This study examines the mutual response activities of the public, government, and military surrounding the relocation of Hwajin Training Center in Songra-myeon, Pohang-si, Gyeongsangbuk-do, from the perspective of cooperative governance. Based on the proposed analysis framework, this study examines the initial conditions, institutional devices, promotional leadership, and the process and performance of public-private-military cooperation activities related to the relocation of the training ground. Based on the analysis framework established, this study derived a new research analysis framework that can examine cooperative governance activities at each stage if cooperative governance activities continue in the process of analyzing public, public, and military cooperation activities surrounding the relocation of training sites. As a result, this study presented practical implications that governance system design and facilitative leadership should be the basis for the successful establishment of cooperative governance, as well as a new research model that can analyze cases of cooperative governance activities step by step.

모바일 기기를 이용한 상품정보 제공 시스템의 구현

상품 구매 시에 상대적인 가격, 사양 등은 구매 결정에 있어서 매우 중요한 정보이다. 그러나 오프라인에서 상품을 구매할 경우 최저가격, 비교사양 등 상품에 대한 정보가 거의 제공되지 않는다. 본 논문에서는 PDA, 이동전화 등 모바일기기를 통하여 소비자에게 최적화된 상품정보를 제공하는 시스템을 제안한다. 이 시스템은 탐색로봇을 포함하는 서버와 바코드를 인식하기 위한 클라이언트로 구성되며, 사용자가 모바일기기에 장착된 카메라를 통하여 바코드 정보를 서버에 보내면, 서버는 해당상품에 대한 정보를 클라이언트에 전송한다. Comparison of prices and specifications is a very important informations for the decision of buying selected goods. It is hard to get informations of comparison of prices and specifications at the spot on off-line shopping. In this paper, we propose a system that provides optimized information of goods by PDA mobile phones and other mobile devices. The proposed system consists of a server that include a search robot and clients that can read barcode. When a client send the barcode information scanned by a camera attached his/her mobile device, the server sends the information of the goods to the client.

모바일 플랫폼을 이용한 특화 기능 제공

과거 일부 계층과 얼리 어댑터의 전유물이었던 스마트 폰이 최근 일반 대중의 생활 속으로 빠르게 확산되고 있다. 그 결과 이용자는 생활 패턴에 맞는 애플리케이션을 다운로드하고 설치함으로써 스마트 폰의 개인화를 만들어 가고 있다. 본 논문에서는 다양한 애플리케이션의 개발 및 공급을 통한 스마트 폰의 지속적인 사용성 향상과 소비자 경험치 향상을 위해 모바일 특화 기능들을 제안한다. Qiblah direction, Prayer times, Zakat calculator, Tasbih 는 특정 이용자들의 생활 패턴을 반영한 기능들이다. 이 기능들은 이용자와 애플리케이션 간의 상호 작용을 증가시키기 위한 수단인 유저 인터페이스에 중점을 두었다. 그리고 CE(Consumer Electronics) control during the prayer times 는 DLNA 인증을 받은 디바이스들간의 통신을 활용한 방법이다. 최근 DLNA 인증기기의 출시가 활성화되고 있으며, 스마트 폰을 통한 통합서비스가 이루어지고 있는 상황이다. 차후 모바일 환경을 통해 다양한 기기의 제어 방식 연구가 확대된다면 이용자에게 유용한 기능으로 다가올 것이다.

예비군훈련장 시설의 자연친화적 도시공원화 방안 연구

본 연구는 지금까지 시・군・구 단위로 운영 중이던 예비군훈련장을 3∼5개의 시・군・구를 통합 및 권역화하여 운영하는 '예비군훈련대'를 2016년부터 창설하여 현재도 계속해서 진행 중이다. 지역사회는 생태학적 도시를 조성하기 위해 도시 숲, 공원 설치 등 자연친화성 향상을 위한 계획을 적극적으로 추진하고 있는데, 군도 그동안 지역사회에서 지역경제에 방해가 되는 존재, 훈련 및 부대이전 문제 등으로 인한 지역사회에 골치 아픈 존재로만 여겨졌다. 이제는 그러한 인식에서 탈피하여 도시지역을 위주로 창설되고 있는 예비군훈련대 시설을 활용한 도시공원화를 조성하여 자연친화성 도시개발에 동참하고, 그 시설을 활용하여 지역주민들과 군의 친화성 강화 또한 추구하여 지역사회의 발전에 기여하고, 지역사회에서 꼭 필요로 하는 존재로서 전환하자는 연구이며, 그에 대한 방안을 제시하였다.

