        소형 애완견에서 발정주기별 질세포 출현율의 비교

        The aim of this study was to compare the appearance rate of vaginal cytology during estrous cycle in small pet bitches. A characteristic features of vaginal cytology during the estrous cycle were the high proportion of superficial cell in proestrus, anuclear cell in estrus, small intermediate cell in diestrus, and small intermediate cell in anestrus, respectively. There were no statistically significant differences of appearance rate of vaginal cytology among small pet bitches in the each phase of estrous cycle. These results indicated that the vaginal cytology was useful method for estimating estrous cycle and optimal breeding time in small pet bitches.

      • The stainless steel fiber recycle from grinding swarf by using supercritical fluids

        Supercritical fluids extraction has gained widely acceptance as the method for removal. It has many advantages of low waste production, rapid extraction, and enhanced extraction efficiency for wasteremoval. The recovery of stainless steel fiber by removing cutting oil from grinding swarf, which is classified as specified wastes, was investigated. The experiments for removing cutting oil from swarf were performed with supercritical CO2 at 30-50°C and 10-30MPa, as well as sub- and supercritical propane at 80-110°C and 5-20MPa. In addition, the characteristics of stainless steel fiber from swarf treated with sub- and supercritical fluids were compared with those treated vacuum thermal extraction. The extraction efficiency of cutting oil using supercritical propane was several times higher than that of supercritical CO2. By using supercritical fluids as a solvent, we could not only remove cutting oil from raw swarf effectively, but also preserve the stainless steel fiber``s own characteristics.

      • P-93 : The fiber stainless steel recycle from grinding swarf by using binary supercritical fluid mixture (carbon dioxide + propane)

        Supercritical fluids extraction has gained widely acceptance as the method for removal. It has many advantages of low waste production, rapid extraction, enhanced extraction efficiency for waste removal. There are four processes in steel manufacturing process. They are iron making, steel making, continous casting, and rolling process. Particularly, because grinding swarf produced from the rolling process has cutting oil over 10% of total weight, it is classified as a specified waste. If successful procedure can be implemented to separate and recycle the steel and cutting oil from raw swarf, it will be turned into highgrade steel that can be applied to various fields of metal material. In this work, we used binary supercritical fluid mixture(carbon dioxide + propane) as a solvent in order to remove cutting oil from raw swarf. This experiments were performed in the temperature ranges from 30 to 50℃ and pressure ranges from 10 to 30MPa. The weight of propane in supercritical is 5%,10% and 20%, respectively. In addition, the characteristics of swarf particles treated with supercritical fluid were compared with those treated with vacuum thermal extraction.

        항공 산업 관련 국제투자분쟁(ISDS) 사례 연구 - Latin American Regional Aviation Holding v. Uruguay 사건을 중심으로 -

