Neuromorphic hardware refers to brain-inspired computers or components that model an artificial neural network comprising densely connected parallel neurons and synapses. The major element in the widespread deployment of neural networks in embedded devices are efficient architecture for neuromorphic hardware with regard to performance, power consumption, and chip area. Spiking neural networks (SiNNs) are brain-inspired in which the communication among neurons is modeled in the form of spikes. Owing to brainlike operating modes, SNNs can be power efficient. However, issues still exist with research and actual application of SNNs. In this issue, we focus on the technology development cases and market trends of two typical tracks, which are listed above, from the point of view of artificial intelligence neuromorphic circuits and subsequently describe their future development prospects.
청소년 태권도 지도자의 리더십 유형이 지도자-선수 교환관계(LMX) 및 경기력에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 청소년 태권도 선수들이 지각하는 지도자의 리더십 유형과 경기력의 관계에서 지도자-선수 교환관계(LMX)의 매개효과를 검증하는 것에 목적이 있으며, 태권도 선수들의 경기력 향상을 위한 기초자료를 제시하고자 하는 것에 연구의 의의가 있다. 이를 위해 고등학교 태권도 선수 341명에게 리더십유형, 지도자-선수 교환관계(LMX), 경기력에 관한 설문자료를 받아 활용하였으며, SPSS 21.0, AMOS 18.0 및 Excel 2010을 사용하여 빈도분석, 신뢰도분석, 확인적 요인분석, 상관관계분석, 구조방정식 모형분석을 실시하였고, 매개효과 유의성은 bootstrapping을 이용하여 검증하였다. 그 결과, 첫째, 태권도 지도자의 리더십 유형은 경기력에 긍정적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 태권도 지도자의 리더십 유형은 지도자-선수 교환관계(LMX)에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 지도자-선수 교환관계(LMX)는 경기력에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 지도자-선수 교환관계(LMX)는 지도자의 리더십 유형과 경기력의 관계를 완전매개 하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 태권도 지도자들의 리더십 유형과 경기력, 지도자-선수 교환관계(LMX)에 관하여 논의하였다. This study was aimed to examine the effect of leadership type on the performance of high school Taekwondo athletes, and to verify the Mediating Effect of Leader-Member Exchange. The purpose of the study is. This study used data from 341 high school athletes registered in Taekwondo Association of Kore.. The collected data were analyzed by frequency analysis, reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis and structural equation model analysis. It is used by SPSS 21.0 version program, AMOS 18.0 version program, and Excel 2010. significance of mediated effect was verified with bootstrapping. The results of this study are as follows. First, the Coach's leadership type perceived by high school Taekwondo players positively influenced the athletic performance of the athletes. Second, as a result of examining mediated effect of Leader-Membe Exchange in the relationship between leadership type and performance of high school taekwondo athletes, it is found that leadership style is influenced by Leader-Membe Exchange It is that its indirect effects were statistically significant.

In the age of IoT, in which everything is connected to a network, there have been increases in the amount of data traffic, latency, and the risk of personal privacy breaches that conventional cloud computing technology cannot cope with. The idea of edge computing has emerged as a solution to these issues, and furthermore, the concept of ultra-low power edge intelligent semiconductors in which the IoT device itself performs intelligent decisions and processes data has been established. The key elements of this function are an intelligent semiconductor based on artificial intelligence, connectivity for the efficient connection of neurons and synapses, and a large-scale spiking neural network simulation framework for the performance prediction of a neural network. This paper covers the current trends in ultra-low power edge intelligent semiconductors including issues regarding their technology and application.
A 0.9-V human body communication receiver using a dummy electrode and clock phase inversion scheme

This paper presents a low-power and lightweight human body communication (HBC) receiver with an embedded dummy electrode for improved signal acquisition. The clock data recovery (CDR) circuit in the receiver operates with a low supply voltage and utilizes a clock phase inversion scheme. The receiver is equipped with a main electrode and dummy electrode that strengthen the capacitive-coupled signal at the receiver frontend. The receiver CDR circuit exploits a clock inversion scheme to allow 0.9-V operation while achieving a shorter lock time than at 3.3-V operation. In experiments, a receiver chip fabricated using 130-nm complementary metal–oxide–semiconductor technology was demonstrated to successfully receive the transmitted signal when the transmitter and receiver are placed separately on each hand of the user while consuming only 4.98 mW at a 0.9-V supply voltage.
