만성폐쇄성폐질환자의 수중운동중재 효과: 체계적 문헌고찰 및 메타분석

본 연구는 만성폐쇄성폐질환자에게 수중운동 중재의 효과를 파악하기 위해 체계적 문헌고찰 및 메타 분석하였다. 선정된 문헌은 2013부터 2018년 7월까지 8개 검색엔진(Cochrane central, EMbase, Cinahl, Pubmed, Riss4U, NDSL, DBPIA, Koreamed)으로 체계적으로 문헌 검색하였다. 2명의 연구자가 문헌을 선정하고, 질 평가하였다. 총 5개의 문헌이 선정되었으며, 문헌의 질 평가 결과가 우수하지 않았다. 또한 수중운동 중재와 일반적인 간호를 메타 분석한 결과 6분 보행거리, 삶의 질에서 효과가 큰 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 COPD 환자를 대상으로 수중 내에서 이뤄지는 다양한 형태의 운동 중재를 소개하여 프로그램 적용에 유용한 자료가 될 것으로 생각된다. 그러나 문헌의 수가 적어 일반화에 어려움이 있다. This study has been conducted by a systematic review of literature and a meta-analysis in order to identify the effect of water based exercise training for COPD(Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease). Two researchers selected relevant literature, and extracted the date and assessed the quality of literature. A total of 5 studies met the inclusion criteria, and the outcome of methodological quality of the literature was not positive. According to the result of meta-analysis of water based exercise and usual care, it was considerably effective in 6 MWT and quality of life. This study introduces various types of water based exercise for COPD patients, which is considered useful for application of the program. However, it experiences difficulty to generalize due to lack of the number of literature in relation to the water based excercise.

패션디자인의 윤리적 지향 가치의 범주화

최근 들어 미닝아웃의 소비문화가 풍요로운 삶에 윤리적 가치의 중요성을 가져오면서 새로운 소비의식이 대두되고 있다. 패션계 역시 현대 윤리와 지속가능성을 바탕으로 하는 윤리적 패션디자인이 강조되고 있는 추세이다. 본 연구는 지속가능한 윤리적 패션디자인의 특징 및 사례를 분석하고 지향 가치별 범주를 제시하 는데 목적을 두었다. 윤리적 패션디자인에 의해 변화를 겪고 있는 패션 분야를 사례 중심으로 관찰하면서 윤리적 패션디자인의 특징을 기업윤리, 디자인 윤리, 소비 윤리 등 세 차원에서 도출하였다. 그리고 현시점에 필요한 패션디자인의 윤리적 지향 가치를 사회 중심적 가치, 환경 중심적 가치, 문화 중심적 가치 등 세 가지 로 범주화하였다. 본 연구의 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 디자인의 심미적 가치 전달에서 사회적 가치 영역의 중요성이 강조되는 패션계의 윤리적 디자인 방향성이 지속가능성과 깊은 관련성이 있음을 확인하였다. 둘째, 윤리적 패션의 기준에 의거하여 기업, 디자인, 소비 등 세 가지 윤리의 사례를 통해 윤리적 패션디자인의 특징을 도출하였다. 셋째, 도출된 윤리적 패션디자인의 특징들 및 지향 가치가 상관성이 있음을 확인하였다. 넷째, 책임감 있는 공급과 소비 양 측면의 조화를 유도하는 범주화가 구축되는 것이 시급하다. 범주화는 지속 가능한 우리의 행보를 점검하고 정하는 일이다. 본 연구는 지난 몇 년간 윤리적 패션디자인에 의해 변화를 겪고 있는 패션 분야를 깊이 있게 이해하고, 윤리적 패션디자인의 지향 가치 범주화를 통해 윤리적 패션디자 인이 나아갈 방향에 대한 기초 자료를 제시한 데 의의가 있다. Recently, a new sense of consumption has emerged as Minning Out’s consumer culture has brought importance of ethical value to a rich life. The fashion industry is also emphasizing ethical fashion design based on modern ethics and sustainability. This study aims at analyzing the characteristics and examples of sustainable ethical fashion design and presenting categories by directional value. By observing the changing fashion sector by ethical fashion design, the characteristics of ethical fashion design were derived from three levels: business ethics, design ethics, and consumer ethics. And the ethic-oriented value of fashion design needed at this time was classified into three categories: social-centered value, environmental-centered value, and cultural-centric value. The conclusions of this study are as follows. First, the direction of ethical design in the fashion industry, where the importance of social value area is emphasized in the aesthetic value transfer of design, is deeply related to sustainability. Second, based on ethical fashion standards, the three ethical cases of ethics - business, design and consumption - were derived. Third, the characteristics of the ethical fashion design and its orientation value derived were identified as correlated. Fourth, it is urgent to construct the categorization with a view to harmonization in terms of responsible supply and consumption. Categorization is what checks and determines our sustainable course of action. This study has deep understanding on the fashion sector that has been undergoing changes due to ethical fashion design over the past few years, and it is important to understand the ethical fashion design. The research has significance in that it presented basic dta on the direction of ethical fashion design through the categorization of oriented vaalues.