사드(THAAD) 배치 정책형성 과정에 관한 연구

국방정책은 정책 이슈가 외부에 노출되어 반대세력이 형성되는 것을 원치 않아 일반 대중에게 이의 공개를 제한하고자 하는 특징을 가지고 있으면서 동시에 정책 수용성 제고와 관련하여 이해관계자와의 정책과정 공유를 또한 필요로 하는 정책이다. 본 연구는 정책행위자가 주도하는 정책형성과 정책행위자와 정책이해관계자가 함께 하는 정책형성 과정을 구분, 이를 분석할 수 있는 분석틀을 설정하고 설정한 분석틀에 근거하여 국방정책 중 하나인 사드배치 정책형성 과정을 분석한다. 분석을 통해 본 연구는 사드배치 정책은 정책행위자가 주도하는 정책문제 조사, 정책대안 논의, 정책대안 선정이 제대로 이루어지지 않았고 정책행위자와 정책이해관계자가 함께 하는 정책대안 강화 또한 제대로 수행되지 못하였음을 밝히면서 정책이 해관계자인 지역주민의 정책반발은 이러한 맥락에서 파생되었음을 이야기한다. Defense policies limit stakeholders from engaging in the policy process to protect classified military intelligence. Defense policies, all the while, also require stakeholders to engage in the policy process to enhance policy acceptance. This study distinguishes between the policy formulation used by policy actors and the policy formulation used by policy actors and stakeholders. The study then sets an analysis framework that analyzes the two formulations and explores the THAAD deployment policy formulation process based on the analysis framework used. The analysis reveals that neither the policy formulation led by policy actors nor the policy formulation led by policy actors and policy stakeholders was performed properly, resulting in policy backlash from residential policy stakeholders.

The Research of policy suggestion through analysis of research trends in overseas Korean educational institutions: Focusing on Korean Language Schools

[연구목적] 본 연구에서는 한글학교 관련 연구 동향을 분석하여 한글학교 관련 후속 연구의 방향을 제안함과 동시에 한글학교의 발전을 위한 정책적 방안을 살펴보고자 한다. [연구방법] 이를 위해 2005년부터 2021년까지 진행된 한글학교와 한국어교육 관련 논문 180편을 대상으로 한글학교 연구 동향을 분석하였다. 연구주제 영역은 학습자 중심, 교사 중심, 한글학교로 분류함으로 연구를 진행하였다. 또한, 재외동포에 관한 연구를 포함함으로 한글학교에 관한 정보 부족 문제를 극복하고자 하였다. [연구결과] 연구주제의 경우 학습자, 교사, 부모 등의 한글학교 관련 인물에 관한 연구, 한국어교육, 한글 교재, 한글학교 운영 및 교육과정 등 다양한 연구가 진행되고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 하지만, 연구 진행에 있어서 한글학교에 관한 정보가 부족하여 연구에 어려움을 겪고 있는 것으로 나타난다. [결론] 한글학교와 한국어교육과 관련된 연구의 경우, 과거 연구에서도 문제화 되었던 교재 개발, 교수 연수 관련 문제, 교육 과정 및 교육 자료 개발 등의 문제가 지속적으로 나타나고 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 한글학교의 발전을 위한 향후 연구의 경우 학습자 및 교사, 학부모의 요구분석을 통해 현지 한글학교에 실질적으로 적용이 가능한 연구가 진행되어야 할 것이다. 또한, 현지화된 학습 자료 및 교수활동 설계 및 한글학교 간의 정보 공유를 통해 교육과정 차별화에 대한 논의가 지속적으로 연구되어야 할 것이다. [Purpose] In this study, we try to analyze the research trends related to Korean Language Schools, suggest the direction of follow-up research related to Korean Language Schools, and at the same time examine policy measures for the development of Korean Language Schools. [Methods] For this purpose, we analyzed the research trends of Korean Language Schools on 180 papers related to Korean Language Schools and Korean language education conducted from 2005 to 2021. [Results] In the case of research subjects, research on people related to the Korean language school such as learners, teachers, parents and Korean language education, Korean textbooks, and Korean language schools operation, curriculum and more. It is shown that various studies are in progress. However, the lack of information about Korean language schools in the progress of the study suggests that the study is having difficulties. [Conclusion] In the case of future research for the development of Korean Language Schools, research that can be practically applied to local Korean schools should be conducted through the analysis of the needs of learners, teachers, and parents. In addition, discussions on differentiation of curriculum should be continuously studied through localized learning materials and design of teaching activities and sharing information among Korean Language Schools.

성별·연령에 따른 여성복의 디자인 선호도 조사 : 정숙성을 중심으로

1. 정숙성에 대한 태도는 집단별로 유의적인 차이를 보였다. 2. 의복디자인 선호도는 집단별로 유의적인 차이를 보였다. 3. 남자는 연령에 관계없이 모두 일반적으로 선호하는 디자인보다 자신의 딸·애인을 위한 옷으로 보다 보수적인 디자인을 선호하였다. 50대 여성은 일반적인 선호와 자신의 딸을 위한 선호와 차이가 적었다.
