수학 학습부진 학생의 수학 학습 성취도 향상을 위한 5분 테스트 활용의 효과

본 논문은 수학 학습부진 학생의 수학 학습 성취도 향상을 위한 하나의 방법으로 매 수업 초 5분 동안 이전 차시에 학습한 내용을 중심으로 5분 테스트를 도입하여 실시하고, 각 단원별 단원평가를 통해 5분 테스트가 수학 학습부진 학생들의 수학 학습 성취도 향상에 미치는 효과에 대해 분석하였다. 전라남도 해남군에 소재하고 있는 H중학교 2학년 학생 중 수학 학습부진 학생 48명을 연구 대상자로 선정하여 2학년 1학기말 수학 성적을 기준으로 '2+1'제 수준별 이동반을 편성하였다. 실험반 학생을 대상으로 5분 테스트를 실시한 결과 5분 테스트를 활용한 수업이 수학 학습부진 학생들의 문제 해결력이 향상과 수학적 성향의 변화에 대하여 긍정적인 효과가 있음을 확인할 수 있었다.
안구 운동이 노인의 인지능력 변화에 미치는 융합적 분석

본 연구는 55명의 노인 대상자를 무작위로 급속안구운동(saccadic eye movement, SEM)군과 원활추종눈운동 (smooth pursuit eye movement, SPEM) 두 군으로 구분하여 4주 동안 안구운동을 실시한 후 사건관련 전위(event-related potentials)중 P300의 전위값과 잠복기 그리고 MMSE-DS를 사용하여 안구운동이 인지능력에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 그 결과 SEM과 SPEM 군의 P300 전위값은 유의하게 상승하였으며, P300의 잠복기는 유의하게 짧아졌다. MMSE-DS 결과 두 군 모두 유의한 상승을 나타냈으며, 군간 비교 시 SEM군은 지남력, SPEM군은 주의력에서 유의한 차이를 나타내었다. 결론적으로 SEM과 SPEM은 노인의 인지능력을 향상 및 유지를 시킬 수 있으며 치매예방과 경도 치매 에 대한 치료 도구로 사용될 수 있을 것으로 생각된다. The objective of the present study was to investigate the effect of eye movement on cognitive ability using Mini-Mental State Examination for Dementia Screening (MMSE-DS) and the amplitude and latency of P300 from event-related potentials after 55 elderly participants were randomly stratified into the saccadic eye movement (SEM) group and the smooth pursuit eye movement (SPEM) group, and performed eye movement for 4 weeks. As a result, P300 amplitude significantly increased and P300 latency significantly shortened in the SEM and SPEM groups. MMSE-DS showed a significant increase in both groups; upon comparing the groups, the SEM group showed a significant difference in orientation and the SPEM group in attention. In conclusion, it is thought that SEM and SPEM can improve and maintain the cognitive ability of the elderly and may be used as therapeutic tools for dementia prevention and mild dementia.
20대 비만여성에서 6주간 복합운동을 통한 신체구성과 균형능력의 융합적 분석

