Stitching 기술과 B-Spline에 의한 3차원 정합

본 논문에서는 비접촉식 미세 측정 광학기에 의해 측정된 이미지를 Stitching 기술과 B-Spline 보간법에 의해 보다 빠르고, 정밀한 복원 기법을 제안한다. 이를 위해 먼저 각각의 이미지로부터 매칭, 피매칭 템플릿(Template)을 검출한다. 그런 다음 두 이미지의 오버랩(Overlap)되는 부분을 기준하여 기준면으로부터 roll, pitch, yaw 오차를 계산하여 매칭시킨다. 마지막으로, B-Spline 보간법에 의해 매칭된 부분을 연속화한다. 제안된 방법은 실험을 통해 그 응용 가능성을 증명한다.
현대 인터랙티브 디자인을 위한 문화 융합 교육의 필요성

인터랙션의 핵심이라 할 수 있는 문화 고찰에 대한 디자이너의 인식 부족을 연구 배경으로 한 본 연구는 문화를 기반으로 한 화제의 디자인 사례들을 분석하여 인터렉티브 디자인이 어떻게 영감과 기획을 가질 수 있는지 분석하여 보았다. 문화에 대한 주장은 이미 언급되고 있으나 본 연구는 다양한 사례들을 통하여 문화를 기반으로 한 디자인의 가치를 재조명하고 현대 시대에서 말하는 좋은 인터랙티브 디자인에 무엇이 기저 되어야 하는지 살펴봄으로써 인터랙티브 디자이너에게 문화 교육의 필요성을 제기하고자 하였다. 연구 방법은 지금까지 화제가 되었던 인터랙티브 디자인 사례를 기획 중심으로 분석하고 그 기저가 되는 문화 현상을 전문 문헌 및 교육 영상과 전문가 워크숍을 통해 분석 및 검증하여 보았으며 연구 범위는 현대 인터랙티브 커뮤니케이션의 핵심 미디어인 웹디자인과 영상 디자인으로 설정하였다. 연구결과, 인터랙티브 디자인의 핵심은 인간을 관찰하고 숨겨진 본질적 가치를 찾아 공감하는 문화 디자인이다. 이러한 문화 디자인은 인간의 행동을 바꾸며 그 행동은 또 다른 문화를 유도하는 디자인이 된다. 그렇기 때문에 문화는 디자이너에게 협업의 대상이 아니라 디자인 자체라 할 수 있다. 따라서 디자이너는 협업의 관점에서 문화를 고찰할 것이 아니라 스스로 문화를 고찰하는 융합과 통섭의 사고가 필요하다. 이것이 오늘날 인터랙티브 디자이너에게 필요한 디자인적 사고이며 문화 교육이다. This research is based on the lack of awareness of the designers about the culture which is the core of the interaction. By analyzing the case studies of the topical design in the news based on culture, this researcher studied how designers could have inspiration and planning. The importance of understanding for culture has already been mentioned generally. However, this research reexamined the value of design based on culture through various case studies, By looking into what should be grounded in good interactive design in modern times, the need of cultural education for interactive designers would have been suggested in this study. The research method would be to analyze the interactive design cases which are the topical designs these days. And it would be analyze and verify the underlying cultural phenomenon through professional literature, educational videos and professional workshops. This research range would have been including web design which is the core media of modern interactive communication and Image design. As a results, It is said that the core of interactive design is a cultural design that understands people and empathizes with essential values. Cultural design is a design that changes human behavior and that leads to another culture. That is why culture is not just the object of collaboration for designers, but the design itself. Therefore, Designers need not to look at culture from a convergence and cooperation point of view, but to think of self-conscious looking at culture themselves. This is the design thinking and education that today`s interactive designers need.
메스암페타민 자발섭취가 흰쥐 뇌조직 중 세로토닌 수용체에 미치는 영향

(+)-Methamphetamine (METH) is a psychostimulant, which has been the most popular abused drug in Korea. The rewarding mechanism in METH abuse has been reported to be mediated by dopaminergic system. Recently, it has been reported that dopamine releaser (phentermine) plays a dominant role in the discriminative stimulus effects of METH, whereas 5-HT releaser (fenfluramine) can strongly modify METH selfadministration. The present study is designed to assess the behavioral changes and the changes of the serotonin receptors in the brains of rats administered repeated or self-administered METH. The repeated administration of 1.0 ㎎/㎏/day METH for 12 days increased locomotor activities, and there was no difference between i.v. and i.p. treatment. Rats had actively acquired METH self-administration for 3 weeks at 0.1 or 0.2 mg/kg/injection. Whereas, it was taken few days to acquire sucrose pellet self-administration. The binding of [³H]-8-hydroxy-DPAT (5-HT_(1A) receptors) and [³H]-5-carboxytryptamine (5-HT_(1B) receptors) to brain sections was examined. Both passive administration and self-administration of METH did not change significantly the serotonin receptors levels in hippocampus, striatum and nucleus accumbens. These results suggest that serotonin receptors may not change in the acquisition period of METH self-administration, and we are trying to investigate the serotonin receptors levels of brain in rats maintained of METH self-administration.
생화학적 마커와 Microsatellite 마커를 이용한 KCR 랫드의 유전모니터링

