일반적인 소프트웨어 품질평가 모형은 범용 MMDBMS의 특성과 사용자 관점을 충분히 반영하지 못하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 ISO/IEC 9126 모형을 바탕으로 MMDBMS의 품질특성을 결합하여 품질평가 모형을 개발하고 구체적인 적용 방안을 연구한다. 품질평가 모형과 적용 방안은 전문가 집단의 검토와 합의를 거쳐서 제3의 기관의 측정을 통해 그 유효성을 확인한다. 본 논문은 품질평가 모형과 함께 구체적인 적용 방안을 제시하고 있어 실제적인 소프트웨어 품질평가의 기준으로 활용할 수 있을 것으로 생각한다.
급성 전골수성 백혈병에 대한 Arsenic trioxide(As2O3)의 항암 작용

Purpose : Acute promyelocytic leukemia(APL or AML, M3) represents an unique model for cancer research in terms of biological and clinical features. Since 1988, it has been widely confirmed that all-trans retinoic acid(ATRA) can induce complete clinical remission in over 85% of APL patients by a differentiation process, with PML-RAR■ protein possibly being the direct target of ATRA. However, ATRA treatment has two clinical limitations, namely, retinoic acid syndrome and retinoic resistance. Recently, it has been shown that arsenic trioxide used in some traditional Chinese remedy is very effective in retinoic resistant APL treatment. We tried to observe arsenic effect on cell lines and APL patient cells. Methods : We investigated arsenic trioxide-induced apoptosis on APL, HL60, K562, KPH1 cell lines through MTT assay, DNA fragmentation assay and morphologic features. Results : In MTT assay, cell survival rate decreased as the concentration of arsenic trioxide increased. In DNA fragmentation assay with HL60 cell line, DNA fragmentation was more frequent in high concentrations of arsenic trioxide than in low concentrations. During arsenic trioxide treatment, the morphologic change in bone marrow cells of APL patient, included nuclear differentiation and dark cytoplasmic granule during arsenic trioxide treatment. Serum arsenic reached peak level at 4hr after injection. We experienced a case of a 9-year-old male with APL who had relapsed after cessation of retinoic acid treatment. The patient successfully achieved remission following arsenic trioxide treatment without bone marrow depression and exacerbating bleeding diathesis. Conclusion : Arsenic trioxide can be used effectively to treat APL patients by inducing apoptosis and partial differentiation in tumor cells. The precise cellular and molecular mechanisms of its therapeutic effects remain to be determined. 목 적 : HL60 세포주와 APL환자의 골수 세포를 이용하여 arsenic trioxide에 대한 세포의 항암제 감수성 검사를 시행하고 arsenic trioxide투여 후 형태학적 변화 또는 DNA 변화를 관찰하여 세포고사를 확인해 보고자 하였다.방 법 : 연구 재료로 HL60 세포주와 간모세포종 세포주인 KPH1, 적백혈병 세포주인 K562, APL 세포(APL1, APL2, APL3)를 이용하여 항암제 감수성 검사, DNA fragmentation assay를 하였다.결 과 : 각 세포에 arsenic trioxide, agaricus, adri- amycin, cisplatin, VP-16, Ara-C를 첨가하여 항암제 감수성 검사를 실시한 결과 HL60, K562, KPH1 세포주에서 arsenic trioxide의 농도 증가에 따라 세포 생존율이 감소함을 볼 수 있었고 APL 세포들에서도 arsenic trioxide 첨가시 농도 증가에 따라 세포 생존율이 감소함을 볼 수 있었으나 다른 약제에서는 완만한 반응을 보였다. HL60 세포주와 골수세포에 arsenic trioxide, agaricus, adriamycin을 첨가하여 실시한 DNA fragmentation assay에서 저농도보다 고농도에서 DNA 분절이 더 잘 일어났으며 HL60 세포주에 adriamycin을 첨가하였을 때에는 광학 현미경상 핵의 변화가 거의 없었으나 arsenic trioxide를 첨가하였을 때는 염색질의 응축과 핵의 분해, 세포질 용적 감소 등의 고사가 일어난 세포를 관찰할 수 있었다. 재발된 APL1 환자에서 arsenic trioxide를 사용하여 49일후 blast가 5% 이하로 완전 관해를 볼 수 있었고, arsenic trioxide를 투여후 혈중 농도를 측정하였을 때 4시간 후에 최고 농도에 도달하였다.

Electronic Commerce grows rapidly in the past few years. Also, the power of EC doesn't become weak in the future. The increase of EC market scale provides powerful foundation to the Internet development. Unlike other technology, Internet has several distinctive character. First, As Internet spreads fast to the public, it became the usable technology to them in a short time. Second, Comparing to other technology, the work with using Internet isn't difficult to public so the basis of technology prepared in a short period. Third, Internet applicates all the industry and economic so, it makes economic foundation for making synergy during a short period. These Internet characters influence to EC growing speed which is basement of Internet growth. Due to Digital revolution giving much more influence than last Industrial Revolution, E-Business such as e-Management, B2B, B2C became the survival strategies for enterprise's management efficiency. Owing to emergence of technology like ultrahigh speed data communication, Broadband communication, wireless Internet, Internet TV, IS95C(2.5GB), 3G and activation of internet business, products and service through Internet become realized. Because of this, Supply of products and service through Internet are on the increase. But demand of voice communication become saturated, so increase of profit and sale through it reach the limit. Communication demand for products and service is a growing tendency. Consequently, research about vision and business strategies of Internet service for promoting the business founded on internet required.