        항공 산업은 그 특성상 사업 운영 및 개발에 상당한 규모의 재원이 필요할 뿐만 아니라, 국가안보 및 방위 산업에 영향을 미칠 수 있기에, 국가의 자국 항공 산업에 대한 국가적 지원 및 규제가 일반적이라고 할 수 있다. 이러한 항공 산업의 특성, 특히 ‘상당한 재원 필요’라는 특성으로 인해, 정부가 항공 산업을 육성하기 위한 재원을 마련하는 과정에서 외국 투자자로부터 투자를 받거나, 그 일환으로 외국 기업과 합작투자 방식으로 투자를 유치하는 경우가 있다. 그러나 투자유치국의 항공 산업에 투자한 외국 투자자가 항공 사업을 영위하는 과정에서 투자유치국 정부 또는 공기업 등의 조치로 인해 손해를 입은 경우, ISDS(국제투자분쟁)로 이어지기도 한다. 본 논문에서 연구한 LARAH v. Uruguay 사건은 2024. 2. 선고된 항공산업 관련 최신 ISDS 판정으로서, 중재판정부는 우루과이 정부의 민관 합작 항공사 운영 관련 개입(양해각서 및 청산) 조치가 BIT상 FET, Indirect expropriation에 위배된다고 판시하였다. 그러나 항공 산업은 국가안보와 관련되어 있고 상당한 공적자금이 투입되므로, 이에 대한 국가의 규제 권한 역시 다른 산업 분야에 비해 고도로 존중되어야 한다. 특히 이 사건은 청구인 측 자회사가 75% 지분을 보유한 채 항공사의 경영권을 행사하였음에도 무리한 사업확장 등으로 수년간 재무건전성이 심각하게 악화된 점을 감안하면, 항공 산업 전반의 건전성 및 투입된 공적자금, 더 나아가 국가 경제 전반에 미칠 영향을 고려해야 하는 우루과이 정부가 기업 청산 조치를 취한 것이 과연 bad faith에 근거한 것이라고 볼 수 있는지 의문이다. „항공 산업은 국가 경제 및 안보에 미치는 영향이 지대하므로, 전 세계적으로 국가의 지원, 개입 및 규제가 일반적일 뿐만 아니라 필수적이다. 그러나 항공 산업에 소요되는 막대한 투자금을 충당하기 위해 외국인 투자(특히, 지분 투자)가 수반되는 경우가 종종 있고, 그로 인해 사업 진행 과정에서 국가 또는 국영기업 등 public entity의 FET 위반, 수용 등이 주로 문제되는 것으로 보인다. 이에 향후 항공 산업 관련 국제투자분쟁이 증가할 것으로 보이는바, 우리나라 역시 항공 산업 관련하여 합작법인을 설립·운영하거나 외국 기업의 투자를 유치할 때, ISDS 제기 가능성에 유념하며 적법하고 공정한 조치를 취하기 위해 노력해야 할 것이다. The aviation industry, by its nature, requires significant financial resources for its operation and development. Due to its potential impact on national security and the defense industry, it is common for states to provide national support and regulation for their aviation industries. Given these characteristics, particularly the significant financial demands, host states often seek investments from foreign investors or engage in joint ventures with foreign companies as part of efforts to nurture and expand their aviation industries. However, if foreign investors in the aviation sector suffer losses due to measures taken by the host state or state-owned enterprises during their business operations, it can lead to ISDS (i.e., Investor- State Dispute Settlement). In the recent ISDS Award of LARAH v. Uruguay case, rendered in February 2024 concerning the aviation industry, the tribunal held that the Uruguayan government’s measures related to the public-private partnership airline, including the contracting MoU and liquidation, violated the BIT on FET and Indirect Expropriation. However, considering that the aviation industry is closely related to national security and involves substantial public funds, the regulatory authority of the host state in this sector should be highly respected compared to other industries. In this case, even though the claimant’s subsidiary held 75% of the shares and exercised management control, resulting in bankruptcy due to aggressive business expansion over several years, it is questionable whether Uruguay’s liquidation measures - aimed at maintaining the overall health of the aviation sector, protecting public funds, and safeguarding the national economy - can be regarded as actions taken in ‘bad faith’. Given the significant impact of the aviation industry on national economy and security, host state’s support, intervention, and regulation are not only common but essential worldwide. However, due to the substantial investment required in the aviation industry, foreign direct investment - particularly equity investment - is often involved, leading to frequent disputes over FET and expropriation by public entities of host states. As international investment disputes in the aviation sector are likely to increase, host states, including Korea, must also be mindful of the potential for BIT claims when establishing and operating joint ventures or attracting foreign direct investment in the aviation industry, and strive to take lawful and fair measures.

