이 논문은 부동산교부세의 배분방식을 구체적으로 검토함으로써 현행 배분방식이 지닌 문제점을 분석하고 그 목적과 배분방식에 있어서 긴밀한 연관을 맺고 있는 보통교부세를 함께 고려함으로써 재정형평화의 제고라는 두 제도의 기본적인 목적을 보다 잘 달성할 수 있는 배분방안을 모색한다. 부동산교부세의 재정형평화효과에 대한 분석 결과 부동산교부세 중 자치단체간의 재정형평화를 주목적으로 하는 잔여재원의 경우 그 자체로는 시·군지역, 시지역, 군지역간의 재정형평화를 개선하는 것으로 분석되었다. 그러나 보통교부세와 부동산교부세의 잔여재원을 함께 배분하는 경우에는 보통교부세만 배분하는 경우에 비하여 재정형평화 기능이 오히려 저해되는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 부동산교부세의 잔여재원을 별도의 배분방법에 의하여 자치단체에 배분하는 것보다 보통교부세의 재원에 편입하여 배분함함으로써 재정형평화의 제고라는 목적을 보다 잘 달성할 수 있다. 한편 최근 정부는 제도 개편을 통해 부동산교부세의 잔여재원(균형재원)을 교육, 사회복지 등 현안수요가 많은 분야에 활용 될 수 있도록 잔여재원의 배분방식을 조정하였는데, 이러한 배분방식의 개편으로 인해 재정형평화 효과는 더욱 저하되는 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 부동산교부세의 배분방식을 세분하여 제도를 복잡하게 설계하는 것보다 보통교부세의 배분방식을 이용하는 것이 최근 자치단체의 재정압박 문제의 해소와 재정형평화 기능의 제고를 위해 보다 바람직한 것으로 분석되었다. This paper examines the distribution of real-estate share tax in addition to local share tax, which is closely related to real-estate share tax with respect to objective and distribution method. The analysis on fiscal equalization of real-estate share tax shows that residual revenue source whose major objective is fiscal equalization among local governments improves fiscal equalization in cities and counties. However, when both real-estate tax and local share tax are distributed separately, the fiscal equalization effect is smaller than when only local share tax is distributed. Accordingly, it might be better to distribute residual revenue source of real-estate share tax with incorporated into revenue source of local share tax rather than to distribute it separately in another way. The government is planning to adjust the distribution method of residual revenue source in order for the source to be used for the sectors such as education and social welfare. This study, however, finds that the plan might worsen fiscal equalization. It seems desirable to solve fiscal stress from education and social welfare demand of local governments by using distribution method of local share tax rather than make the system complicated by subdividing the distribution method of real-estate share tax. After 2007, local share tax is newly reinforced with the categories of the social welfare sector, reflecting demand of local governments for the social welfare sector. Therefore, distributing residual revenue source of real-estate share tax incorporated into local share tax might not only relieve fiscal stress of local governments from education and social welfare demand to some extent but also improve equalization of local share tax.

클라이언트 측의 사용자들이 응용서버(application server)로 부터의 서비스를 받기위 해서는 사요자간에 또는 사용자와 암호시스템 간에 인증은 필수적인 요구조건이다. 이러한 인증과정은 현재 사용자가 통신을 통해 정보를 교환하고 있는 상대가 실제 의도한 상대인지 를 확인하는 과정을 의미한다. 따라서 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위한 보다 효율적이고 안전 한 프로토콜의 개발이 절실하며 본논문에서는 이를 위해 기존에 제시되어진 패스워드를 이 용한인증프로토콜들을평문등가(plaintext-equivalent)프로토콜과 확인자 기반(verifiier-based) 프로토콜로 나누어 고찰해 보고 이들을 안정성, 그리고 연산속도 메시지 전송횟수를 기준으 로 비교 분석해 보고자 한다.

From September 1992 to May 1996, 38 patients ranging in age from 23 to 78, were operated for aortic dissection at Asan medical center There were 21 men and 17 women. The underlying aortic pathology were acute aortic dissection in 23, chronic aortic dissection in 15. Eight patients had Martian syndrome. In 34 cases of DeBakey type I, II patients, femoral artery and vein and/or right atrial auricle were used as cannulation site. With deep hypothermic c rculatory arrest (esophageal temperature 12 $\pm$ 2.5$^{\circ}C$) and retrograde cerebral perfusion of cold oxygenated blood through SVC, we replaced the ascending aorta and the part of arch if necessary. The mean duration of the total circulatory arrest time was 25 $\pm$ 1.7 mintstuts. In 4 cases of DeBakey type III patients, we replaced descending thoracic aorta or thoracoabdomlnal aorta without shunt or bypass under normothermia with an average 30: 1.5 minutesaortic cross clamp time. One death(2.6%) occurred on the twenty-second postoperative day owing to asphyxia related to ulcer bleeding. Postoperative complications were myocardial infarction with transient left peroneal palsy in 1 case, transient lower extremity weakness in 1 case and prolonged ventilatory support in 1 case. Two patients required reoperation due to retrograde extended dissection and aortic insufuciency. There was no late death with an average 25 months follow-up period.

텍스쳐 스플레팅 방식에서의 게임 지형 표현을 위한 전이타일의 표현 방법 개선

게임 지형을 표현하는 방법중 타일을 이용한 지형 표현 방법은 전통적으로 게임의 용량을 줄이기 위해서, 그리고 빠른 처리를 위해 제작되었다. 특히 실시간 전략시뮬레이션 게임을 통해 발전한 14개의 전이타일을 이용한 지형 제작 방식은 타일을 이용한 지형 표현 방식에서 가장 널리 쓰이는 방식으로, 다양한 지형 표현 방식이 개발되는 상황에서도 지켜지고 있는 원칙적인 방식이기도 하다. 본 논문에서는 워크래프트 3에서 사용된 전이타일 표현 방법에 대해 분석하고, 텍스쳐 스플레팅 환경에서 사용가능한 발전된 전이타일 제작 방식에 대해 제안해 보도록 한다. This society has objectives of academic research and distributions on creations of game contents, technologies of game producing and developments of game cultures. We will develop the game culture and industry through an industry-academic cooperations by each expert field, and spread out academic activities for cultivation of policy, technology, education, etc of the game industry in the future.
