諺解), added one, Nineteen Abbreviated Histories of Ancient China(十九史略), and totally analyzed 8 editions. The first printed-edition was Jumungonggyo-Chanryesoensaengjip (朱文公校昌黎先生集) published in 1610. After that, Sa-chan (史纂), Gosachalyo (攷事撮要), and Sohakjegajipju (小學諸家集註) were subsequently printed out in 1612. Byun-Ran(邊欄) was mostly double-lined and used 9/16 in rows and number of letter. A print record and lists involved officials were included in these 4 editions and Dojejo(都提調) Lee Hang Bok(李恒福) was mentioned most. An analysis by subjects is divided in 3 titles of Ja-bu(子部), 2 titles of Kyong-bu(經部) and Sa-bu(史部), 1 title of Jip-bu(集部). 이 연구에는 훈련도감자 판본의 서지적 연구의 일환으로 경오자체훈련도감자본을 선정하여 현황 및 시기별, 형태별 분석을 통해 그 특징을 도출하였다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 기존에 알려진 경오자체훈련도감자본을 재조사한 결과, 『시전대전』, 『대학언해』, 『시경언해』의 3종의 판본에 대한 오류를 수정하고 『고금역대표제주석십구사략』 1종의 판본을 추가하여 총 8종의 판본이 조사되었으며, 이를 연구 대상으로 하였다. 시기별로 가장 처음에 인출한 경오자체훈련도감자본은 1610년에 간행된 『주문공교창려선생집』으로 조사되었고, 이어서 1612년에 『사찬』, 『고사촬요』, 『소학제가집주』가 차례로 인출되었다. 판식별로는 모두 사주쌍변이 사용되었고, 행자수별로는 9행16자가 가장 많았다. 인기 및 제작에 참여한 관원의 명단은 8종 중 4종에 기재되었으며, 가장 많이 수록된 인물은 도제조 이항복이다. 주제별로는 자부가 3종, 경부 및 사부가 각 2종, 집부가 1종으로 분석되었다.

        0.18mm CMOS LNA/Mixer for UHF RFID Reader

        In this paper, a direct down conversion LNA/Mixer has been designed and tested for 900Mhz UHF RFID application. The designed circuit has been implemented in 0.18um CMOS technology with 3.3V operation. In this work, a common gate input architecture has been used to cope with the higher input self jamming level. This LNA/Mixer is designed to support two operating modes of high gain mode and low gain mode according to the input jamming levels. The measured results show that the input referred P1dBs are 4dBm of high gain mode and 11dBm of low gain mode, and the conversion gains are 12dB and 3dB in high and low gain mode respectively The power consumptions are 60mW for high gain mode and 79mW for low gain mode. The noise figures are 16dB and 20dB in high gain mode and low gain mode respectively.

        GraPT: Genomic Interpreter about Predictive Toxicology

        Toxicogenomics has recently emerged in the field of toxicology and the DNA microarray technique has become common strategy for predictive toxicology which studies molecular mechanism caused by exposure of chemical or environmental stres. Although microarray experiment offers extensive genomic information to the researchers, yet high dimensional characteristic of the data often makes it hard to extract meaningful result. Therefore we developed toxicant enrichment analysis similar to the common system graPT to enable considerable prediction of toxic endpoints of experimental chemical.

        Replication of the Association between Copy Number Variation on 8p23.1 and Autism by Using ASD-specific BAC Array

        To discover genetic markers for autism spectrum disorder (ASD), we previously applied genome-wide BAC array comparative genomic hybridization (array-CGH) to 28 autistic patients and 62 normal controls in Korean population, and identified that chromosomal losses on 8p23.1 and on 17p11.2 are significantly associated with autism. In this study, we developed an 8.5K ASD-specific BAC array covering 27 previously reported ASD-associated CNV loci including ours and examined whether the associations would be replicated in 8 ASD patient cell lines of four different ethnic groups and 10 Korean normal controls. As a result, a CNV-loss on 8p23.1 was found to be significantly more frequent in patients regardless of ethnicity (p<0.0001). This CNV region contains two coding genes, DEFA1 and DEFA3 , which are members of DEFENSIN gene family. Two other CNVs on 17p11.2 and Xp22.31 were also distributed differently between ASDs and controls, but not significant (p=0.069 and 0.092, respectively). All the other loci did not show significant association. When these evidences are considered,the association between ASD and CNV of DEFENSIN gene seems worthy of further exploration to elucidate the pathogenesis of ASD. Validation studies with a larger sample size will be required to verify its biological implication.