대공간의 바닥 복사 난방 적용에 관한 연구

This paper addresses the indoor air quality when radiant floor heating is applied in large space. Radiant heat exchange between surfaces depends on the orientation and the temperature of the surfaces. Also, the temperature and the radiant characteristic of the wall and the roof that face the floor have great influence on the indoor air environment due to the largeness of the wall and the roof in large spaces. In this study, we simulate a test-cell(25X20X10) using a ies YE And using a CFD(microflo in VE), an indoor air environment was investigated to establish the optimum temperature of floor. At the first time of the heating, high floor temperature is demanded. At the middle of the heating, however, the temperature of the residential space was formed appropriately, although the temperature of the floor was set low.

Objectives: This study aimed to identify trends in core fundamental nursing skills. Methods: Twenty studies on nursing education reported in domestic journals were reviewed. The Riss4U, Scienceon, E-article and KISS databases were searched using the analysis criteria developed by the researchers. Results: The peer teaching method was applied most frequently in the class. The intervention period ranged from a minimum of 5days to a maximum of 70 days and the frequency was at least once a week and a maximum of once a day. Performance confidence was the most commonly used outcome variable. The duration ranged from a minimum of 12minutes to a maximum of 6 hours. Conclusions: Fundamental core nursing skills applied various tutoring methods for nursing students. However, it is difficult to generalize the results because of a lack of literature. The results of this study suggest that; it is necessary to develop a core nursing skills program for nursing students.

동적 재구성가능 DES의 설계 및 검증

최근까지 초고집적 FPGA 혹은 재구성가능 프로세서 등을 이용한 RC(재구성 컴퓨팅) 기술에 대한 많은 연구가 진행되어 왔으며, 최근 들어서는 이와 같은 RC 기술을 응용분야에 실제 적용한 성공적인 상용화 사례들이 보고되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 FPGA의 동적 재구성 기능과 RC 기법을 이용하여 DES 암호화 시스템을 적은 용량의 FPGA에 구현하기 위한 설계와 구현된 DES 암호화 시스템의 시스템수준 검증 기법을 제안한다. 이를 통하여 동적 재구성 기반의 접근법이 가지는 유용성을 평가할 수 있었는데, 그것은 FPGA의 동적 재구성을 통하여 임의의 알고리즘의 RC 기법에 의한 하드웨어 구현에 있어서 성능과 가격간의 타협이 매우 효과적으로 이루어 질 수 있다는 것이다. Recently, many researches on RC(Reconfigurable Computing) with highly complex FPGA's and reconfigurable processors have been reported, and even some attempts for commercialization have been successful. In this paper, we introduce the design methodology for implementing DES crypto algorithm on small-capacity FPGA by using its dynamic reconfigurability and a system-level verification technique. Throughout this design project, we could evaluate the effectiveness of this approach, which is the dynamic reconfigurability of FPGAs makes the efficient trade-off between the performance and the cost robustly viable.

전통 남성 수트를 응용한 현대 남성복 디자인 - 직물 패턴의 조형적 특성을 중심으로 -

Recently, and masculine menswear design is diverse, increasing consumer's interest, also continue research on men's clothing. In this study, the formative features of traditional weaving patterns of male suit by recombination, organize, differentiated by new perspectives to analyze modern menswear design development and the purpose for their activation. In this study, the theoretical background of how design is deployed, combining with each other in the pattern and patterns based on menswear design with five to produce. As a result, First, of textile pattern molding characteristic point, the allocation and a set of terms due to a vast array of lines represents a real sense of direction and depth to repeat the plain under control. Second is a combination of color, color image as a whole, in accordance with the rate design is mild and stable or can indicate the effect of personality and keen attention to. Third, traditional weaving patterns of different suit by organism made up of the new pattern for how visual images bore fruit. Fourth, to utilize traditional weaving patterns in this part of a design details maximize the visual effects. Fifth, point, line, terms and harmony of color patterns create will be physically illusions can create images of a new design. This research allows male suit, by reinterpreting the traditional weaving patterns of use with a variety of design development methods and may have been a somewhat static menswear image changes.

This study aims to examine the relationship between gender sensitivity and job satisfaction of incumbent police officials in the modern era when gender sensitivity has recently become important, and empirically analyze the effect of gender sensitivity on job satisfaction according to demographic characteristics. Conducting research on the job satisfaction of each police officer and understanding it is important in that it contributes to the achievement of the goals of the police organization, such as using police personnel more efficiently and providing high-level security services to the public. In other words, if the job satisfaction of police officials decreases, the quality of life of police officials can be lowered and distrust of the organization can arise, which can affect the overall security service, so various dimensions of approaches are needed to clarify the specific causal relationship of job satisfaction. In other words, it is very important to identify the influencing factors that affect job satisfaction. Based on these results, from the perspective of increasing job satisfaction of police officials, we intend to raise basic data that can promote the will to foster gender sensitivity for establishing and implementing security policies in the future. The analysis results are as follows. As a result of analyzing job satisfaction related to population factors and social exploration of the survey target, significant results were found that affect job satisfaction according to gender, work experience, class, and work type. The longer men work, the higher the position, and the higher the awareness of gender sensitivity, indicating higher job satisfaction.
