        반도체 제조 공정에서 실리콘 표면에 유입된 Stress의 마이크로 Raman 분광분석

        본 논문은 마이크로 Raman 분광분석법을 이용하여 국부적 열산화 후 실리콘 표면에 유입되는 스트레스를 평가한 것이다. 국부적 열산화 후 실리콘 표면에 유입되는 스트레스는 실리콘 산화막과 active 영역의 경계 부분에서 최대치를 나타내었다. Active 영역의 크기가 작아질수록 스트레스량은 증가하며, 이는 스트레스가 active 영역의 크기에 의존함을 보여 주는 것이다. 또한, active 영역이 $0.45{\mu}m$인 세 가지 소자 분리 공정, A, B, moB를 평가한 결과 moB 공정의 스트레스 값이 가장 작았으며, 새부리 효과도 가장 작았다. Using micro-Raman spectrometer, we investigated the evaluation of microstress on silicon surface after the local thermal oxidation. The induced stress of silicon surface after local thermal oxidation shows maximum value at the interface of silicon oxide and active area. The smaller the size of active area, the larger stress. From the evaluation of three other device isolation processes, A, B and moB, whose active size has $0.45{\mu}m$ in length, moB process is turned out to have the lowest stress value and the smallest bird's beak effect.

        센서 네트워크 환경에서 에너지 효율을 위한 계층적 통신 기법에 관한 연구

        무선 통신과 센서 기술의 발달과 더불어 센서 네트워크의 응용이 다양한 분야에서 활용되고 있다. 센서 네트워크 환경에서 센서의 전력 소비를 최소화하는 것은 시스템의 수명을 연장하기 위한 중요한 요인 중의 하나이다. 센서 네트워크에서 각 센서 노드의 전력 소모는 헤드(싱크) 노드와의 통신 방법에 따라 달라 질 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 각 센서의 전력 소모를 최소하기 위한 새로운 계층적 통신 방법을 제안한다. 제안된 방법은 분할 정복 기법을 사용하여 센서 네트워크의 영역을 네 개의 영역으로 구분하고 각 영역에서 헤드 노드와 가장 가까운 노드를 그 노드의 자식 노드로 구성한다. 다음에 더 이상 영역이 분할되지 않을 때까지 같은 방법을 반복적으로 적용하여 계층적 트리를 구성한다. 각 센서 노드는 이러한 계층적 트리를 이용하여 헤드 노드와 통신을 수행한다. 본 연구에서 제안된 결과는 시뮬레이션을 통하여 기존의 방법과 비교하였으며 그 결과 센서 네트워크의 에너지 효율에서 우수한 결과가 도출됨을 보였다. With the development of wireless communication and sensor technology, sensor network applications in various fields have been applied. To minimize the power consumption of sensors in sensor network is one of the important factors in oder to extend the system life. The power consumption of each sensor within sensor network can be different depending on the communication method between head(sink) node and its node. In this paper, we propose a new hierarchical communication method to minimize the power consumption of each sensor. The proposed method divides the area of sensor network into four areas using divide-and-conquer method and selects the nearest node to head node in each area as a child node of the node. Next the hierarchical tree in the same way is constructed recursively until each area is no longer divided. Each sensor can communicate to head node using this hierarchical tree. The proposed results were compared with the previous methods through simulation, and showed excellent results in the energy efficiency of sensor network.

        자기통합을 위한 그림자의 인식과 수용 -이금이 성장소설 <유진과 유진>을 중심으로

        One of the most important subjects of human is human itself and life. Therefore, humans thoroughly examine themselves and their life continuously. More specifically, to those who are in modem lives in which one should pay attention to the outside world to survive changes, self-realization is a very critical task. This study scrutinizes how characters in a novel <Yujin and Yujin> by Gum-Yi Lee, go through internal process as they accomplish self-realization. This is because looking at a piece of the characters` self-realization process enables us to discuss the recovery of life authenticity. A shadow that faced upon the course of transforming from subconsciousness to consciousness in self-exploration was mainly inspected and how the character`s ego is confronted and becomes integrated with the shadow was described. To begin with, this study reveals that, although Yujin and another Yujin are individuals with different shadow, the process that one personality undergoes self-integration and realization is expressed symbolically by dividing Yujin into two separate individuals, according to two characters` cross-description, a contrast effect resulting from having same names and the fact that contexts are developed by homogeneity based on identical events. Also, because the attitude of perceiving and accepting a shadow eventually is the important starting point for self-realization, this report observes a series of course that characters confront and accept shadow and therefore, achieve self-realization, characters affirmed the existence of shadow through the projection of subconscious contents and had reserved the perception by mechanisms of defense. Finally, they went though the process of self-realization, by which separated ego and shadow became integrated. The perception and acceptance of shadow gives an answer to the question that how to accomplish self-integration, that is, a mind unity. The perception and acceptance of shadow provide us with expanded senses and adequate insight about human and life. This is practical to modem persons who pursue self-realization and happiness.

