1989년 UN이 “아동권리에 관한 협약”을 공표한 이후로 아동권리보호는 세계적인 관심사이며 국제적 과제로 대두되었다. 한 나라의 아동정책은 그 나라의 아동의 지위와 아동관을 반영하므로 아동의 권리가 얼마나 체계적으로 보호, 육성 되는지 알아보기 위해서는 그 나라의 아동정책을 살펴보는 것도 바람직한 방법이라고 본다. 본 논문에서는 아동의 기본 권리인 생존, 보호, 발달 그리고 참여의 권리를 바탕으로 산업화된 선진 국가들 중 미국, 스웨덴, 독일 그리고 일본의 아동정책을 살펴보고 한국의 아동정책이 나아가야할 방향을 모색하고자 하였다. 각국의 아동정책은 1)보육정책, 2)자녀양육지원정책, 3)장애아정책, 4)아동학대 관련 정책 등 네 가지 분야로 나누어 비교, 분석하였다. 연구 대상 국가들의 아동정책은 아동의 기본 권리를 보장한다는 면과 심각해져가는 고령화 사회의 대책으로써 가족정책, 여성정책과도 긴밀한 연계성이 있음을 알 수 있었다. 또한 각 국가별로 사회, 문화, 인구학적 배경에 따라 아동정책에서도 차이가 있다는 것과 아동정책이 구체적이고 세부적일수록 체계적으로 이행된다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 아동인권보호에 관한 인식확장, 아동권리에 관한 아동의 참여율 확대, 아동권리보호에 관한 모니터링은 한국에 절실히 필요한 부분임이 논의되었다. Since the publication of “The Convention on the Right of the Child” by the UN in 1989, the protection of children's rights has become a central issue of international attention and political efforts. The representation of children in the policy of a country reflects the status and image of children therein, therefore child policy of a country should be studied to find out, how systematic children's rights are protected and supported in that country. In this Study child policy standards of industrialized countries, USA, Sweden, Germany and Japan, have been studied focussing on four fundamental children's rights:The right of existence, of protection, of development and of participation. By comparison with these substantial categories it is possible to clarify the direction of Korean child policy development. Furthermore, child policy of the countries in this study has been compared and analysed in four areas of political legislation, 1) child care 2) child support 3) children with disability 4) child abuse. The study made clear that in all countries studied child policy is estimated as an important means against the ongoing aging society and stands in close relation to the aims of family policy and women policy. On the other hand differences between child policy in each country could be identified, depending on the individual social, cultural and demographic background. It became obvious that the more detailed and precise child policy regulations were structured, the more systematic they were put into practice. Furthermore, the necessity to develop the awareness of children's rights protection in the Korean society, to increase the participation of children in child politics and to monitor child protection systematically are discussed.

Temporary projects and teamwork-focused duties are increasing in office spaces and normal corporations are following the trend of team-based working system. Since teamwork has a trend of 'unified objective' before 'accomplishment of objective,' effective communication between team members is the most critical factor. Also, since an office is a space in which majority of life or more than half of waking time of office workers is spent, creation of the working environment suitable for their working behavior and social changes is very important. That is, working efficiency will increase by large if a working environment is formed to allow joyful working experiences with team members and smooth communication with others. In view of the working environment, workspace was newly interpreted and market research was performed to propose a new trend of design, various considerations and the expectations of the spine.

New pour point depressants were prepared by making use of the random copolymerization of acrylate monomer. The pour point and cloud point of the synthetic polymers in diesel mixtures containing 5%(BD5) and 20%(BD20) biodiesel were investigated. The characteristics of the synthetic polymers which were random structure of P(St/SMA). P(SMA/St), P(SMA/OMA/St), P(LM/AMA/St), P(LMA/SMA/St) were analyzed by ¹H-NMR and GPC. When the synthetic polymers were added to BD5 and BD20 at the concentration of 5000ppm. The pour point of the terpolymers were -5℃~-10℃ lower than that of the copolymers. In the case of BD5 whose pour point is -12.5℃, the pour point of the existing additives and the P(LMA/SMA/St) polymer additive which showed the lowest pour point among the synthetic polymers were -37.5℃ and -35℃ respectively at the concentration of 5000ppm. The result showed the pour point of the P(LMA/SMA/St) polymer was higher than the existing additives. On the other hand. in the case of BD20 whose pour point is -10℃, the pour points of the existing additives and the P(LMA/OMA/St) polymer was -32.5℃ and -35℃ respectively at the concentration of 5000ppm. It showed that the P(LMA/OMA/St) polymer was lower than the existing additives. In the results of cloud point, the cloud point of the synthetic polymers revealed -3℃ lower than before addition of the polymers and -2℃ lower than the cloud point of existing additives.

In this paper, we propose multi-channel housing monitoring system based on Ethernet and 3G/4G mobile communication for monitoring and controlling the housings installed all over the city. We designed and developed the monitoring program and the embedded system which is installed in the housing. The environment of the housing, such as temperature, humidity and impact can be monitored and the equipment in the housing can be controlled through either Ethernet or 3G/4G mobile communication. When one of communication channels is disconnected, our system communicates through the other communication channel. Sixty embedded systems are installed all over JinJu City and the monitoring program is installed on the server at JinJu City hall. It"s working normally.
