The nutritional composition of fruiting body of Sparassis crispa has been analyzed for medicinal and edible uses. Minerals in S. crispa were found to be as follows; potassium (1,299.44 mg), phosphorus (104.73 mg), sodium (98.21 mg), magnesium (54.86 mg), calcium (8.39 mg), iron (7.61 mg), zinc (6.37 mg), copper (1.31 mg) and manganese (0.63 mg) based on 100 g of mushroom dry weight. In 20 kinds of total amino acids found in S. crispa, sum of glutamic acid and glutamine content was the highest (1,960 mg/l00 g) and sum of aspartic acid and asparagine, tryptophan, leucine and alanine were followed. Concerning free amino acids, glutamic acid, tryptophan, glutamine and aspartic acid were dominant. Among 8 vitamins detected, the vitamin E content was the highest (408.5 mg) based on 100 g of mushroom dry weight, then vitamin C, niacin and pantothenic acid were followed.
비영리단체의 행정효율성이 기부금 모금에 미치는 영향 분석

현행 「기부금품 모집 및 운영에 관한 법률」은 비영리단체의 효율적인 운영을 보장하기 위해 기부금 모집 및 운영비용을 규제하고 있다. 이에 대해 비영리단체의 효율적인 기부금 운영은 단체의 성격 및 활동 내용에 따라 비영리단체 스스로 결정할 사항이라는 지적이 적지 않다. 그러나 기부금 운영에 대한 자율규제가 도입되기 위해서는 비영리단체가 기부금을 비효율적으로 사용하는 것을 억제할 수 있는 불이익이 존재하여야 한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 비영리단체의 기부금 대비 행정운영비용이 증가하면 기부금 모금에 부정적인 영향을 주는 불이익이 발생하여 비영리단체가 스스로 행정효율성 개선을 위해 노력 할 것을 기대할 수 있는지를 알아보고자 하였다. 분석을 위해 우리나라의 비영리단체 12곳의 최근 몇 년 간의 재정보고서를 조사하여 패널데이터 분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과 기부금 대비 행정비용의 증가는 단체의 기부금 모금에 부정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났으며, 이는 기부자의 합리적인 선택에 의해 비영리단체 스스로가 행정효율성을 높이기 위한 노력을 하게 될 것임을 보여준다. 따라서 정부가 임의적으로 기부금 모집 및 운영비용을 제한하는 것 보다는 기부금 시장의 경쟁을 통해서 비영리단체들의 효율적인 조직운영을 유도하는 것이 필요하다고 보인다. The government insists that the major reason for government's regulations in the administrative expenses of NGOs is a need of guideline for NGOs to operate efficiently. It is based on the concern that NGOs are probably tending to be negligent on efficient operating because they do not pursue profits as the other corporations do. The NGOs, however, are getting more competitive to hold a dominant position in the charitable donation market by efficient operation as the charitable donation market is getting more active in our society. Especially, as this study examined, increase of the expenses in NGOs' administrating makes some negative affects on charitable donation, so that each NGOs can not help making an effort to achieving the efficiency in the administration. Therefore, instead of the government's restrictions on NGOs' donating of charities or its expenses, the government needs to provoke NGOs' efficient administration through the competition in the charitable donation market.

Symmetric matrix as a linear transformation operators in vector space has the real eigenvalues and corresponding real orthogonal eigenvectors. Gonerally, these properties are premised in IE approach on quantative analysis of management system because which brings simpleness in computation and anaysis. However, when considered symmetric matrix is a special type of matrix forms, we know that its associated properties are partial thing, that is, it consider only maximum moduli eigenvalue for meaningful outputs. On this view point, this study extends symmetric matrix operators to general matrix forms which have real or complex eigensolutions. And we analyze every these eigensolutions in that convergency property for matrix norm and cyclicity for complex eigenvalue of a considered matrix operators.