        沙溪 金長生의 「近思錄」 校勘에 관한 硏究

        이 연구는 사계 김장생의 「근사록석의(近思錄釋疑)」에 수록된 「근사록오자교정(近思錄誤字校正)」의 내용을 중심으로, 현존하는 「근사록」 판본과 재교감(再校勘)하여 분석한 것이다. 사계는 「근사록오자교정」에서 모두 44건의 항목을 지적하였으며, 當作유형 25건, 疑作유형 8건, 他本作유형 11건으로 구분되었다. 이 중 31건의 오자와 2건의 첨자가 발견되었다. 사계가 오자교정으로 지적한 문자를 분석한 결과, 오자가 생긴 이유로 ① 고려본 이래로 무비판적으로 전승되어 오자가 생겨난 경우, ② 청량서원본에만 오각이 발생된 경우, ③ 사계가 생각하기에 문맥의 흐름상 바꾸는 것이 좋을 것 같다고 판단하여 교정한 경우 등으로 구분되었다. 다른 판본과 비교하여 오자교정이 많이 이루어진 판본은 초주혼입 乙본, 초주대자목판본, 점필서원본이었다. 이들은 판본의 형태를 기준으로 계통을 이루고 있는 초주갑인자혼입보자본 계통과도 같은 흐름을 보이고 있기 때문에 대교의 방법을 통하여 증명이 되었다. This study is for the Textual Bibliographic study of Gensarok Interpretation by Sagye Kimjangsaeng, including Correcting of miswords for Gensarok, and based on the Textual contents, by using the method of comparative analysis through the remaining book edition. Sagye points out 44 items and classifies 25 items of correct word types(當作유형), 8 of suspect word types(疑作유형) and 11 of different version types(他本作유형). Among these items, 31 misswords and 2 add words were investigated. The reasons for the misswords are divided into mainly 3 as followed;① The case that it has been succeeded since Goryeo edition. ② The case which is misprinted on Chungryang Seowon edition only. ③ The case which is judged by Sagye to correct in another context. As contrasted with other editions, the most used misprinting edition is the first kapinja mixed edition(version 乙)(초주혼입乙본), Woodblock edition of slightly larger size than the first Kapinja(초주대자목판본), Jeompil Seowon edition(점필서원본). These editions have same results to an edition form analysis, therefore, the result of this Textual Bibliographic study is more firmly proved.

        본 논문에서는 900Mhz 대역의 UHF RFID에서 직접변환방식의 LNA/Mixer를 설계하였다. 설계된 회로는 3.3V로 동작하며, 0.18um CMOS 공정으로 구현되었다. 본 논문은 높은 self jamming 신호를 극복하기 위해 공통게이트 입력 구조를 사용하였으며, 고이득, 저이득의 두 가지 동작 모드를 갖도록 설계되었다 측정결과, 설계된 LNA/Mixer는 고이득 모드와 저이득 모드에서 각각 4dBm과 11dBm의 입력 p1dB를 갖고, 12dB와 3dB의 변환이득을 갖는다. 또한, 두 가지 모드에서 각각 60mW와 79mW의 전력을 소비하며, 16dB와 20dB의 잡음지수를 갖는다.         고에너지 이온 빔을 이용한 다공성 Poly (lactide-co-glycolide) 지지체의 개질과 분석

        Porous poly (lactide-co-glycolide) scaffolds irradiated with ion beams of different high energies have been analyzed by employing physico-chemical tests such as XPS, FTIR and GPC. Their histological analysis after in vitro cell culture was also performed to understand a possible relationship between the extent of bulk modification of the scaffolds and tissue formation. Proton ion beams were irradiated on the porous PLGA scaffolds with the beam energies of either 0.18, 0.41, 0.20 or 0.35 J, which has been correspondingly generated from the beam intensities of either 10, 20, 30 or 40 MeV for 4 min. The distribution of Bragg peak energies exposed to the scaffolds was estimated by employing the SRIM software and then attempted to match the results with the physicochemical properties of the beam-treated scaffolds. While significant changes in the molecular weights of the porous PLGA scaffolds were measured by GPC, differences in the molecular weights among the beam-treated scaffolds were not significantly noticed. Changes in their chemical structures were also negligible when analyzed with both XPS and FTIR. In vitro cell cultures for over 6 weeks demonstrated some differences in tissue formation of the beam-treated scaffolds when evaluated with histological stains.

      • 葉採의 『近思錄』 集解本 板本考

        이 연구의 목적은 우리나라에서 간행된 근사록 집해본을 대상으로 하여 전체적인 판본의 현황을 살피고, 그 특징을 도출하는 데에 있다. 그 결과 우리나라에서 간행된 근사록의 판본은 모두 19종으로, 백문본 1종을 제외한 18종의 판본이 섭채에 의해 주해된 집해본으로 조사되었다. 집해본을 대상으로 한 판종별 분석으로는 금속활자본이 6종, 목판본이 12종으로 조사되었다. 이를 바탕으로 한 계통별 분석에서는 9행18자 형식의 초주갑인자 계통과 10행17자 형식의 무신자계통으로 양분되었으며, 초주갑인자 계통은 다시 초간본 계열과 중간본 계열로 세분되었다. The aim of this study attempts to find out the overall Editions of Geunsarok(近思錄) printed in Korea and is concerned with bibliographic characteristics. As a result, there was found that editions of Geunsarok are still existing are 19; one edition of bakmunbon(白文本) and 18 editions of commentary. Among them, 6 metallic movable types books and 12 xylographic books were analyzed for this study. Based on these characteristics, there are divided into the first-gapinja(初鑄甲寅字) movable type with 9 lines 18 characters and the Musinja(戊申字) movable type with 10 lines 17 characters, and the first-gapinja movable type is subdivided into the types of the first s etting type print and the second setting type print.
