지난 2009년 발생한 용산사태와 같은 상가 세입자의 생존권 문제 등과 직결된 상가권리금 보상 문제를 연구의 주제로 다루어 보았다. 따라서 본 연구를 위해 부천시 도당 1-1구역 내 거주하는 토지등소유자와 상가세입자를 대상으로 상가권리금에 대한 인식조사 및 보상방법을 실증 조사한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻을 수 있었다. 첫째, 상가권리금 보상에 관한 제도의 도입이 필요하다. 둘째, 바닥권리금과 시설권리금의 적정한 평가가 요구된다. 셋째, 토지등소유자와 세입자 간의 인식 차이를 좁히기 위해 권리금 보상에 대한 이해와 교육 등이 필요하다. 넷째, 권리금 보상은 조합과 공공기관이 함께 보상해야 한다. 다섯째, 권리금 계약의 투명성을 위하여 신고 제도의 도입이 필요하다. The purpose of this study was concentrated on the issue like the Yongsan shopping mall situation in 2009 regarding the tenants right to live. For this study, I have surveyed the population of landowners and commercial building tenants within the Dodang 1-1 district within Bucheon City about the awareness and compensation ways. Firstly, premium compensation which is immaterial should be compensated by an association and a public institution. Secondly it is needed to estimate reasonably for floor premium and facility premium. Thirdly, public relation and education are needed to narrow the gap between landowners and commercial building tenants about criteria of compensation. Fourthly, the government should have partial responsibility for compensation of premium institutionally. Fifthly, it is needed to imposed a report system and to improve laws and systems for assuring premium in the long term.
건설 프로젝트에서 D-virus가 안전에 미치는 영향에 관한 기초적 연구

Construction site has contributed to construction productivity improvement by utilizing information, simplification, and standardization concept. Also it has contributed to quality and productivity improvement by standardizing design and construction process, using them to a fair decision-making process by organizing diverse data in construction process. However, construction process has diverse variables and uncertain case due to particularity in construction. These parts have an effect on construction process. To use unorganic construction information and knowledge properly has become the factor to project success. Therefore, this study analyzes that D-virus of the uneasy factors has an effect on safety control of construction industry. That is to say, aim of the study is to suggest the solution to remove those after confirming for these factors to have certain effect in construction process through fact finding survey and retesting the factors of D-virus to refer in business management in a constructive position.

Background: Pirfenidone (PirespaⓇ) is an anti fibrotic drug for the treatment of patients with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF). A post-marketing survey was conducted to obtain data on the safety and efficacy of pirfenidone in real-world practice. Methods: Between 2014 and 2017, 258 patients were enrolled from 10 institutions and followed up for a year. The safety was evaluated by analyzing adverse events (AEs) observed from patients with pirfenidone. For efficacy evaluation, forced vital capacity (FVC), carbon monoxide diffusion capacity (DLCO) of the lungs, chest x-ray and clinical symptoms assessment were performed every 12 weeks from patients who were treated for ≥12 weeks and had data at baseline and after treatment. Results: In this survey, there were 245 (male: 75.9%; mean age: 67.1 years) and 165 cases for safety and efficacy evaluation, respectively. The incidence of AEs was 85.7% (210/245 patients), whereas that of adverse drug reactions was 67.7% (166/245). The most frequent AE was decreased appetite (31.4%), photosensitivity reaction (13.0%) and rash (11.0%). Among the 245 patients, 53.5% discontinued the treatment. The main reason for discontinuation was AEs (27.8%) including disease progression. At week 48, mean absolute changes in FVC and DLCO were -3.0% [66.7±14.3 (baseline)] and -4.4% (53.9±16.5), respectively. The proportion of patients with FVC decline ≥ 10% was 24.4% (33/135). The one-year mortality was 6.1% (15/245), 46.7% of whom died of worsened IPF. Conclusions: Based on the results of this survey, pirfenidone showed an acceptable safety profile and efficacy in Korean patients with IPF.

In this study, we propose a real time inertial navigation system/global positioning system (INS/GPS) integrated smoothing algorithm based on an extended Kalman filter (EKF) and a position damping loop (PDL) for synthetic aperture radar (SAR). Integrated navigation algorithms usually induce discontinuities due to error correction update by the Kalman filter, which are as detrimental to the performance of SAR as the relative position error. The proposed smoothing algorithm suppresses these discontinuities and also reduces the relative position error in real time. An EKF estimates the navigation errors and sensor biases, and all the errors except for the position error are corrected directly and instantly. A PDL activated during SAR operation period imposes damping effects on the position error estimates, where the estimated position error is corrected smoothly and gradually, which contributes to the real time smoothing and small relative position errors. The residual errors are re-estimated by the EKF to maintain the estimation performance and the stability of the overall loop. The performance improvements were confirmed by Monte Carlo simulations. The simulation results showed that the discontinuities were reduced by 99.8% and the relative position error by 48% compared with a conventional EKF without a smoothing loop, thereby satisfying the basic performance requirements for SAR operation. The proposed algorithm may be applicable to low cost SAR systems which use a conventional INS/GPS without changing their hardware configurations.
Synthesis of Fluorescent Thiophene-derivatized Pentytiptycenes and Their Aggregate Behaviors

Thiophene-derivatized pentiptycenes were synthesized and characterized by NMR and UV-Vis spectroscopy. Aggregation behavior of thiophene-derivatized pentiptycenes was monitored by the measurement of fluorescence. Fluorescence intensities for the thiophene-derivatized pentiptycenes and thiophene-derivatized pentiptycenes aggregates were compared. There is no shift in the maximum of the emission wavelength. In the range of water fraction between 20% and 40%, the emission intensity of thiophene-derivatized pentiptycene aggregates remains almost identical. Fluorescence efficiency incresaed by about 5 times higher when the thiophene-derivatized pentiptycenes forms the aggregates in solution.
