역병균 접종, UV-B 조사 등의 환경인자에 의해 고추의 생체방어물질 및 유도되는 화합물을 조사하엿다. Capsidiol은 2,4-D(1mg/$\ell$), benzyl adenine (0.001 mg/$\ell$)이 첨가된 MS배지에서 jasmonic acid 100$\mu$M을 처리한 담배와 고추 현탁배양세포의 추출물로 부터 Rf 0.32(TLC)에서 동정되었다. 고추식물체내에서 70개의화합물이 동정되었고, 그중 부위별 차이가 있는 성분은 30개 이었다. 역병균 접종, metalaxyl 처리, UV-B 조사 등과 같은 환경인자에 의하여 식물체 중의 1-propanethiol, $\alpha$-D-xylofur-anoside, phenol, hexadecanoni acid, linoleic acid, phytol, ethyl tridecanoate 및 capsidiol 등의 생성 성분 함량 간에 차가 있었다. Capsidiol은 역병균 접종, metalayl과 역병균 혼용 접종 및 UV-B 조사에 의해 생성되었다. capsidiol 함량은 역병균 단독 접종에 비하여 metalaxyl 혼용 처리가 높았고, 역병균 접종 전 metalaxyl(1${\mu}\ell$/$m\ell$)처리시보다 접종 후 처리시가 높았다. UV-B 조사시의 capsidiol은 잎에서 생성되었고, 특히 UV-B 20분조사후 24시간 incubationgon 했을때 가장 높았다. Phytolalexins are produced in plants affected by various environmental factors such as fungal infection treatment with many chemicals and irradiation by ultraviolet light. When pepper and tobacco bel suspension cultures were grown on a basal MS medium supplemented with 2,4-D(1mg/$\ell$, benzyl adenine(0.001 mg/$\ell$) and 100$\mu$ M jasmonic acid, the production of capsidiol was observed. The total of compound found in pepper plant were around seventy and thirty of them were located intissue-specific manner. 1-propanethiol, $\alpha$-D-xylofuranoside, phenol, hexadecanonic acid ethyl tridecanoate, phytol, linoleic acid and capsidiol are those which have change the production level by treatments, such as the inoculation of Phytophthora capsici Leonian, the metalaxyl treatment and the UV-B irradiation, respectively. The content of capsidiol on inoculation of P. capsici with metalxyl suspension in soil were higher than those of P.capsici without metalaxyl. When the soil dernch of metalaxyl treatment (1$\mu\textrm{g}$/${mu}ell$)was delayed after inoculation, the content of capsidiol were higher than that of before. Irrradiated UB-B the production on capsidiol was identified only at leaf, and contents were the highest for 24 hrs incubation after 20 minutes irradiation.

The purpose of this study was to examine the behavior toward saving and borrowing of households. In this study. four points with respect to saving and borrowing were examined: attitude, purpose, behavior, and propensity. For the empirical analysis, the data were collected from 400 households in Cheongju, Chungbuk province. Among them, 343 households were used in the analysis. Frequency and percentage were used in the statistical analysis. The major findings were as follows: for saving, households tended to have a more or less positive attitude. However, they tended not to have a positive attitude. The main purpose on saving was the education for children, and that on borrowing was the fund for purchase of housing and/or land. The most of the households(94%) have experiences on saving, but only 72% on borrowing. The average amount being saved per month and the average monthly payment on borrowing were relatively higher than those of households in this country.

노인 소비자 교육 : 충북지역을 중심으로 Focused on the Chungbuk Province

The purpose of this study was to examine the need and the participation intention of consumer education for the elderly in Chungbuk province. The data were collected by individual interview with 400 elderly consumers living in Chungbuk province. Among the 400 elderly consumers in the sample, 379 elderly consumers were uses in analysis because of ineligibility. The results were as follows: the elderly consumers' need for the consumer education was relatively positive, on the average 2.39 point. The participation intention of consumer education for the elderly was relatively active attitude. The higher the elderly consumers' need for the consumer education, the higher the participation intention of the elderly consumers.

이 글에서는 한국의 4·3과 5·18, 중국에서의 문화대혁명, 그리고 베트남전쟁을 다룬 상흔문학 읽기를 통해 각각의 작품들에서 인물들이 감당해야 하는 폭력의 정체가 무엇인지, 그들은 그러한 폭력적 상황에서 어떤 대응양상을 보이는지 혹은 기억하고 있는지를 비교하여 살펴본다. 한강 소설 『소년이 온다』는 사건이 종결되고 오랜 시간이 지났어도 그날에 살아남은 자들이 갖고 있는 트라우마에 대해 말하고 있다. 그것은 현기영 소설 「순이(順伊) 삼촌」의 서사가 4·3사건이 지난 30년 후라는 배경과도 유사한데, 두 소설은 한 세대 정도의 시간이 지나도 결코 지워지지 않는, 그리고 회복될 수 없는 역사적 상처와 상실을 이야기하고 있는 점에서도 닮았다. 문화대혁명과 베트남 전쟁 역시 인간에게 가장 끔찍한 단절과 무감각을 강요하는 비탄의 상흔을 남겼다. 그것은 폭력 혹은 전쟁 체험을 통해 그것의 잔인함과 인간의 황폐함을 인식하게 되고, 무엇인가의 승리가 그로 인한 슬픔까지 극복해주지 못함을 깨닫게 하는 것과 관련된다. 그러나 문학이 상처를 치유해 주지는 못한다. 문제를 해결해 줄 수도 없다. 다만 환기를 통해 문제를 직시하게는 할 수 있다. 문학은 다만, 그것의 두려움을, 그 두려움의 정서를 독자와 함께 공유할 뿐이다. 그리하여 저마다의 가슴에 이제 어떻게 할 것인가 하는 질문을 제기하는 것만으로도 버거운 것이다. 그럼에도 불구하고 전쟁 혹은 국가폭력의 트라우마를 겪고 있는 이들에게 남겨진 과제, 곧 그것을 어떻게 치유하고 극복해낼 것인가 하는 것은 여전히 우리의 지속적인 관심을 요구한다. Through reading the scar literature of 4·3, and May 18th in South Korea, Chinese Cultural Revolution in China and the VietnamWar, this study aims at examining identity of violence the characters in works had to stand, how they corresponded to the violent situation and whether they remember the violence Han gang novel ?Boy comes? is terminated and the case is also a long time talking about those who have survived the trauma of that day’s been. It is similar background and also called Hyun Ki-young novel Soon-Yi uncle of the epic four, three incidents in the last 30 years, two novel indelible never stand the test of time in a generation or so, and can not be restored historic cuts and resembles that point in the story the loss. The Cultural Revolution and the Vietnam War also left the humans are forced to stupor of grief and the terrible scars break. It is recognized for its cruelty and human devastation through violence or war experience, the victory of what is associated with the inability to realize haejuji to overcome the resulting grief. But, literature can’t heal the wounds as well as can’t solve the problem. Merely it can make look squarely at problems through ventilation. Literature, however, its fear, only to share the emotion of fear and readers. Thus, each one of the breasts by simply raising the question of how do you now also be tough. Nevertheless, it left to those who are suffering from the trauma of war or national task force, that will do it and how to cure it soon overcomes still require our constant attention.
