The RFID (Radio-Frequency Identification) is an automatic identification method, relying on storing and remotely retrieving data using devices called RFID tags or transponders. Some RFID tags have been used in severe environment of temperature ranged from $200^{\circ}C$ to $250^{\circ}C$ for a long time and may cause serious problems such as signal error, short life cycle and explosion. Conventionally, the RFID tags for high temperature applications consisted of Fe-alloy housing part, ceramic powder and RFID sensor. However, it has disadvantage of heavy weight, signal noise and heat shield capability. In this study, we newly applied the aluminum porous materials fabricated by polymer leaching process into RFID tags in order to improve heat shielding ability, and compared the properties of RFID tag inserted by aluminum porous with the conventional one.

Purpose: Although cardiac toxicity is a key parameter of significant toxicity, in antidepressant intoxication, there are few studies on the cardiac toxicity of serotonin reuptake inhibitor and the intoxication with the new generation of antidepressants. The aim of this study is to investigate the relative cardiac toxicity of serotonin reuptake inhibitor and intoxication with the new generation of antidepressants as compared with that of tricyclic antidepressant intoxication. Methods: We retrospectively reviewed the medical records of 109 antidepressant intoxicated patients who visited the Emergency Department from January, 2005 to December, 2009 to collect and analyze the demographic and clinical data. Sixteen patients were excluded. The enrolled seventy eight patients were classified into three groups: the tricyclic antidepressant group (TCA) (n=32), the selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor subgroup (SSRI) (n=28) and the new generation antidepressant subgroup (NGA) (n=18). Results: The demographic and clinical data of the SSRI and NGA groups were not significantly different from that of the TCA group. The QRS duration of the SSRI subgroup (86.4±12.0 msec) and the NGA subgroup (91.8±11.9 msec) was not significantly different from that of the TCA group (90.0±13.5msec) (p=0.598). The QTc interval of the SSRI group (444.5±33.5msec) and the NGA group (434.9±35.9) (p=0.260) were not significantly different from that of the TCA group (431.2±44.1msec) (p=0.287). Conclusion: Intoxication with SSRI and the new generation antidepressants seemed to show significant cardiac toxicity, like what is seen in tricyclic antidepressant intoxication. Clinicians must pay attention to SSRI and new generation antidepressant intoxication.
이중추출법에서 일반화 ratio-cum-product 방법을 이용한 이상점 가중치 보정법

이중추출법은 모집단 정보가 충분하지 않아 층화 추출법을 사용할 때 정확한 층화 정보가 없는 경우에 흔히 사용하는 표본추출법이다. 특히 최근에는 이중추출법을 위해 1차 조사에서 얻어진 보조 정보를 이용하여 추정의 정확성을 향상시키는 방법들이 제안되었다. 본 연구에서는 최근 제안된 일반화 ratio-cum-product 추정량에서 사용하는 가중치를 이상점 처리를 위한 가중치 보정에 맞도록 보정하여 추정의 정밀성을 향상시키는 방법을 제안하였다. 모의실험을 통하여 본 연구에서 제안한 방법과 기존의 이상점 가중치 보정법의 성능을 비교하였으며 사례 분석을 통하여 제안된 방법의 우수성을 확인하였다. Two phase sampling (double sampling) is often used when there is inadequate population information for proper stratification. Many recent papers have been devoted to the estimation method to improve the precision of the estimator using first phase information. In this study we suggested outlier weight adjustment methods to improve estimation precision based on the weight of the generalized ratio-cum-product estimator. Small simulation studies are conducted to compare the suggested methods and the usual method. Real data analysis is also performed.

A case of Burkitt lymphoma diagnosed through fine needle aspiration cytology is described, A 66-year-old man presented with lymphadenopathy on the right cervical neck and axillary area. An ultrasonogram and CT scan for the cervical neck showed a multiple variable sized lymphadenopathy with pericapsular invasion and necrotic foci, Fine needle aspiration cytology (FNAC) of the cervical lymph nodes revealed very cellular and necrotic smears consisting of diffusely scattered intermediate monotonous round cells, tingible body macrophages and many mitotic figures. Histological features of the excised lymph nodes showed the classic morphological features of Burkitt lymphoma. Recognition of the characteristic cytological features can suggest the possibility of Burkitt lymphoma.