본 연구 목적은 20대 비만 여성에서 6주간의 복합운동 적용 시 신체구성변화가 균형능력에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보고자 하였다. 자발적 참여의사를 밝힌 20대 비만 여성 21명을 Control(no exercise, n=7), Group Ⅰ(aerobic, n=7), Group Ⅱ(combined, n=7)으로 무작위 배정하여 매회 50분간 1주일에 5회 총 6주간 시행하였다. 운동 전, 후 및 측정시기에 따른 세 집단 간 신체구성과 균형변화를 SPSS 18.0 ver.을 이용하여 통계분석 하였다. 연구결과, 운동 전에 비해 Group Ⅰ, Ⅱ는 체중과 체지방률이 감소하였고, Group Ⅱ에서만 근육량의 증가와 체질량 지수가 감소하였다(p<0.05). 균형변화는 Group Ⅱ에서 정적, 동적균형 모두 향상하였으나, Group Ⅰ은 정적균형만 향상하였다(p<0.05). 따라서, 복합운동프로그램은 신체구성 변화와 근육량 증가를 유발시켜 균형능력 향상에 긍정 적 효과를 나타낸 것을 확인할 수 있었다. The purpose of this study was to investigate effects of changes in body composition due to combined exercise on balance of the 20’ obese women. Based on voluntary participation, 21 obese women in twenties were randomly divided into : Control(no exercise, n=7), GroupⅠ (aerobic exercise 50 minutes, n=7), Group 2 (combined exercise 50 minutes, n=7). All groups conducted allocated program five times a week for six weeks. At post and pre-experiment and at the time of each measurement, changes of body composition and balance among the three groups were statistically analyed using SPSS 18.0 ver. Compared to pre-experiment, Group Ⅰ, Ⅱ showed decrease of weight and body fat rate, but Group Ⅱ showed both increase of muscle mass and decrease of body mass index(p<0.05). In balance ability, Group Ⅱ showed improvement of static and dynamic balance, meanwhile Group Ⅰ showed only improvement of static balance. Therefore, this research showed that combined exercise had positive effects on balance by increasing muscle mass and changing body composition.
Magnetic Pellets 이압자극이 대학생의 스트레스 관련 뇌파와 심박변이에 미치는 효과

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of auricular acupressure with magnetic pellets on stress reduction after induced stress through a virtual reality and cognitive compression tasks for healthy college students. The control group (n=6) was to application auricular acupressure (sham), and the experimental group (n=8) was to application auricular acupressure with magnetic pellets. As a results, it was confirmed that the experimental group was more effective in regressing to baseline value (TO) than the control group in each measurement item (VAS, EEG, HRV). Therefore, auricular acupressure with magnetic pellets is considered to be an intervention method that can be applied easily and conveniently in various stress situations.
지연성근육통에 적용한 HR-AC기법과 키네시오 테이핑이 통증 변화에 미치는 영향

Background: This study aimed to investigate the effect of hold-relax and antagonist contraction (HR-AC) technique and Kinesio taping on pain changes in delayed-onset muscle soreness (DOMS) of 20's adults. Methods: Based on voluntary participation, 14 participants with induced-DOMS were randomly divided into control (non-treatment, n=7) and experiment group (HR-AC technique and kinesio taping, n=7). Measurement were used visual analogue scale (VAS), heart rate variability (HRV), and brain wave (alpha). There were 5 sets of the HR-AC technique application on the 5th day from the day of DOMS induction (rest for 30s between sets). Kinesio taping was applied to the same area after HR-AC. Results: The VAS showed significant changes according to the period and in the interaction between the period and the group (p<.01). HRV and alpha wave (Fp1) showed significant changes according to the period (p<.001). The analgesic effect was more rapid and continuous in the experimental group than in the control group. Conclusion: This study showed that the HR-AC technique and Kinesio taping are effective interventions for the management of pain and stress caused by DOMS.
가상현실을 이용한 호흡근 훈련의 집중력 변화가 흡연자의 폐 기능에 미치는 효과

Purpose: This study aimed to investigate the effect of changes in concentration through respiratory muscle training using virtual reality on training concentration and pulmonary function in male smokers who have decreased concentration because of academics, employment, and smoking. Methods: The study included 15 male university students who had smoked for >2 years. They were randomly allocated to the control group (n=8) that performed respiratory muscle training using breathing exercise equipment and experimental group (n=7) that performed respiratory muscle training using virtual reality. The training was performed three times a day, three times a week, for a total of 4 weeks. During training, concentration was measured considering changes in the RAHB and heart rate variability (low frequency to high frequency [LF/HF] ratio) using QEEG-32FX, and pulmonary functions were measured based on changes in forced vital capacity (FVC), forced expiratory volume in 1 second (FEV1), and FEV1/FVC using Spiropalm. Results: After the intervention, the experimental group showed significant improvement in the LF/HF ratio (p <.01), FVC (p<.05), and FEV1(p<.05), whereas the control group showed significant improvement in the LF/HF ratio (p<.05) and FVC(p<.05). Conclusion: The result of this study revealed that respiratory muscle training using virtual reality is more effective in improving pulmonary function by further enhancing training concentration.