The cataract mutant rat which showed lens opacity was found in the colony of Sprague-Dawley rat at Korea Research Institute of Chemical Technology (KRICT) in 1996. The mode of inheritance of affected rats was autosomal recessive. These cataractous rats were mated by sister and brother to 27th (F₂₇) generation and named as Korea Cataract Rat (KCR). We performed genetic monitoring of KCR rat using biochemical and microsatellite markers to determine their genetic identified homozygous and distinctive genetic profile. In biochemical monitoring, six rats from each of the F₁₈/F₁₉F₂₀ were tested using 13 biochemical markers. In molecular genetic monitoring, nine rats from the F₂₅ and F₂₆ were tested using 13 microsatellite markers. No differences were found among the genetic profiles of the F₁₈/F₁₉F₂₀ in biochemical monitoring. Also, in the molecular genetic monitoring, we identified that both genetic profiles of F₂₅ and F₂₆ were the same. The genetic profile of KCR rats was unique against the other major rat strains. In addition, the polymorphysm of KCR rat for microsatellite markers was different from the other strains. These results suggest that KCR rat is genetically well qualified as far as in this test and it has been well established as a new inbred strain which has a novel genetic profile and cataract trait.
국제경제 ; 16개 광역시,도별 총 산업생산의 상대적 효율성 및 성장구조 분석: DEA와 포지셔닝 분석을 중심으로

본 논문에서는 우리나라 16개 광역시·도별 총 산업이 경제성장적 측면에서 효율적인 운영을 하였는지를 DEA 분석방법을 통해 도출하고, 그리고 지역별 경제성장을 위한 주요 생산요소 즉, 노동, 자본, 연구개발(R&D)투자 등의 요인들이 지역별 경제성장 구조에 차지하는 영향을 포지셔닝 분석을 통해 실시하였다. 분석결과, 2006년에 비효율성을 보이는 지역은 서울, 대전, 제주 지역으로 나타났으며, 나머지 지역들은 2006년도에 효율적인 것으로 나타났다. 또한 노동과 성장, 자본과 성장, 연구개발과 성장간의 포지셔닝 분석 결과, 경기도와 충남지역의 성장구조가 노동, 자본, 연구개발 면에서 모두 우수한 것으로 나타났고 대구지역의 성장구조는 노동, 자본, 연구개발 면에서 가장 취약한 것으로 분석되었다. This paper analyses the Relative Efficiency and Competitiveness of Growth Structure for the sixteen metropolitan cites and provinces in Korea (Seoul, Busan, Daegu, Incheon, Gwangiu, Daejeon, Ulsan, Gyeonggi, Gangwan, Chungchon-Bukdo, Chungchon-Namdo, Cholla-Bukdo, Cholla-Namdo, Kyongsang-Bukdo, Kyongsang-Namdo, Jeju) by the DEA approaches and Positional Analysis. The results show that except Seoul, Deajeon, Jeju, others have improved the relative efficiency in terms of input and output since they were allocated. Also, by the Positioning approach for the production factors such as labor, capital, and R&D investment via production growth, the results show that Gyeonggi, Chungchon-Namdo have effectively been managed, but Daegu is not.
디자인 사례를 통해 본 서비스디자인의 핵심 -UX, 시각, 공공디자인을 중심으로-

Nowadays, as the center ship of industry has been toward to Service, there has been a boom as the same in terms of design field. However the designers as subjects seem as they don`t have any interest in this matter and they don`t have the capacity. Therefore, in practical field, Service planning is not done by designers. There is a need of additional specialist. Based on this critical mind, from a service design point of view, criticizing the existing design case, this researcher would like to suggest the core of service design. The purpose of this study is to correct the concept of service design, which happened to be superficial and make it to experience indirectly, which turn out to suggest the right concept of service design and mind. It could be said that service design is motivation design based on the design practical field. For this, it is supposed not to be the vain statistical research and not to be just simple FGI(Focus Group Interview). It should be suggested like re-definition, based on the understanding of particular situation. The most important thing is the understanding of cooperation work, not the understating from the user point of view. The core of service design is to do new method and its feedback continuously through this procedure. Although many designers could understand the characteristics of service design, theoretically, there is a need to have a mind to understand completely through Cast Study.
