꽃송이 버섯을 이용한 의약품 및 건강기능성 식품 개발을 위한 기초자료의 목적으로 자실체의 미네랄, 아미노산 및 비타민 함량을 조사하였다. 꽃송이버섯 자실체의 건조중량 100g을 기준으로 조사한 미네랄성분은 K, P, Na, Mg가 주성분을 이루었으며 이 중 K가 1,299.44 mg로 가장 많이 함유되어 있었다. 유리아미노산의 총 함량은 3,233.45 mg이며 이중 glutamic acid 724.46 mg로 함량이 가장 높았고 전체 유리아미노산의 22.5%를 차지하였다. 총 아미노산의 함량은 8,230 mg이며 이 중 glutamine와 glutamic acid의 합이 1,960 mg로 전체 구성아미노산의 23.8%를 차지하였고 구성아미노산 중 필수아미노산은 2,985 mg이었다. 검출된 8가지의 비타민 중 vitamin E 408.5 mg, vitamin C21.58 mg로 높은 함량을 보였고 특히 칼슘보충에 도움을 주는 vitamin $D_3$은 0.166 mg로 곰보버섯보다 3배 이상 높은 함량을 나타내었다. The nutritional composition of fruiting body of Sparassis crispa has been analyzed for medicinal and edible uses. Minerals in S. crispa were found to be as follows; potassium (1,299.44 mg), phosphorus (104.73 mg), sodium (98.21 mg), magnesium (54.86 mg), calcium (8.39 mg), iron (7.61 mg), zinc (6.37 mg), copper (1.31 mg) and manganese (0.63 mg) based on 100 g of mushroom dry weight. In 20 kinds of total amino acids found in S. crispa, sum of glutamic acid and glutamine content was the highest (1,960 mg/l00 g) and sum of aspartic acid and asparagine, tryptophan, leucine and alanine were followed. Concerning free amino acids, glutamic acid, tryptophan, glutamine and aspartic acid were dominant. Among 8 vitamins detected, the vitamin E content was the highest (408.5 mg) based on 100 g of mushroom dry weight, then vitamin C, niacin and pantothenic acid were followed.

본 논문에서는 영역기반의 MAD(Mean Absolute Difference) 알고리즘과 변형된 PID(Proportional Integral Derivative) 기반의 팬/틸트 제어기를 이용하여 적응적인 스테레오 물체추적을 수행함으로써 물체추적 시스템의 오류검출 및 안정도를 분석하였다. 즉 순차적인 스테레오 입력영상에 영역기반의 MAD 알고리즘과 스테레오 카메라의 기하학적 정보를 이용하여 좌, 우측 표적물체의 위치정보를 추출해 낸 다음, 이 값으로 변형된 PID 제어기에 사용하여 잡음들이 존재하는 환경에서도 스테레오 카메라의 팬/틸트를 효과적으로 제어할 수 있었다. 따라서 본 논문에서 제시된 알고리즘을 이용할 경우 3D 로봇비전과 같은 정밀시스템에서 이동하는 추적물체에 대한 적응적인 제어와 실질적인 로봇 시각 시스템의 구현 가능성을 확인하였다. In this paper, we analyzed the mr detection and the stability of the object tracking system by an adaptive stereo object hacking using region-based MAD(Mean Absolute Difference) algorithm and the modified PID(Proportional Integral Derivative)-based pan/tilt controller. That is, in the proposed system, the location coordinates of the target object in the right and left images are extracted from the sequential stereo input image by applying a region-based MAD algorithm and the configuration parameter of the stereo camera, and then these values could effectively control to pan/tilt of the stereo camera under the noisy circumstances through the modified PID controller. Accordingly, an adaptive control effect of a moving object can be analyzed through the advanced system with the proposed 3D robot vision, in which the possibility of real-time implementation of the robot vision system is also confirmed.

For the Government Funding Service, industrial classification to matching the Korea Standard Industrial Classification is necessary process for the business evaluation considering variety of corporate information and products. However, each evaluator`s results sometimes differed because of different views and absence of definite standard. This paper analyzed survey statistics of any employee of the evaluation and introduces efficient industry classification way which one of important process in the business evaluation.
고속역류크로마토그래피를 이용한 포도줄기 추출물중 레스베라트롤의 분리와 정제

We have developed a method to successfully isolate resveratrol from the grape`s twig extract (with 80% ethanol) to be used as functional additives of food and/or cosmetics. Resveratrol was obtained to a purity of 90% after only one high performance countercurrent chromatography (HPCCC) purification run from 6 mL sample, using HEMW solvent system (hexane/ethyl acetate/methanol/water 2/5/215) in reverse phase mode. Sample loss was not determined.
비만여성에 수영운동이 체중과 체지방량, leptin, ghrelin, superoxide dismutase 및 malondialdehyde에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was carried to investigate the effect s of long term swimming exercise on blood leptin, ghrelin, superoxide dismutase(SOD) and lipid peroxidation in obese women. The subjects randomly assigned into two groups: obese group (control group, n=10) and obese and swimming exercise group (exercise group, n=10). Swimming training group was trained 4 days per weeks, for 12 weeks, swimming for 2 hour. The results of this study as follows. Weight and percent body fat were significantly decrease in swimming exercise group. Leptin was significantly decreasd in swimming exercise group, while ghrelin was significantly increased in the swimming exercise group compared to non-exercise obese group. SOD was significantly increased in swimming exercise group, while malondialdehyde(MDA) was significantly decreased in the swimming exercise group compared to non-exercise obese group. The p resent results show that swimming exercise improved lipid peroxidation defence capacities against free radicals generation by increasing by SOD activity, and modulating obesity related genes as leptin, ghrelin, likely as a result of an adaptative increase in activities of antioxidant system in obese women.
