Glanzmann`s thrombasthenia is an autosomal recessive bleeding disorder caused by qualitative or quantitative abnormalities of the platelet glycoprotein IIb/IIIa (GP IIb/IIIa), which can lead to excessive bleeding. Glanzmann thrombasthenia is associated with clinical variability, with some patients only having minimal bruising and others having frequent, severe and potentially fatal hemorrhages. Platelet transfusions, which used to be the standard treatment, may lead to the development of antibodies to HLA and/or GPIIb/IIIa, thereby rendering future transfusions ineffective. Glanzmann`s thrombasthenia can be a severe hemorrhagic disease; however, the prognosis is excellent with careful supportive care. In this case, administering allogenic plateletpheresis to patients with Glanzmann`s thrombasthenia who were refractory to platelet transfusions was found to be successful during bone surgeries. 컴퓨터 교과 교육 1 : 미래사회에서 필요한 핵심역량을 증진시키기 위한 정보교육의 역할

급격한 사회현상의 변화로 교육과정과 학제 등 기존의 교육체제를 재편해야 한다는 주장들이 제기 되고 있으며 이를 위해 미래 사회의 특징과 미래사회에 필요한 인재의 핵심역량이 연구되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 지식기반 사회, 평생 교육의 보편화로 대표되는 미래 사회의 교육환경의 변화와 학생들이 갖추어야 할 핵심역량을 살펴보았다. OECD의 DeSeCo 프로젝트에서 제안한 핵심역량을 근거로 하여 교육과정을 개편한 뉴질랜드와 호주의 사례를 제시하고 핵심역량을 증진 시키기 위해서 우리나라의 교육과정에서 정보 교육의 역할을 고찰해보았다.

In the HVDC Cable Accessory connection, there are a lot of space charges at the interface between the cable insulation and the connection part insulation, and at the interface between metals and polymers. It is also reported that insulation and accessory insulation have a large difference between the ratio of the dielectric constant and electrical conductivity of the cable and accessory insulation. And this space charge can strengthen and distort the local electric field near the interface. For that reason, the surface of SiC (Silicon Carbide), a semiconductive inorganic material based on EPDM (ethylene propylene diene terpolymer), was modified to strengthen the chemical reaction and interface. EPDM/Nano SiC/Micro SiC Mixture Composites were prepared and the properties of electrical insulation, electrical conductivity, and thermal conductivity were studied by mixing nano SiC and micro SiC.Moreover, in order to increase the mechanical tensile strength in the optimal state of electrical conduction and electrical insulation, the electrical and mechanical properties were studied by mixing Akitifit (Silica Kolinite), a surface-modified inorganic material.
증례보고 : 회복실에서 Ketorolac 투여 후 발생한 아나필락시스

Anaphylaxis is an acute onset, potentially fatal systemic allergic reaction. Multiple agents can cause anaphylaxis in the perioperative setting. Ketorolac is a potent analgesic drug and has been widely used for postoperative pain control. A 38-year-old male patient, who had surgery under general anesthesia without any problems, was scheduled for a spinal fusion. There were no problems during anesthesia. In post anesthetic care unit, he was given 30 mg of ketorolac intravenously. After the ketorolac injection, severe hypotension and tachycardia developed and delayed skin rash and wheel appeared. The patient was given epinephrine, antihistamine and steroid. The patient recovered without any significant complications. (Korean J Anesthesiol 2008; 55: 761~4)

The gastrointestinal involvement in rheumatoid arthritis may be broad and includes many causes: drug induced colitis, colitis associated with infectious agents, vasculitis in gut, autoimmune disease located in gut. Rheumatoid arthritis is a chronic multisystemic disease of unknown cause. Although a number of mixed autoimmue disease exist, there were rare reports about Ulcerative colitis with Rheumatoid arthritis associated. We report one case of Rheumatoid arthritis patient who diagnosed as Ucerative colitis by colonoscopic and histologic finding with review of literature.
