Comprehensive observations of the Euler method and the Lagrangian method were performed in order to obtain high-resolution observation data in space and time for the complex environment new city. The two radiosondes, which measure meteorological parameters using Lagrangian methods, produced air pressure, wind speed and wind direction. They were generally consistent with each other even if the observation points or times were different. The temperature measured by the sensor exposed to the air during the day was relatively high as the altitude increased due to the influence of solar radiation. The temporal difference in wind direction and speed was found in the comparison of Euler's wind profiler data with radiosonde data. When the wind field is horizontally in homogeneous, this result implies the need to consider the advection component to compare the data of the two observation methods. In this study, a method of using observation data at different times for each altitude section depending on the observation period of the Euler method is proposed to effectively compare the data of the two observation methods.
Sonographic Appearance of Dermal and Subcutaneous Sarcoidosis: A Case Report

Sarcoidosis is a systemic granulomatous disease of unknown origin that mainly involves lung and skin, but rarely involves subcutaneous tissue. While some studies have reported on CT or MR imaging findings of subcutaneous sarcoidosis, there is only one report on sonographic findings of subcutaneous sarcoidosis, recently published in the US. Familiarity with ultrasonographic findings of subcutaneous sarcoidosis might be helpful for the early diagnosis in patient with palpable nodules and image follow-up for subcutaneous sarcoidosis. Here we report on the sonographic appearance of subcutaneous sarcoidosis involving dermal and subcutaneous tissue over axilla and sole, a case diagnosed as sarcoidosis and improved by steroid treatment, along with a review of the relevant literature.

Viscosity changes of acidified milk at the various pH ranges(5.2∼4.2) was measured as a function of temperature. The rate and extent of acid-induced coagulation of milk protein were monitored by turbidity changes as a function of temperature, preheating and salt. Relative viscosities of acidified milk were also measured. The coagulation of casein occurred in a specific pH range and was accompanied by a sharp increase in viscosity at pH of 5.0∼5.2, depending on the heating temperatures. Onset pH of coagulation and maximum coagulation rate were enhanced by increasing temperatures and preheating process and reduced by addition of salt. Relative viscosity of acidified milk was reversed at the same conditions, reflecting the size of casein coagulum formed was related to the coagulation rate.
