        Purpose: This study aims to investigate how leadership of employees of electrical and electronics companies affects results through measurement, analysis and knowledge management, human resource management and process management. Method: The proposed model is based on Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award Model. To validate the proposed model, SPSS statistics analysis is performed with the valid 202 questionnaires collected from small-to-medium size companies in electrical and electronics industries. Results: First, leadership has a positive effect on results, measurement analysis and knowledge management, human resource management and process management. Second, measurement analysis and knowledge management have a positive effect on result. Third, human resource management has a positive effect on result. Fourth, process management has a positive effect on Result. Fifth, measurement analysis and knowledge management is mediating a relationship between leadership and results. Sixth, Seventh human resource management is mediating a relationship between leadership and results. Fifth, process management. is mediating a relationship between leadership and results. Conclusion: This study shows that variables of MBNQA model have a meaningful correlation to each other and MBNQA model can be used for the company assessment.

        머신 비젼을 이용한 실시간 링클 측정 시스템 개발

        Roll to roll (R2R) manufacturing process, also known as 'web processing', has been tried for producing electronic devices on a flexible plastic or metal foil. To increase the performance and productivity the R2R process, effective control and on-line supervision for web quality becomes very important. Wrinkle is one of the defects, which is incurred due to compressive stresses. A system for on-line measurement of wrinkle is developed using area scan camera and machine vision laser. The 2D image, obtained by area scan camera, is produced by Gaussian regression method to characterize the wrinkle on a transparent web. The experiment proves that 0.3mm wrinkle height can be measured successfully with 74fps.

        코로나19가 장기화함에 따라 가정식의 수요가 눈에 띄게 증가하였다. 하지만 요리를 도전하는 사람들로 하여금 조리법의 모호한 표현과 번거로운 과정들은 큰 혼란을 일으킨다. 이를 완화하고자 소스 제조에 대한 부분을 객관화, 자동화하여 요리에 대한 진입 장벽을 낮출 수 있는 기구를 고안해냈다. 본 연구에서는 IoT 시스템을 활용한 소스 제조기를 설계 및 구현하고자 한다. As COVID-19 was prolonged, the demand for direct cooking at home increased noticeably. For those who challenge cooking, however, ambiguous expressions and cumbersome processes of cooking cause great confusion. In order to alleviate this, a device that can lower the entry barrier to cooking by objectifying and automating the part of sauce manufacturing was devised. This study aims to design and implement a source manufacturer using an IoT system.

      • 귀전우 및 월견초유의 콜레스테롤 저하효과

        본 실험은 귀전우 추출물(EA) 및 월견초유(EP)가 혈중 및 간의 지질농도에 미치는 영향을 평가하고자 마우스와 토끼를 대상으로 실시하였다. 마우스에서의 고지혈증은 콜레스테롤 또는 lard oil를 장기간 삽관투여하여 유도하였으며, 토끼에서의 고지혈증은lard oil를 사료에 첨가하여 장기간 섭식시켜 유발하였다. EA 및 EP의 고지혈증 예방효능의 평가는 이들을 실험동물에 고지혈증을 유도함과 동시에 투여한 후 혈청내 및 간의 총콜레스테롤(T-CHO), 저밀도 지단백 콜레스테롤(LDL-C) 및 중성지방(TG)의 농도를 측정하여 실시하였다. 그 결과 다음과 같은 성적을 얻었다. EA 및 EP는 콜레스테롤 투여 마우스의 체중 및 간의 무게를 감소시켰는데 그 감소는 EA 투여군에 비하여 EP 투여군에서 더욱 현저하였다. 콜레스테롤 투여마우스의 T-CHO치는 경시적으로 이상성 변화를 보였다. 콜레스테롤을 2주간 투여한 마우스의 지질농도는 EA 또는 EP를 병행투여한 군에서 T-CHO 및 LDL-C 모두가 낮았다. Lard oil을 2주간 투여한 마우스의 혈중지질농도는 T-CHO, LDL-C 및 TG 모두 EA 또는 EP를 투여한 군에서 저하되었으나, 간 지질농도는 TG는 EA 또는 EP를 투여한 군에서 낮았으나 T-CHO치는 각군간에 차이를 보이지 않았다. EA 및 EP는 정상 노령토끼의 혈중 콜레스테롤치를 현저히 감소기켰다. Lard oil로 유도한 고지혈증 노령토끼에 EA 또는 EP를 병행투여하면 T-CHO 농도는 혈중 및 간에서 모두 현저히 저하되었으나, LDL-C의 농도는 간장에서는 각군간의 차이를 보이지 않았지만 혈중 농도는 EA군에서는 현저한 저히를, EP군에서는 현저한 증가를 보였다. 그러나, TG농도는 대조에 비하여 각 처리군 모두에서 혈중에서는 증가되었으나 간에서는ㄴ 감소되었다. 어린 토끼에 lard oil로 고지혈증을 유도시 EA를 병행투여하면 EA는 혈중 T-CHO 및 LDC-C를 증가싵키나 TG는 감소시켰다. EA는 lard oil로 유도한 노령 토끼의 고지혈증을 급속히 정상화시켰다. 이상의 결과는 EA 및 EP 모두 체내의 지질대사에 밀접한 영향을 미친다는 것을 제시하며, 이들을 고지혈증 예방과 치료의 보조식품으로 사용할 수 있는 가능성을 시사한다. Objectives. Elevated serum cholesterol is a major risk factor for CHD. Primary prevention through the diet modification has been designated first-line treatment for patients with elevated serum cholesterol. The growing use of botanicals has raised concerns regarding their possible modulatory effect of serum cholesterol levels. Little is known with regard to the effect of this widely used botanicals on cholesterol-regulation. The present study was undertaken to evaluate the effect of Euonymus alatus extract (EA) and evening primrose oil (EP) on lowering cholesterol in animal models. Methods. Mice and rabbits with same body weight and age were used. Hyperlipidemic animals were induced by feeding of cholesterol or lard concomitant with EA(daily 5 mg/mouse, 50mg/rabbit) or EP(daily 0.3mℓ/mouse, 2.5 mℓ/rabbit) for more than 2 weeks. The cholesterol-reducing effects of EA and EP were evaluated by measuring total cholesterol(T-CHO), low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) and triglyceride(TG) in serum and liver. Results. Cholesterol-feeding increased the weight of body and liver in mice, but this increment was converted to the normal levels of control mice by EA- and EP-administration. Both of EA and EP remarkably reduced T-CHO, LDL-C, TG of serum and TG of liver, but not T-CHO of liver of cholesterol- and lard-fed mice. Both EA and EP significantly lowered not only T-CHO of normal older rabbit but also T-CHO and TG of lard-fed aged rabbits. However these reducing effects of EA did not revealed in lard-fed young rabbit. EA also rapidly reduced serum cholesterol level of lard-induced hyperlipidemic rabbits. Conclusions. These results that administration of EA and EP lowered lipid concentration both in serum and in liver of animals, indicated that these herbs has effective cholesterol reducing action. And even though the precise mechanisms underlying these effects remain to be elucidated, the findings suggested that both EA and EP could be used for preventive and therapeutic for hyperlipidemia.