        Expression Profiling of Streptomyces peucetius Metabolic Genes Using DNA Microarray Analysis

        Doxorubicin (DXR) and daunorubicin (DNR) are anthracycline antibiotics produced by Streptomyces peucetius and widely used as cancer chemotherapeutic agents. To improve their productivity, regulation of DXR/DNR synthesis genes as well as central metabolic pathway genes must be understood more clearly. So far, studies have focused on DXR/DNR gene regulation. To investigate the correlation between the central metabolic pathway genes and DXR/DNR productivity, we selected 265 genes involved in glycolysis, fermentation, the citric acid cycle, butanoate metabolism, etc., and searched for their sequences in the S. peucetius genome by comparing gene sequences to those of Streptomyces coelicolor. The homologous genes were amplified by PCR and arrayed on glass microarray slides. Gene expression was monitored under two different growth media conditions, R2YE and NDYE. Genes involved in the production of malonyl-CoA and propionyl-CoA, the main precursors for doxorubicin synthesis, were mainly upregulated in NDYE media. Genes related to acetyl-CoA and the urea cycle were also upregulated. These changes in gene expression were confirmed by real-time RT-PCR.

        Collection of actual truck data under normal traffic is important for the development of a fatigue load model to accurately determine the distribution of load effects, axle loads, and axle spacing. WIM statistics are presented for the bridge, named "Eunhyum Bridge" and "Dongchun Bridge" on the national road. A load model in the form of the fatigue load model has been developed based on the analysis of gross vehicle weight. The axle spacing of the fatigue truck was determined by analysis of equivalent moment.

        인터넷 홈페이지 제작사의 제작환경요인과 기업특성이 구매의사결정에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 기업들이 홈페이지를 통해 효과적인 광고와 마케팅활동을 하기 위해서는 고객기업특성에 맞는 홈페이지를 만들어야하고 그 과정에서 홈페이지 제작업체는 어떠한 요인에 의해서 선정되는지를 알아보는 것이 본 연구의 목적이다. 이를 위해 먼저 홈페이지 제작환경요인들과 홈페이지 구매의사결정과정과의 인과관계를 살펴보고, 구매의사결정과정에 관련된 최고경영자의 성향과 기업이미지의 매개변수의 역할을 실증적으로 검증해 보고자 하였다. 연구결과 홈페이지 디자인 질과 가격 및 성과물이 구매의사결정에 유의미한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났으며, 특히 디자인 질이 구매의사결정에 더 큰 영향을 미치고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 기업특성의 경우 최고경영자 성향, 기업이미지 모두 구매의사결정에 유의미한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났으며, 특히 최고경영자 성향이 더 큰 영향을 미치고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 제작환경요인과 구매의사결정과의 관계에서 기업특성의 매개효과를 살펴보면 기업이미지만이 유의한 관계를 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 기술력 및 업력은 구매의사결정에 직접적인 영향을 주지 못하지만 기업이미지를 통해서 구매의사결정에 영향을 미치며, 기업이미지는 제작환경요인과 구매의사결정과의 관계에서 완전매개효과를 갖는 것으로 나타났다. The companies shall create the homepage satisfying the customers` characteristics as well as their own characteristics for effective advertising and marketing activities through the homepage. Thus, this study aims to identify the factors influencing on the selection of homepage creators. To this end, this study examined the causal relationship between the environmental factors of homepage creation and decision making process of homepage creation. Next, it will empirically verify the roles of parameters of corporate image and propensity of CEO related to the purchase decision making process. According to the results of research, the design quality, price and outcome of homepage have the significant impact on the purchase decision making process. In particular, the design quality had more impact on the purchase decision making process. For the corporate characteristics, the propensity of CEO and corporate image demonstrated the significant impact on the purchase decision, and especially the propensity of CEO showed more impact. In case of the mediating effect of corporate characteristics in the relationship with the environmental factors of production and purchase decision, only the corporate image indicated the significant relationship. While the technology and corporate capability couldn`t have direct impact on the purchase decision, the corporate image had impact on the purchase decision. The corporate image demonstrated the complete mediating effect in the relationship with the environmental factors of production and decision making.
