        Environmental problems caused by overusing the fossil fuel are now making a global warming intimidating existence of the human race. We requires sustainable residential heating system which is zero carbon emission system than fossil fuel using system. The traditional Gudeul is direct heating system using woods, and so, it has high energy efficiency and zero carbon emission heating system. Generally, traditional Gudeul could not make warming all spaces equally. It is a week point of this system. On this study, we suggest the practical model of Gudeul by improving the traditional system. As the results of the experiments, improved 1:1model has the best efficiency of heating. Especially, Gaejari, Agungi, the form of Gorea, and the gradient of underfloor are confirmed to improve the efficiency of heating. Improved Gudeul has better efficiency than mechanical heating system, and echo-friendly. It is suitable for alternative heating system.

        철 킬레이터에 의한 골모세포 분화유도에서 Heme Oxygenase-1의 관여

        The present study aimed to verify the effects of DFO on PDL cells, with particular emphasis on focusing on osteoblastic differentiation. Its mechanisms related to heme oxygenase-1 (HO-1) pathway were also analyzed. DFO increased the expression of HO-1 and early osteoblastic differentiation markers, such as alkaline phosphatase (ALP) and bone sialoprotein (BSP). DFO upregulated heme oxygenase-1. Treatment with HO-1 siRNA blocked the DFO-stimulated osteoblastic differentiation and HO-1 expression. The NF-kB inhibitor pyrrolidine dithiocarbamate, phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase inhibitor Wortmannin, and p38 MAPK inhibitor U0126 blocked the effects of DFO on HO-1 expression and osteoblastic differentiation in PDL cells. Collectively, these data suggest that DFO promotes osteoblastic differentiation and induces the expression of defense protein HO-1 probably via PI3K, p38 MAPK, and NF-kB signalling pathways in PDL cells.

        유아교육기관 안전환경 평가지표 개발 연구

        The purpose of this study is to develop evaluation indicators that can be used to review and improve the environment of kindergartens and daycare centers for the prospect of preventing child abuse and safety accidents. A case study was conducted for kindergartens and daycare centers in the metropolitan area after drafting the safety environment evaluation indicators for child safety environment. The results of the case study were discussed by researchers and expert advice. The final evaluation indicators consisted of 169 items, in categories of ‘basic information and current status of the institution’, ‘recognition of each space of the institution’, ‘evaluation index for child safety environment by space’ and ‘institutional safety and facilities and management of safety education’. This evaluation indicator can evaluate institutional spaces in terms of connectivity of space, safety of internal space, reduction in stress, and safety management. The results of the study are significant in that they can suggest considerations and policies to prevent child abuse and safety accidents in kindergartens and daycare centers. 본 연구는 아동학대 및 안전사고 예방의 관점에서 유치원과 어린이집의 환경 검토와 개선에 활용 가능한 환경지표를 개발하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 유아교육기관 안전환경 평가 지표안을 구성한 후 수도권 소재 유치원과 어린이집에 방문하여 사례조사를 실시하였고 사례 조사 결과에 대하여 연구진 논의 및 전문가 자문을 거쳤다. 최종 도출된 평가지표는 총 169문 항으로 ‘기관의 기본 정보 및 현황’, ‘기관의 공간별 인식’, ‘기관의 각 실내·외 공간별 아동안전 환경 평가지표’, ‘기관 안전 및 시설, 교육 관리’의 4가지 영역으로 구성하였다. 기관의 공간을 연결성, 안전성, 스트레스 저감, 안전관리 차원에서 평정할 수 있다. 본 연구는 유치원과 어린 이집의 아동학대와 안전사고 예방을 위한 관리와 효율적 방안 및 정책 마련을 위해 고려해야 할 사항을 제시한다는 점에서 의의를 지닌다.