        Euonymus alatus 추출물의 실험적 간 손상 억제

        Background: A previous study has shown that Euonymus alatus (EA) has an antidotic activities against inflammation, suggesting possibility that EA can exert this beneficial effects to liver injury by an initial protection against drug-induced hepatocyte demage. The present study was undertaken to evaluate the protective effect of EA-extract on experimentally induced hepatitis in ICR mice and to investigate some mechanisms responsible for its action. Methods: Water EA extract was used in this experiments. The mice received i.p. a dose of 700 mg/kg galactosamine (GalN) together with $5{\mu}g/kg$ of endotoxin (LPS), or received i.v. 12 mg/kg of concanavalin A (Con A). EA (4 mg/mouse) was administrated on day -2, -1 and 0 before induction of liver injury. Liver injury was assessed by measurement of serum alanin amino-transferase (SGPT) levels on 9 hr after GaIN.LPS, or 8 hr after con A administration. Results: Treatment with either GaIN or LPS alone did not cause hepatitis. However, simultaneous administration of GalN and LPS to mice resulted in LPS-dose dependent fulminant hepatitis. GaLN/LPS-induced liver injury was reduced when mice were given EA for 3 days before induction. This preventive effect of Ea was more prominent when EA was given by intraperitoneal route rather then by oral route. Pretreatment of EA or dexamethasone inhibited significantly $TNF{\alpha}$ production in GalL/LPS-injured mice. However, EA-treatment did not influence $TNF{\alpha}$-induced hepatitis in GalN-sensitized mice, suggesting that $TNF{\alpha}$ is likely to act as one of final mediators of endotoxin action and the protective effect of EA might be manifested chiefly by inhibition of endotoxin-induced $TNF{\alpha}$ production, not by blocking the $TNF{\alpha}$-action. Injection of Con A into mice evoked remarkable liver injury in a dose dependent fashion. This liver damage was reduced by EA-pretreatment. Dexamethasone significantly reduced both GalL/LPS-induced and Con A-induced liver damages, showing synergism with EA. However, indomethacin reduced only GalN/ LPS-induced hepatitis, not for Con A-induced hepatitis. Conclusion: These results led to the conclusion that EA may be able to contribute at least in part to prevent the drug-induced hepatotoxicity, and that its anti-hepatitis effects might be manifested directly by modulation of endogenous mediators, such as leukotriese D4, $TNF{\alpha}$ and free radical, and indirectly by regulation of immune mediated responses. Also these results suggested that EA could be developed as a potential antidotic agent.

        폴리우레탄으로 강인화한 페놀수지와 목분 복합체의 물성

        복합체 제조의 최적조건을 얻기 위해 페놀수지와 목분의 함량을 변화시켜 제조하고 그들의 기계적 성질을 측정하였다. 페놀수지의 함량이 45 wt%일때 가장 높은 기계적 강도를 나타내었다. 또한 폐놀수지와 목분 복합체의 기계적 성질을 개선하기 위해 폐놀수지의 개질제로서 폴리우레탄을 사용하였다. Isocyanate작용기를 갖는 폴리우레탄은 페놀수지와 잘 혼합되지 않기 때문에 상용성을 개선하기 위해 페놀 blocked 폴리우레탄을 합성하였다. 이들을 첨가한 복합체는 개질제 함량이 5 wt%에서 최대의 기계적 강도를 나타냈다. 또한 210℃에서 경화된 복합체의 기계적 강도가 150℃에서 경화된 것보다 우수하였다. Wood powder filled phenolic resin composites of different composition were prepared and their mechanical properties were investigated for optimum conditions. The composites showed maximum mechanical strength when the phenolic resin content was 45 wt%. Polyurethane prepolymer(PU) was evaluated as a modifier of the phenolic resin composites. Blocking of the isocyanates in the PU with phenol was necessary for homogeneous mixing of raw materials for the components. Maximum mechanical strength of the PU modified composites was observed when the PU content was 5 wt%. It was found that the mechanical strength of the composites cured at 210℃ were higher than those of the composites cured at 150 ℃.