[$Moir\acute{e}$] technique is now being extensively investigated as a fast non-contact means of three-dimensional profile measurement especially for reverse engineering. One problem with $moir\acute{e}$ technique is so called $2\pi$-ambiguity problem that limits the maximum step height difference between two neighboring sampling points to be less than half the equivalent wavelength of $moir\acute{e}$ fringes. In this investigation, a new two-wavelength scheme of projection $moir\acute{e}$ topography is proposed and tested to cope with the $2\pi$-ambiguity problem. Experimental results are discussed to assess the new method in measuring large objects with high step discontinuities.

SE generally defines approaching ways of conducting identification, verification and integration of an optimized product and process solution to meet customer's needs by leveraging organizational competency in engineering and management. To successfully develop a new product under mass production contract, it is important to efficiently carry out the program by ensuring that three major competencies are secured; core technology, system integration, and program management. For successful implementation of tasks in the three areas, systematic execution is called for, which requires identifying risk factors in advance. In particular, comprehensive risk management role and responsibility is required for program management. Success of a development program is determined by complex elements of human resources, organization culture, and overall competency of an organization in technology and program management, including capability of the program manager. In this paper, a risk management solution is suggested to lead a program to success with a more efficient way through actual risk management by the concept of SE around the above three areas.

수술 후 장폐색에 대한 Mosapride Citrate의 효과 및 Ondansetron 병합치료의 효과

목적 : 수술 후 장폐색(Postoperative ileus, 이하 POI)은 수술 후에 발생하는 일시적인 위장관운동의 장애로서 그 기전이 잘 알려져 있지 않으나 억제성 교감신경 반사의 과도한 항진이 가장 중요한 기전이다. Cisapride가 POI에 효과가 있는 것으로 보고되었으나 현재 사용되고 있지 않다. 본 실험에서는 POI에 대한 mosapride citrate (mosapride)의 효과와 추가적인 ondansetron사용의 효과를 알아보고자 하였다. 대상 및 방벙 : 수컷 Sprague-Dawley rats을 사용하였다. 실험군은 대조군, POI only군, POI+20 mg/kg mosapride군, POI+mosapride with 0.8 mg/kg ondansetron군, POI+mosapride with 4 mg/kg ondansetron군으로 나누었다. POI는 isoflurane마취하에 맹장을 손으로 마사지함으로써 유발하였고, 수술 후 한시간째 Evans blue를 먹이고 30분이 지나 희생시킨 뒤 위배출능과 소장이동능을 측정하였다. 결과 : 위배출능과 소장이동능은 대조군에 비해 POI군에서 매우 감소되었으며 mosapride는 위배출능과 소장이동능의 감소를 개선시켰다. Mosapride에 추가하여 ondansetron 0.8 mg을 피하로 주사한 결과 mosapride단독군보다 더 소장이동능을 호전시켰다. 그러나 추가적으로ondansetron 4 mg을 피하로 주사한 경우에는 mosapride단독군보다 위배출능과 소장이동능을 더 악화 시켰다. 결론 : Mosapride는 POI를 감소시킬 수 있으며 저농도 ondasetron에 의해 강화되나 고농도의 ondansetron은 그 효과를 감소시켰다. Background/Aims: Postoperative ileus (POI) is a transient impairment of gastrointestinal motility after surgery. The mechanisms of POI are not completely understood, but it has been accepted that an activation of inhibitory neural reflex pathways was most important. Cisapride have been demonstrated to improve POI, but it was withdrawn from market due to cardiac toxicity. The purpose of this study was to investigate whether mosapride citrate (mosapride) and combined use of ondansetron could prevent POI. Methods: Male Sprague-Dawley rats were used. Experimental groups were Control, POI only, POI+20 mg/kg mosapride, POI+mosapride with 0.8 mg/kg ondansetron, and POI+mosapride with 4 mg/kg ondansetron. POI was induced by massage of cecum under isoflurane anesthesia. Evans blue was fed after 1hour from operation. Gastric emptying (GE) and small intestinal transit (SIT) were measured after 30 min. Results: GE and SIT significantly delayed in POI only group than control. Mosapride improved the delayed GE and SIT. The 0.8 mg ondansetron group showed more improved SIT than mosapride only group. The 4 mg ondansetron group showed more delayed GE and SIT than mosapride only group. Conclusions: Mosapride have beneficial effect on POI and it was enhanced by low dose ondansetron, but interrupted by high dose ondansetron. (Kor J Neurogastroenterol Motil 2007;13:138-145)