        동화(童話) 재창작에 나타난 심층적 의미 연구

        Self-realization is a very essential task for every human being that has existed throughout time and space. This study analyzes the differences in subtext that have been presented in a traditional fairy tale and a contemporary fairy tale that is re-creatively written using the plot elements of the former. This analysis allows us to examine the process of self-realization via mind exploration and to establish a model example to which literature should aspire. This study compares two fairy tales : “Stolen face”, a traditional fairy tale that deals with human identity, and “Suil and Suil”, a contemporary fairy tale, which is written re-creatively using plot elements from the former. In result, various differences between these two fairy tales are revealed through assessment of their subtext. First, based on the theory of need hierarchy, the main character’s need hierarchy is vertical in “Stolen face” while it is horizontal in “Suil and Suil.” Second, through the use of analytic psychology perspectives, “Stolen face” is at the level of “shadow” that is created in spite of oneself, whereas “Suil and Suil” is at the level of “persona” that is created intentionally. Why do these differences occur? The social environment in which traditional fairy tales were composed focused heavily on lower order needs, such as survival. Therefore, it was a shadow-level society in which the structure of inner world was the most meaningful. On the other hand, we live in a modern society that emphasizes the need to belong and to be loved, that is, a persona-level society in which communication with the outside world is more important. In conclusion, the diverse processes by which protagonists develop a sense of self-realization can be observed by assessing subtext of fairy tales. Moreover, a model example to which literature should aspire is established. This model involves the thorough reflection of the writer’s view on their present age, while adopting a traditional descriptive function outwardly. This enables us to obtain both the universality that transcends time and the particularity that is meaningful to the age.

        두 가지 결말 쓰기에 나타나는 사고의 유연화 -치유적 글쓰기를 위한 <위저드 베이커리>의 탐색과 적용

        본고는 문학 텍스트의 전개 방식에서 적절한 치유 기제를 찾고, 치유기제를 활용한 질적 접근을 통해 대안적 쓰기의 가능성을 피력하는 데 연구 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 먼저 독특한 결말 전개 방식을 보이는 구병모의 <위저드 베이커리>를 분석하였다. 동기이론을 바탕으로 인물의 심리적 갈등 발생과 해결과정을 살피고, 두 가지 결말을 전개하는 방식에서 치유 기제를 추출하였다. 원하는 선택을 한 결말과 원하는 선택을 하지 못한 결말에 나타난 인물의 삶은 어느 쪽도 극단적인 모습이 아니었는데, 이는 어떤 경우의 인생을 만나든 그 인생을 걸어가는 당사자의 내적 동력은 변하지 않기 때문이다. 내적 동력을 지닌 인물의 사고는 두 가지 결말 각각 경직된 사고의 유연화 양상을 보이고 있었다. 다음으로 두 가지 결말 전개 방식에 치유 기제가 녹아있다는 사실을 바탕으로 두 가지 결말 쓰기를 적용한 사례를 분석하여 소개하였다. 쓰기를 연행한 학생들은 경직된 사고로 인한 심리적 억압을 가지고 있었는데 두 가지 결말 쓰기를 통해 사고의 유연화 양상을 보였다. 즉 두 가지 결말쓰기는 `소망이 이뤄지지 않는 것=파국`이라는 경직된 사고를 `소망이 이뤄지지 않는 것≠파국`이라는 사고로 유연화하는 데 조력하였다. The purpose of this study is to find mindfulness practices via writing of literature and the application of mindfulness to test cases. First of all, I analyzed Wizard Bakery written by Byeong-mo Gu. I observed the main character`s mental conflict and problem-solving process and implemented mindfulness from writing two versions of the story`s ending. The main character`s life was not catastrophic either in the version of life that he chose or in the version of life that he did not choose. The reason for this is because the inner resolve of the protagonist who lives those lives is the same. Also, in both versions, the main character`s previously rigid thinking became flexible at the end. Next, I introduce a case involving construction of two different versions of a story`s conclusion. Previously, the study participants had been psychologically pressured due to rigid thinking, which became more flexible after practicing the construction of two different endings. In other words, writing two versions of the ending changes participants` mentality from thinking that “dreams not coming true = catastrophe” to “dreams not coming true ≠ catastrophe”.

        SCM 환경에서 행동-보상 학습 기법을 이용한 JIT 기반 동적 간판 시스템

        This paper propose a reactive Kanban system for a multistage production system with non-stationary customer demands using action-reward learning method. The proposed method leads to decrease the inventory cost. In the reactive Kanban system, the time series data for the demand are monitored and the control parameter of actionreward learning is designed to adaptively change as customer demand pattern changes. Then, in this system, the number of Kanbans and the buffer size at each stage are adjusted as a response to the adapted control parameter. A simulation-based experiment was performed to compare the performance of the reactive Kanban system.

        자기발견을 통한 성장의 글쓰기

        This paper discusses a therapeutic writing technique that explores self-narratives and assists with self-discovery. Narrative therapy was explored as a method, and a case of graduate student A was reported. First, student A’s self-narrative was explored focusing on emotion. As a result, the student self-discovered that too much energy was invested into the development of interpersonal relationships. Next, an externalizing process via writing was conducted. In the process, student A focused on ‘changes’ in self-narratives, and as a result, the student reflected on a trauma resulting from the unexpected separation from a loved-one. Lastly, the student achieved self-development through free writing. During the writing process, student A’s language developed to sensorimotor, express egocentrism, and decentralization. Self-discovery helps one to meet oneself in the past, to understand oneself in the present, and to plan oneself in the future. Therefore self-discovery is an important element of self-development. Writing is a good method for development through self-discovery, because it forces one to critically engage with and analyze the language being constructed.

        태양전지판의 수동형 제진을 위한 초탄성 형상기억합금 기반 적층형 고댐핑 요크 구조의 궤도상 열적 특성 분석

        In a previous study, a structure of a superplastic yoke consisting of a thin FR4 layer laminated with viscoelastic tape on both sides of a shape memory alloy (SMA) was proposed to reduce residual vibration generated by a deployable solar panel during high motion of a satellite. Damping properties of viscoelastic tapes will change with temperature, which can directly affect vibration reduction performance of the yoke. To check damping performance of the yoke at different temperatures, free damping tests were performed under various temperature conditions to identify the temperature range where the damping performance was maximized. Based on above temperature test results, this paper predicts temperature of the yoke through orbital thermal analysis so that the yoke can have effective damping performance even if it is exposed to an orbital thermal environment. In addition, the thermal design method was described so that the yoke could have optimal vibration reduction performance.
