Tension-free Vaginal Tape 술식과 질식자궁적출술 동시수술의 단기 결과

Purpose : To evaluate the short term result of the tension-free vaginal tape(TVT) procedure in conjunction with vaginal hysterectomy in patients with concurrent stress incontinence and gynecological diseases. Materials and Methods: All patients(32 women) underwent the TVT procedure in conjunction with vaginal hysterectomy between June 2001 and April 2003. Preoperative histories, subjective questionnaires of the degree of incontinence, physical examinations, one hour pad tests and full urodynamic testing were evaluated. The postoperative clinical outcomes, patient satisfaction and complications were checked after 3-months. Results: Thirty-two women who met the study criteria were identified. The mean follow-up time, parity, age, operating time and length of hospital stay were 9.2 months, ranging from 3 to 18 months, 2.6, ranging from 1 to 5, 52.5 years, ranging from 40 to 68, 73 minutes, ranging from 55 to 122 minutes and 4.3 days, ranging from 3 to 9 days, respectively. From the questionnaires, 22 patients were found to be mildly incontinent, 7 moderately incontinent and 3 severely incontinent. All patients were cured of gynecological disease. All cases of mild, 5 of moderate and 2 of severe incontinence were cured. The three remaining patients improved. Twenty-eight patients were satisfied after the operation and 1 had intraoperative bladder perforation. Conclusions: The TVT procedure in conjunction with a vaginal hysterectomy for stress incontinence with other gynecologic disease is considered safe and efficacious, although a longer follow-up will be necessary to determine the long term effect. Intracranial meningioma associated with cyst cyst formation in unusual finding, which sometimes makes confusion in preoperative diagnosis. We experienced eleven cases of the cystic meningioma among 188 intracranial meningiomas who underwent operation from June 1989 to May 1993 at the Asan Medical Center. Clinical manifestations, findings of magnetic resonance imaging, preoperative diagnosis, and histopathology were analyzed. Among the 11 patients, the cyst of four were intratumoral type and seven were peritumoral type. There was no relationship between cyst formation and histological type of meningioma.

A case of cerebral glioma which was developed 5 years after brain irradiation for medulloblastoma is reported. The etiology and pathogenesis of human glioma are still unknown. The possible causal role of radiation therapy in inducing cerebral glioma is discussed on the basis of these observations.

In this paper, in order to impart the aging condition of the parts, by configuring the cycle of temperature from low temperature was performed by applying the aging conditions for vehicle cockpit module. The reason for the selected modules of the cockpit vehicle parts, because the joint occurrence typical components of the room component is a first module and ceiling cockpit module. After setting the excitation profile using the BSR exciter only that this is for the module degradation after the initial and grasp the change in the dynamic characteristics of the modules based on the before and after deterioration may be made in the module, grasp the noise generating position I measured the noise and proximity. It is treated more seriously than ever as the customer requirements are becoming a high-quality and diversification. Among the various elements to affect customers evaluation of automobile quality, BSR(buzz, squeak, rattle noise) are considered to be a mostly contributing factor. Rattle Noises in cockpit modules are one of the major concerns mentioned above. Recently, measurements of the BSR noise between the parts that make up the products from the perspective that the structural causes. For structures that make up material has not been any consideration of the BSR noise characteristics. The aim of this study is to clarify the characteristics of noise occurrence in vehicle cockpit module that consist of plastic material after measuring noise by rattle special testing instrument.

We present the effect of an n-InGaN electron reservoir layer (ERL) on the optical and the elec- trical properties of InGaN/GaN multiple-quantum-well (MQW) light-emitting diodes (LEDs). The optical and the electrical properties of the LED samples were investigated by using photolumi- nescence (PL), time-resolved PL (TRPL) and electroluminescence (EL) spectroscopy. The carrier lifetimes for the LED samples with the ERL structure were relatively longer than that for the LED sample without the ERL (reference sample). For an InGaN/GaN MQWs separated from the ERL structure by a 30-A-thick GaN tunnel barrier, the decay time was 9.2 ns at 12 K, which was 1.23 times longer than that of the reference sample. Also, the light-output power for the LED with the ERL structure having a 20-A-thick GaN tunnel barrier was 1.15 times stronger than that of the reference LED. The relatively longer carrier lifetime and the increase in the light-output power for the LED sample with the ERL structure can be attributed to the reduced electron overflowing, resulting in a decreased nonradiative recombination rate of the carriers in the InGaN/GaN MQW region.

In this paper, among the indoor component of a vehicle, and is obtained by experimentally studied Rattle characteristics of the vibration and noise of the noise is a typical joints generated through the evaluation of the cockpit module units. Was constructed a profile used to perform the evaluation of these vehicle cockpit module units. The profile is measured vibration characteristics of the running conditions of the cockpit module is mounted on the actual vehicle, for the progress of the evaluation is performed by each module, and measured natural frequency to reflect the characteristics, structure was. And using the configuration profile, and the noise to about that is sporadically generated yet locally in the cockpit module to configure a list of the noise generated through subjective evaluation of the subject, the objective for the location I was using the visualization device. Was measured proximity noise and surface speed of the Rattle noise occurrence position of which is being grasped by the visualization results.