TPM activities in the enterprises are to aim to strengthen price competitiveness through productivity improvement and reducing manufacturing costs. The survey done on TPM activities in Incheon area shows very poor contrasting results on SME comparing to big enterprises. Survey results reveal as follows : For basic step, They constructed TPM infrastructure by means of 5S activities, For next step, They adopt concrete practical activities such as simplification of work, goal management and standardization of field work and office work procedure. Practical maintenance activities and preventive maintenance measures are not utilized and they are still in early stage. Survey results suggest that government, industry and research institute driven long-term basis consulting action plan required for activation of TPM activities in the SME
비만여성에 수영운동이 체중과 체지방량, leptin, ghrelin, superoxide dismutase 및 malondialdehyde에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was carried to investigate the effect s of long term swimming exercise on blood leptin, ghrelin, superoxide dismutase(SOD) and lipid peroxidation in obese women. The subjects randomly assigned into two groups: obese group (control group, n=10) and obese and swimming exercise group (exercise group, n=10). Swimming training group was trained 4 days per weeks, for 12 weeks, swimming for 2 hour. The results of this study as follows. Weight and percent body fat were significantly decrease in swimming exercise group. Leptin was significantly decreasd in swimming exercise group, while ghrelin was significantly increased in the swimming exercise group compared to non-exercise obese group. SOD was significantly increased in swimming exercise group, while malondialdehyde(MDA) was significantly decreased in the swimming exercise group compared to non-exercise obese group. The p resent results show that swimming exercise improved lipid peroxidation defence capacities against free radicals generation by increasing by SOD activity, and modulating obesity related genes as leptin, ghrelin, likely as a result of an adaptative increase in activities of antioxidant system in obese women.

The purpose of this paper is to develop an Education-Industry cooperation promotion strategy for local industry support. Research·Education·Industry cooperation helps enter-prises to develop competitiveness power. University`s role in that framework is to provide know-how to their technological innovation efforts. Local government`s role is to centralize their services for effective support and is suggested to operate organization such as technological innovation cluster integrated management center. It is very important to establish one-stop service through industry association by the business category in order to promote business support. Also, through the business association network by the business category and by expansion of related business infrastructure, It is necessary to utilize system approach strategically.

기부장려세제(Donation Tax Credit) 도입을 위한 탐색적 연구

본 논문은 미국의 3개 주(Arizona, Michigan, North Carolina)와 캐나다에서 시행하고 있는 기부장려세제(Donation tax credit)를 분석하여 각각의 기부장려세제 모형이 가지고 있는 특징을 살펴보고자 하였다. 기부장려세제의 설계는 수급자 요건에 기준 기부금액을 설정하는지 여부와, 참여 비영리단체 요건을 정부가 특정하는지 여부에 따라 달라지는데, 기부장려세제에서 기준금액을 설정할 경우, 비정기적으로 기부를 하는 우리나라의 상황에 비추어 볼 때 추가적인 기부금 모금에 큰 영향을 미치지 못할 것으로 보인다. 또한 참여 비영리단체를 특정하는 경우 비영리단체 사이의 양극화 현상이 발생할 수 있고, 광고 홍보에 치중된 운영을 할 우려가 있어서 특정 비영리단체를 지정하는 것도 바람직하지 못하다. 따라서 현 시점에서 우리나라에 도입 가능한 기부장려세제 모형은 캐나다 모형이 바람직하다고 보인다. This article is looking into the characteristics of ‘Donation tax credit’ models which has been practicing in three states(Arizona, Michigan, and North Carolina) of the United States and Canada and analyzing it. I especially examine that the effects of the policy appear so much differently according to a design of ‘Donation tax credit’. A design of ‘Donation tax credit’ is formed by whether a beneficiary is restricted by his/her total amount of donations, or whether the government appoints specific NGOs which are qualified to be objects of this policy. I found that the states of Arizona and North Carolina of the United States have specific standards for the amount of donations, and the states of Arizona and Michigan have been appointing some NGOs related to this plan. In our country’s case, however, it is not quite efficient to the increase of donation if the government settles specific amount of donations because the Korean do not donate regularly. Also, it is not ideal for our country to appoint some NGOs because it might result in polarization among NGOs or NGOs might concentrate more on their advertizing and publicity than on its efficient administration. Therefore, it seems that the most ideal model that our country could apply is the case of Canada’s model.
