집단미술치료가 청소년의 자아존중감, 자기효능감 및 진로태도성숙에 미치는 효과

본 연구의 목적은 집단미술치료가 청소년의 자아존중감과 자기효능감 및 진로태도성숙에 미치는 효과를 검증하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 서울 소재의 인문계고등학교 2학년 여학생 20명의 데이터가 연구에 활 용되었으며, 이들 중 10명은 실험집단에, 10명은 통제집단에 배치되었다. 실험집단에는 주2-3회씩 총 12 회기의 집단미술치료를 실시하였고, 통제집단에는 아무런 처지도 하지 않았다. 그리고 집단미술치료 실시 전과 후에 자아존중감(RSES), 자기효능감 검사(SES)와 진로태도성숙 검사(CAMI)를 실시하였다. 연구결 과 실험집단은 자아존중감과 자기효능감 점수에서 유의한 증가를 보였으며, 진로태도성숙 점수는 총점은 증가하였으나 통계적으로는 유의한 변화가 없었다. 통제집단은 자아존중감, 자기효능감, 진로태도성숙 점 수에서 유의한 변화를 보이지 않았다. 연구결과를 종합해 보면, 집단미술치료가 청소년의 자아존중감과 자기효능감 향상에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤음을 알 수 있다. 하지만 진로태도성숙은 누적된 자아정체성 확 립과 자기이해에서 기인하므로, 자아개념이 변화되어도 진로태도성숙의 변화는 단기간에 이루어지기 어 려울 수 있음을 알 수 있었다.

Recently, it was reported that amorphous silicon (a-Si) thin films could be crystallized at a low temperature (~500°C) using the metal-induced lateral crystallization (MILC) process. The MILC process enables the crystallization of a-Si thin films with less metal contamination. However, some problems remain that need to be solved, such as the complicated process steps and the long annealing time required to crystallize a-Si. In this work, we propose a novel method that simplifies the process and reduces the processing time using a seed layer, which resulted in the crystallization of the a-Si thin film in a shorter time. We also fabricated poly-Si TFTs to confirm the quality of the poly-Si that was crystallized by the novel method. The poly- Si TFTs using the Ni seed layer, which exhibited a filed effect mobility of 42.1cm2/Vs and an on/off ratio of 1.9×106 V/dec; these values are similar to those of the poly-Si TFTs fabricated using the conventional MILC process.
다자주의와 계서체계 -헤게모니(Hegemony)의 중국적 함의

On defining hegemony, realists have excessively brought the focus into material or coercive power based on a rank. Contrary to this realist`s view, this paper explores the Chinese perspective on hegemony emphasizing not a rank but behavior in international relations. In the West, while hegemony is defined as a kind of rank or ability of states. the Chinese, based on the view of a behavior, makes a distinction between the coercive hegemony to exercise power depending on material power resources and the consenting hegemony to exercise power depending on cultural power resources: the former is called badao (rule by force) and the latter wangdao (rule by virtue). This paper also goes on that China is trying to seek the consenting hegemony through multilateralism in Asia, and the country recognizes multilateralism as a useful platform that can be utilized toward its goals in international relations. In sum, this paper will show that the consenting hegemony China is seeking has entrenched the feature of hierarchic order.
국제규범에 대한 중국의 전략적 사회구성:주권, 민주주의

이 글은 부상하는 중국이 기존의 국제규범인 주권과 민주주의에 대응하는 방식을 분석하고, 전망하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 이 글은 국제정치이론의 두 가지 극단적인 이론적 경향인 합리적 현실주의와 관념적 구성주의를 결합한 전략적 사회구성이라는 분석틀을 활용하게 된다. 전략적 사회구성은 행위자가 효용의 극대화를 위해 수단과 목적에 대해 치밀한 계산을 하지만, 그들이 최대화하려는 효용은 규범의 재해석을 통해 다른 행위자의 효용 기능을 변화시키는 것이다. 이런 분석틀을 통해 얻은 결론은 주권규범에 대한 중국의 재해석은 주변 국가의 행위규범에 일정한 영향을 주고 있지만, 민주주의의 경우 주권과 달리 중국적 재해석이 사회 구성적인 효과를 얻지 못하고 있다고 주장한다. This paper explores the way in which China has responded to sovereignty and democracy among the existing international norms. In methodology, it suggests that instead of opposing rationalism and constructivism it is trying to find some way to link those theories, and the approach of strategic social construction fits nicely in this efforts. Strategic social construction is defined that agents are making detailed means/ends calculations to maximize their utilities, but the utilities they want to maximize involve changing the other player's utility function in ways that reflect the normative commitments of the norm entrepreneurs. The first half of this definition can be applied to rationalism, the second half applied to constructivism. This paper concludes that Chinese reinterpretation of democracy norm has hardly affected the neighboring states, but that of sovereignty norm somewhat has the social constructive effects on them.

Recently, as the demand for high-precision parts increases due to industrial development, a machine tool system for ultra-precision machining and polishing has been actively developed. As a result, there is an increasing demand for ultra-precision surface roughness along with dimensional processing. However, due to the increase in processing time due to the demand for ultra-precise surfaces and enormous facility investment, it is difficult to secure competitiveness. The polishing process using the abrasive film in super precision machining has been applied to machines, electronic devices, aerospace, and medical fields. Super finishing using the abrasive film which is applied in the industrial field recently can achieve high surface roughness in a short time. Also, application of industrial field is increasing due to advantages such as low noise and low dust. Recently, researches on stainless steel having strong resistance to corrosion, heat resistance, heat resistance, toughness and weldability have been actively conducted with respect to the nuclear energy industry or marine development. Therefore, in this study, surface roughness and residual stress were measured after SUS304 polishing using dynamic analysis of film polishing apparatus and polishing film.

In general, metallic bio-materials is more widely used in solid tissue like bone or tooth than flexible tissue such as skin or muscle. Especially, Cobalt Chrome Molybdenum(Co-Cr-Mo), which is used in tooth surgery, has a great corrosion resistance. Because this bio-material is non-toxic in human body, and has a bio-compatibility that the vital reaction is not occurred with tissue in body. However the chemical reaction is occurred by fatal matter that deteriorate the property of material surface in conventional polishing, and it can affect to fatal disease in human body or decrease the material properties such as hardness, yield strength or bio-compatibility. This surface in poor condition can cause development of corrosion or bacteria. In this study, MR fluid polishing is used to minimize the scratch, pit or surface flaws generated in conventional polishing. Surface roughness is measured according to the polishing condition to obtain fine surface condition.
